“Yeah that may be a problem,” Syn looked at Ishimu slightly worried, “I can't even eat human food all the time”. He paused for a moment trying to think of excuses, “do you think she would buy it if we said we ate already? Or are meeting up with some friends later for dinner?” When did not eating have to be so complicated?
Synb walked to his closet that was on the other side of the room and opened it, looking for something that wasn't black or super dark. “What would we need from the store? And are you going to be alright in those clothes?” he glanced back at him holding a grey hoodie in his hand, possibly the only like piece of clothing he had.
Nights nuzzled him smiling, “I got enough, but it's really tempting to go back to sleep with you” she kissed his forehead and sat up in the bed, holding his hand that was around her previously.
Her ears perked up hearing the commotion behind the door, making her laugh a little, “we’ll be right out boys, just give us a moment” she called out to them. Looking back to Shade, giving his hand a light squeeze, “duty calls,” she smiled sadly, “at least we got some time together..”
“I wouldn't want to leave either” Leilani laughed, “but I should finish up somethings before i do, I may even request to see your prince when all is said and done,” she smiled petting the shadow, “see what kind of man my daughter fell in love with”.
Seeing familiar trees and rocks Leilani sighed, “though I enjoyed your company it looks like we may be parting ways soon my friend, “any final questions or anything else you think i should know about?” The familiar area that was Dan’s home was coming into view.
“Don't feel bad about Greed, it's about time it starts helping around the house, so it's just doing its job” Envy grumbled trying to pull the body to the door with greed holding the man's pinky.
Raider shook his head, “I’m not sure what Rin was before becoming a spirit,” he looked at the wolf plush, “but Wrath was a powerful demon which made him act out and attack anyone that was nearby, even injuring me almost fatally. If you think its strong now, it was even stronger when it was alive and went by its true name” he laughed. “I would show you some of the marks it left but that was about two bodies ago”
“I was a snow leopard,” Rin said quietly, starting at the door Storm and Pride disappeared behind, “that i'm sure of”. His ears went back, curiosity getting the better of him.
“Snow leopard? You really aren't from around here” raider blinked looking at the plush in his hand.
Rin remained quiet staring at the door before leaping from raiders hand and running to the door, pawing at it wanting to get in.
Pride nodded as it watched fang sign, waiting for her to finish. “Her name is fang and she needs your help. She tracked you from the park and needs help finding a vampire or woman with white hair. They have a dangerous vampire in their custody being watched by two of her companions but they are injured. The vampire seems to be acting oddly calm for being capture so she was sent to find help and found you,” it looked up at Storm, “will you help?”
Pride looked back to Fang, "is that all of it?"

“She may by that,” Ishimu frowned unsure if what to expect from the visit, ‘ If she offers drinks we could decline, but what if that seems suspicious?’ “I should probably change as well,” looking down to his shirt and pants, he bit his lip wanting to back out of the meeting. “As for the store, I wasn’t sure if you had anything not black and it seems I could use a change of clothes as well..” Ishimu gave a small smile as he got up from the bed and stretched before glancing to the closet. “See now look what you did?” Toshi’s voice came from the other room followed by Kelarth’s growl and retort, “What I did?” Shaking his head he couldn’t help but to laugh at the two. Shade looked to Nights as he laced his fingers in hers, “So it would seem.” Leading her off the bed and then opened the door, he headed out with her at his side. When they came to the room Toshi was in one corner and Kelarth in the other with Kema as the referee. The shadow creature quickly hid behind his leg and peered out towards Kelarth, Kema and Toshi. “Sorry for the wait, the rest was well needed,” he glanced to Kelarth who had looked down kicking at the floorboards and Toshi had crossed his arm shrugging. Kema’s eyes looked to the two in the doorway. He couldn’t help the smile when he saw the laced hands together. Clearing his throat he then looked to Toshi and Kelarth, “If you two are done we should focus on the threat at hand.” “We are done,” Kelarth replied eager to finally hear the news. Toshi only gave a small nod in agreement for Kema to continue. “As much as you want the confirmation of Thena’s allies, that should wait,” Kama glanced to the dark sky with the slight hue of the last effort of the sun. “By now Thena has escaped the ones who took her. Toshi had warned that her forgetting about portals may return, it was a small window for the trio that had taken her. With two injured she would take the opportunity to escape.” “Thena escaped?” Shade had gone pale and held Nights’ hand firmly. ‘ This isn’t good,’ Trying to remain calm he looked to Toshi, “Any idea on when her power returned?” “I can’t be certain,” Toshi replied shifting on his feet, “I think sometime afternoon mid evening, I’m sorry I was hoping it would have lasted longer, but with her being royal it could have effected it..” “What of the ones who helped us?” Kelarth glanced to Kema with any hopes that they might be alright. “I can’t be certain, there was no thought plan on her escape,” Kema glanced to Shade unsure what their prince would do now. ‘ With Thena free, it could put Nights in danger…’ Shade frowned working out some plan that Thena may be trying at as he listened to Kema and Kelarth. “No, but I hope to meet you again,” SC smiled at the thought as it leapt off her shoulder, doing a salt in the air and landing on its feet. It then looked back towards her, “I think I can find my way from here. If anyone from Mon Pass is looking for me, you shouldn’t be spotted.” It frowned not wishing to say goodbye to Nights’ mom. “Oh! Before you go, anything you wish to tell Nights?” It smiled up at Leilani. “Okay,” Zane replied to Envy, though he still felt bad that they had to take care of his food, he then looked back towards Rin and Raider, “What kind of demon?” Turning his head as he glanced to Wrath a little curious on the plush when Rin had bolted for the door Storm was behind. ‘ Why must everything revolve around that stupid vampire…’ he growled in frustration, as he heard something bonk against the door. He looked down to Pride before slowly opening the door to make sure it wouldn’t hit the plush that was helping him. “As I said, it's not really up to me to help you. You would actually need to speak with Rin for its really their job to hunt down vampires..” He glanced back at Fang who seemed distracted with the darkening sky. Fang gave Pride a small nod, as that was all she could think of to hopefully get the help of the werewolf. Thank you little plush, Fang signed to Pride as she then glanced nervously at the window. The sound of the door caught her off guard, it wasn’t at all like a normal knock. ‘ Note to self, avoid this place at all costs…’ she shivered unsure if she wanted to meet all the walking plush in the home. ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~ It felt like hours had past, with no sign of light it was hard to tell just how much time had gone by. Her mind was gripped by fear of the possible outcomes that could happen to Reaper and Fang in her absence. Lancer moved her fingers feeling something sticky, she grumbled under her breath. She couldn’t tell if her eyes were closed or open the smell of the place she was in suddenly came to her. It smelled of decay and death. “Anyone there?” Lancer called out, she’d done this every few minutes with no reply back. “Reaper! Fang!” “You keep yelling you will attract unwanted guessed. How did you get down here?” A male voice was close to her ear, sending a chill down her spine. “Perhaps here isn’t the place to chat.” “Please help me,” Lancer whispered not sure if the voice was real or her imagination was playing tricks, “I need to get back.” “Calm yourself, you are lucky I had ran into you and not the others. However..” the voice seemed concerned and remained near her ear, “Your blood may attack things.” ‘ My blood? My wound reopened? Great,’ Lancer winced as strong arms picked her up. She struggled against the pain in her back as they held her firmly. She heard one last warning in hear, don’t scream. Hearing something odd and then a gust of wind came out of nowhere had picked up. She wasn’t worried about the one holding her, her mind was going ninety miles an hour, ‘ How much blood had I lost? What of Fang or Reaper, are they still alright?’ She felt weak, between the blood loss at the park, and now where she was , she knew it was a lot. The darkness never cleared to light, it seemed they were in the darkness for hours. Until her eyes looked towards a light ruby red just outside the darkness of the tunnel. It wasn’t blinding when they emerged, it was then that she realized she’d been in a cavern in a mountain. Slowly she looked to the one holding her a scream was fighting to come out, nearly choking her. The figure had tan horns barely visible in their cream white hair and leather wings similar to those of a large bat. Their face was unreadable and seemed very focused in where they were headed. Gold eyes fell to the ground below in time to see the massive mountain give way to dark looming buildings. Lancer looked to the distance noticing a taller building that towered over the buildings around it. However the male who had her quickly turned away from the massive building to where it was out of view. “Where are you taking me?” Lancer growled but the male ignored her and seemed to focus on a place they were headed. ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~ Reaper had searched the whole house for Fang but there was no sign of the yellow assassin. Looking around the room where they once all were she noticed Lancer's one sword still laying on the ground. Walking over she picked it up and glanced to the corner where the assassin had disapeared, ' At least she has her back up sword still..' Thinking back to the two signing and how Lancer seemed to know what had happened. “Damn it, where would Fang go?” Red eyes looked to the window, the sun had finally fallen. Walking out of the building Reaper frowned, ‘ That dang witch separated us, was that her plan?’ Red eyes narrowed trying to make sense of everything, Fang wasn’t able to speak due to the wound. ‘ Lancer what were you thinking?’ Looking to the shadows trying to figure it out, shaking her head she tried to recall Fang and Lancer before Fang’s disappearance. There had to be a reason to why Fang wasn’t in the room. ‘ Did Lancer predict what Thena would have done if she got free? If Thena had thrown Fang like she had Lancer or even me it would put Lancer in a bad spot. She sent Fang away so she could heal, attacked so that I would hopefully not be injured?’ Reaper frowned shaking her head, ‘ I must find Fang, if anyone kills Thena we will remain one short..’Thinking on where Fang might have gone, Reaper picked up speed not bothering to stick to the shadows and out of sight. ‘ We will find you Lancer.’

“Well seeing that I have maybe blue jeans?” Syn held up a pair of pants that looked dark blue in color, but he was pretty sure they were close to black, “and this grey hoodie, I may need something else”. He looked through his closet one more time he stopped, spotting three pastel shirts in the abyss of black clothing and took them off of their hangers and onto the floor, mumbling Holly's name.
He studied Ishimu for a moment before looking back into the closet, “Do I have anything that would fit you? If only for the time being?” he smiled slightly, “if anything you're the one who needs to get some clothes” he pulled out one shirt and held it up to Ishimu, “they might run on the larger side…”
Nights followed Shade into the other room, smiling that both Toshi and Kelarth were in one piece, most likely due to Kemas interference.
Upon hearing the news Nights squeezed Shades hand in return, worried about what what had happened to the three cloaked individuals. “Their wounds were temporary treated since they were heading back to their headquarters. Fang is unable to speak and Lancer’s back wound could open up at any moment if her body is put under any stress” ‘and god know what else Thena did to them’. Her ears went back, angry at just the thought of what she could have done to them, “so what’s the plan?”
“Wrath was a one of a kind demon, one who could kill if you locked eyes with it” Raider smiled petting the winged cat plush, “one of legend from my homeland that just happened to be true” he said with a laugh.
“Bards sing of my stories, though they have how I died wrong, there is no grandson to speak of” Wrath grumbled crossing its arms.
“It doesn't help that your tyranny just suddenly stopped and our land had a new ruler of a sudden, they had to make up something” Raider grinned at the now frowning plush. “But all of the plushes, except Pride, Gluttony and possibly Sloth?” he said unsure of himself thinking momentarily, “are a kind of demon, so it's quite common here”.
Raider looked out the window seeing how light it was outside, “any minute now, are you ready?”
Rin poked his head through the doorway, his ears back afraid that Storm was still mad at him. He looked up at Storm but the other person in the room caught his eye, ‘hey, your one of those caped people that was fighting, what are you doing here?”
‘She’s asking for help looking for a vampire, possibly the same one Storm is looking for” Pride looked at Rin, “something happened to her companions and apparently this vampire and a white haired woman could help”
Rin looked up to Storm, “do we help? He smells nearby, I think he's back in that area where that shadow and wolf ran passed us” his tail swished back and forth wondering if Storm was going to help out.

“It’ll work,” glancing to what Syn had found in the closet, “The pants should be okay.” He gave a small smile to his friend before looking back at himself. Covered in grime and filth he shook his head and glanced around the room, “I think I could use a shower..” “Then head to the store so I can at least get pants, I think the shirt of yours might be alright. I may swim in it a little though,” he glanced to the pants Syn had been holding before flopping down onto the bed, “Or should I get my own clothes?” Turning to where he could see Syn from the corner of his eye, “So how about a towel and at least the shirt for now.” “We should look for them,” Kelarth replied looking to Kema for any ideas on how. “Any idea on where they would even go?” “No idea, unless you can track them it could take time to locate any of them,” Kema frowned glancing towards Shade wondering what they should do. The purple haired vampire scowled as he listened to them. Shade frowned feeling a little responsible for the two injured assassins. “We don’t know where Thena is, so let’s focus efforts on finding the cloaked trio. The best place to start I would think would be the battlefield.” “What if Thena expects us to be there?” Toshi frowned looking to Nights than to Kelarth, “We could send Nights and Kelarth to the park, in the meantime I think it’s best you keep a low profile.” “Just stay here?” Shade frowned looking to Kema who nodded in agreement, “But-” “Nights and I can handle it, we are stronger than you give us credit for,” Kelarth grumbled crossing his arms in irritation as a growl escaped his throat. “I am not the only one Thena will go after,” Shade glared at Kelarth causing the wolf to look away, “She will try to go after anyone that she thinks would be my weakness.” “Shade, it’s only a recon mission, go to the park see which way they might have gone, then return to figure out the next step,” Toshi tried to explain looking to Nights for any kind of help, “If it makes you feel better she can take the shadow with her.” “Only Nights can understand this one,” glancing to the quiet shadow creature still hiding behind him, “If Blinky isn’t busy it may work.” He looked to Nights sadly not wishing to be apart while the vampire ran free once more. “Then it’s settled,” Kelarth barked letting his tail wag as he looked towards Nights, “When shall we go?” He couldn’t help his excitement as he tried to wait for Nights, getting a stern look from Shade he then decided to move a little more closer to Toshi for now. “I still don’t like it,” Shade mumbled looking to Nights with worry, “If Thena shows, please get out of there..” “Yeah, I’m ready. Still nervous though,” Zane admitted getting to his feet and stretching. He wasn’t too sure on why he felt so off and nervous about the hunt, he had hunted many times with Lenore. ‘ Maybe I’m just being paranoid...’ Zane glanced towards the door that Rin had disappeared behind, feeling a little bad for the plush. “So just us then? Wrath and you?” He gave a small smile hoping nothing would go wrong, more so of getting caught by anyone. ‘ Hopefully we won’t run into Lenore,’ ignoring the cold chill down his spine he headed towards the front door and waited for Raider as he opened it. Kneeling down he put a hand on Rin’s head before looking back towards the yellow cloaked assassin. His blue eyes watched them closely as he picked Rin up into his arms, “I don’t know what business you really have with the vampire and his mate. Don’t get me wrong, if you were anything or anyone else I wouldn’t help you.” He bared his fangs at her before looking to Rin, “Lead the way Rin, we will take her near them...” Thank you Fang glanced to Rin with a bit of surprise not realizing the odd plush she had seen during the battle had been with the wolf before her. She then looked to the plush who had translated for her, Thank you and sorry to just barge in like this…Petting the plush behind their ear as he glanced back down to Rin, “That is if you wish to help them of course. You do have a say in this as well.” ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ The flutter of wings behind the male made his muscles tighten, holding the blue-cloaked assassin firmly in his grip as he flew faster. He didn’t have to look behind him to know who was following them. “Haiz! Magnus!” He felt the blue assassin jump in his arms, he looked to the two who came out of hiding. The woman in his arms started to struggle in his arms when he made a quick landing. The male looked to a white-haired male, handing the woman to him. When she left his arms he then turned and headed towards the demons coming towards him from the sky. “The white haired male looked to the black haired female standing next to him watching her, “You didn’t have to do that.” He then headed towards the hideout, trying to keep the struggling woman from falling out of his arms. “It's a precaution, I have to be absolutely certain they aren’t a threat,” Haize scoffed at Magnus making sure the assassin couldn’t see where they were heading. Looking to the blue-cloaked assassin, she curled her lip curious of who they were, “What is she to Jarel?” As she closed the door behind them, she could hear Magnus scoff at, “I am not jealous!” Her quick reply had made the demon laugh, even more, growling she walked to Magnus when the smell hit her, “Magnus don’t!” Quickly snatching the blue-cloaked assassin, hearing the assassin’s pain caused her to snap her attention to a black haired male sitting on the couch, “Zenos move, and get Magnus out of here!” When Zenos leapt off the couch, Haiz quickly put the blue-cloaked woman down gently as possible. She could hear Zenos trying to calm Magnus when the return of the winged demon had entered the hideout, “Jarel, who is she?” “Magnus be still,” Jarel didn’t look to the male as he walked over to the couch, “I am not sure, I have many questions as well.” “Jarel she’s a-” Magnus protested glancing to the blue-cloaked assassin on the couch. “And?” Haiz narrowed her eyes as she moved to sit on the arm of the couch by the woman’s feet, “You have something against our kind?” she flashed her fangs at him causing Magnus to shrink back when she lifted her mirage, “Speak ill again I dare you.” “Both of you knock it off,” Jarel growled glancing back to Magnus, “If you can’t handle it then leave.” He gestured to the door, ignoring the hurt look on the demon’s face as they looked down shaking their head. “I...can’t see,” Lancer turned her head trying to see who was in the room, but something seemed to be shielding her eyesight. It was dark and thick that she couldn’t even see her own hand in front of her. Her breathing was raspy as she tried to stay calm. “Please...Help. Me.” Haiz looked to Jarel with a small frown, “Can we trust her?” Looking to Haiz he gave her a small nod, “She’s too injured to really move, take the dark mist away from her eyes.” When the woman had he crossed his arms watching the cloaked figure closely, “When I had found you, you were in the discarded garbage of demons and bone. Explain how you had gotten there,” Jarel ignored Haiz’s surprised look and watched as the assassin-faced him. “Tell me what I wish to know, then I will decide if you shall see a healer.” “I don’t know how, not really,” Lancer replied not fully understanding it herself, “I remember fighting and the next I was in darkness. My companion and I were fighting a vampire.” “What did they look like? By chance do you remember their name?” Jarel growled and Haiz’s expression turned to fear as she looked down at the blue-cloaked assassin. “Her name is Thena,” Lancer closed her eyes struggling against the pain, “We were ordered to bring her back to headquarters, but we may not be taking her alive.” “Best you don’t,” grunted Zenos joining Jarel at his side and glancing to the blue cloak. “What are you?” Jarel growled glaring at Zenos when he butted in, the demon fell silent and had looked back towards Magnus. Shaking his head he was starting to get irritated by the three, “Your blood smells nothing like what lives here, where do you come from?” “I can’t say what I am, for I don’t fully understand it all myself,” Lancer replied as she shivered almost wishing she could have a blanket but bit back the question, “I was human once, for the most part, we live on earth. I am not sure where our headquarters is located.” “It’s not every day someone pleads for their life, but who sent her? Do you think she is a threat to the prince?” whispering so the cloaked figure wouldn’t hear him, Zenos looked to Jarel for further orders. “Threat or not, she’ll get minor healing until our questions have been answered,” Jarel glared at Magnus who stayed across the room watching them, “If she is not a threat we will do what we can for them, understood? That means the best behaviour from you.” He waited until Magnus nodded before turning towards Zenos, “Go to the pack border and call on Kazar.” “On it,” Zenos smiled glad to be outside away from the building up tension. Leaning against the far wall, Magnus glared at the blue-cloaked figure before grumpily heading over to a chair and plopping down a little too forcefully. He grumbled at the sudden uncomfortable of the chair, sitting more upright he glanced towards Haiz who had been watching him. “What of Mangus?” Haiz whispered her red eyes glancing towards the unhappy demon. “He’ll be fine once the smell of blood is gone,” he waved a dismissive hand, watching Haiz jump off the arm of the couch landing on her feet. “In the meantime, how about making lunch?” He gave a small smile, “I’m starving.” “Shall do, and I’ll make grumpy Magnus something too,” she teased before taking off towards the kitchen. Pulling up a chair to the couch, Jarel sat down watching the blue-cloaked assassin as they seemed to have fallen asleep. Blue eyes watched the assassins breathing, ‘ If the prince sent her is he in trouble?’ His eyes narrowed at the thought of where the assassin had ended up and grimace at what could have become of them if he had not found them. ‘ I may have to call on Shade…’ (Don't forget S.C. Well you can if you want lol either way...but just a reminder :3 )

Syn pulled out a tan colored towel from the top rack of the closet and handed it to Ishimu along with the shit he would be wearing for the time being., “bathroom is the next door over, and it might be best to get some of your clothes. I’m not sure if your mom will notice that your wearing new clothes” he didn’t know how mothers worked so his guess was what he was going off of.
“We could grab a bag or duffle bag and head to your old place, pack up some clothes and bring them back here,” he looked at ishimu with a smile, “how does that sound?” In the back of his mind, Syn figured he would change and check on the messages left by Holly, or check on the shadows where were being quiet in the other room.
Leilani thought for a moment, what did she want to tell her only daughter that she hadn't seen for years? A sad smile formed on her lips, “tell her that I hope to see her soon and that I love her, and possibly give her a big hug for me too?” she returned the smile to S.C.
“I better get going before,” the sound of two whistles cut her off, making her look in the direction where it had come from, “well, that's my cue, I hope to see you again S.C.!” Leilani took off in the direction the whistles came from and disappeared from seight behind the many trees and bushes that surrounded the area.
Just as Leilani disappeared a sandy brown wolf jumped out from behind some bushes and landed in front of S.C., looked at the shadow and took off where Leilani had gone. Seconds later Hala came from the wolf's direction and signed to S.C. “where did she go?” she looked annoyed like she had lost something she was looking for.
Splitting the group was never a good idea but finding the assassins was important, they were injured because of an enemy of theirs. But seeing Kelarth looking like he was excited to go put her a little at ease. Nights squeezed Shades hand one more time, “we’ll be fine love, if push comes to shove I’ll portal us back, I promise, we’ll be fine,” Looking to the excited werewolf she smiled, “right?”
Reluctantly letting go of Shades hand she knelt down and faces the shadow with a smile signing to it, “will you come with us and help keep in touch?” she quickly glanced at Kelarth, wanting to make sure she caught the shadows answer, “do you think we should portal right back to the park where we just were? Or make our way there? Just in case we catch on to one of their scents?”
“It’ll just be us unless you have any other request” Raider stood up and stretched, the winged cat next to him doing the same before flying onto his shoulder eyeing the young vampire. “Though I think for the first night the fewer the better, Wrath just comes at a default beca-”
“Because I would follow no matter what” it giggled
Raider sighed and headed to the front door, opening it a little to see how light or dark it was, “it seems like it’s perfect to head out now. Are you ready Zane?” he opened the door fully, showing how dark it had gotten from when they last saw outside.
Pride nodded and smiled slightly, “it's no problem, I hope you find who you're looking for in time”
Rin nodded, happy to be back with Storm, “we’ll she needs help from your enemy, which means he would have to live for a little bit longer to help her out unless this scary vampire now is everyone's enemy” he looked from Storm to the cloaked person. “Choose an exit, either way, we gatta go down the block and make a left, they aren’t too far away from here” his tail twitched slightly, happy to be on the hunt again.

“True, didn’t think about that,” Ishimu frowned unsure if he wished to stop by his old place. ‘ I wonder if it still smells of blood…’ Shaking his head of the thought he nodded, “After the shower, we can head over, I can change there and then on the way back we can get the rest. This way we don’t have to explain the bag.” Taking the towel from Syn, he glanced down the hall. The shadow creature and cat seemed to be talking quietly, he then looked back towards Syn. “I will try not to take too long.” Ishimu then headed down the hall and into the bathroom. The tub was simple to figure out as he turned the water on and let it warm up. Closing the door, he walked back to the tub and sat down on the edge. Forcing himself to relax and not think of home and his place. ‘ Everything will be fine, I have nothing to really worry about,’ he then started to get undressed and turned the shower head on. “Will do!” S.C. smiled back before its ears twitched at the sound of the whistles. Yellow eyes looked around confused as Leilani quickly disappeared, then a sandy brown wolf came out and of nowhere causing shadow creature to jump. Then moments later Hala had returned, it waved to her before turning its head to the side. “I’m not sure where she had gone, she didn’t tell me.” Its ears lowered wondering if it had made her upset to have missed Leilani. Kelarth froze all excitement gone at the mention of the portals, “Portal there? I would rather run there than use portals..” He shivered at the thought, “Be sides we may lose valuable scents as to where they are if we use them…” “You’re just scared of them, you know Shade and Nights use that way of travel for years now,” Toshi teased watching the werewolf seem to become pale. “Thena uses them too, and I like my feet on the ground,” Kelarth replied glancing to Nights, “No offence to you two…” “I enjoy the quick travel,” Shade shrugged and looked to Kelarth, “Any sign of danger and you’re going into the portal. Even if Nights has to drag you into it.” “Fine, but do we have to use them to get there?” The shadow creature nodded and smiled to Nights, ‘ Of course, but there is no other creature here…” It frowned looking to Shade who had gone quiet and seemed to be ignoring Kelarth’s question. ‘ Blinky, are you busy?’ Shade called to the shadow creature as he glanced to the one at his feet, curious of what the two were talking on. The shadow creature seemed to be watching Nights intently, something they only ever seemed to do with each other. ‘ Not too busy, just making a friend. Do you need something?’ Blinky sent back as it put a hand out to Kaze not wishing to be interrupted by the shadow cat. ‘ There is some bad news that Nights and Kelarth wish to check out. They are bringing the shadow creature that is here with them, any chance you can get here in case you are needed?’ ‘ The two here don’t seem to need us at the moment, I could get away for a bit,’ Blinky replied with a frown, ‘ Can my friend come?’‘ I guess?’ Shade frowned confused on what Blinky had found this time. It giggled and looked to the shadow cat, “Just need permission from Ishimu and Syn and you can meet some people I know.” The shadow cat blinked in confusion and glanced down the hall, “I don’t wish to interrupt them again...” Exiting out of the trees and into the clearing, Reaper looked around. The trees around the park had been silent, not even the sound of hushed voices from people as they walked on the paths could be heard. The eerie silence creeped her out as she slowly walked to the middle of the clearing. Standing alone she glanced around for any sign of the yellow or blue cloaked assassin, but nothing stirred. When she didn't see anything move, she dug into one of her pockets pulling out a black palm-sized plastic cylinder. Reaper’s eyes closed as she opened the container. The silence was only interrupted to her, as a high pitched cry and black shroud like fog engulfed Reaper before skyrocketing up into the sky above her. A raven head looked to the sky, spread its massive black fog like wings wide as it let out another cry staying solid for some time before starting to slowly disappear. Opening her eyes Reaper looked around for the assassins who might hear the call, but no reply came. Frowning behind her mask she looked up to the slowly fading raven with disappointment. ‘ Where are you two? Reaper's red eyes narrowed and looked to the ground for any clues. Looking outside Zane nodded unsure of who else to really bring. Stepping out of the house he looked up and down the street as he waited for Raider and Wrath. “Do you have a place in mind that I can hunt or are we breaking into a house?” He looked back towards Raider, a little curious if they would be doing what the plush did for his meals. Only this time they wouldn’t be bringing them back home. “If we go out through the house to the front door, will the others attack her?” Storm looked to Pride for answers, ‘ Chances are Raider knows the assassin is here.' Petting Rin he looked back towards Fang, “Every vampire is a threat, this one wishes to get in my way is all. For now, we will help you, once you're with Shade you are on your own.” Opening the door to a crack, Storm looked around for any sign of Raider or Zane. There was no sign of the two as he looked back towards the room he was about to say they could most likely use the front door after all. But it seemed the yellow cloaked assassin had other ideas. Fang glanced from the window to the door unsure which one would be best. Shrugging she didn’t wish to be attacked by plush, as something seemed off with them. Other than the ability to move and talk. Looking back to the window, Fang quickly crawled through before looking back to Storm and the plush he held. “Window it is…” Storm looked to Pride, “Thanks for your help...and tell Raider sorry.” Leaving the bedroom door open, Storm walked to the window and put Rin carefully into his mouth. Landing on his feet on the other side, he put Rin back into his arms, “Alright down the block and to the left, are we that close?” Leading the way down the block, Storm glanced to the assassin following close behind him. ‘ This is going to be a quiet trip…’ he glanced down to Rin with a small frown, the plush seemed happy to be back on the hunt despite what he had done and said to the plush in his arms. “Are you mad at me Rin?” Following behind Storm, the yellow assassin slowed down a few paces. Putting a hand to her neck wound, she frowned unsure if the wound had started to bleed through. They were to go straight to headquarters but things hadn’t worked out that way. Brown eyes looked to Storm as they paused at the corner of the block and headed left. Taking a few steps around the corner Fang froze, her body seemed momentarily frozen to the spot as she heard the assassins call. Looking to the sky for the signal, she hoped to hear the second assassin call to follow it but the air was silent. Looking to Storm who had still been walking, and knew the werewolf hadn't heard it. Picking up her pace she stayed close to Storm. Her brown eyes watched the sky in hopes to figure out where the call might have come from. ‘When I reach the ones who can help, I’ll release the assassins call then…’ with some hope in finding out if the other two were safe, she looked back around them. The dark streets seemed deserted besides a few passing cars which made her jump, being so used to stealth she wasn’t like the feeling of exposure. ~~~~☆~~~~☆~~~~☆~~~~☆~~~~ Head groggy and plagued by nightmares, Lancer shifted on the couch. Searing pain from her back shot up her arms and legs. Golden eyes shot open as she felt pressure on her shoulders keeping her laying down. Clawing at the hands that held her, she felt two strong hands grip her wrists with a grunt of effort. “She really is a fighter,” Jarel’s voice laughed looking to the door as the healer opened it. The werewolf healer stopped in the doorway their eyes big with shock, and surprise at who laid on the couch. He then looked over his shoulder to Zenos who forced themselves inside by squeezing through the gap in the doorway and himself. Their eyes then looked to the blue-cloaked assassin slowly walking towards the couch. “How did she get here!? She shouldn’t be here,” he then turned to Zenos, “And you should have described the patient like I had requested in the first place before I had gotten here!” Kazar then looked back to the blue-cloaked assassin as he rushed to the couch, “What happened?” Lancer looked to the healer confused at first to who they were, “Thena had an escape plan, I don’t know what happened to the others after she sent me...here.” “Not good,” Kazar mumbled under his breath and looked to Magnus and Zenos, “You two blood duty, go.” “Why am I on-” “Do you want to be here when he operates?” Zenos gave Magnus a sly smile as he nodded to Kazar, “On it.” He grabbed Magnus by the arm and dragged him through the door. Red eyes flashed to Kazar clearly not happy with the healer, “Can we really trust her?” He pointed to the assassin on the couch, “How did they get here?” “If Thena is involved then you know how she was hoping to kill one enemy by sending them here,” Kazar then looked to Haiz and Jarel, “She helped SHade, she is not our enemy unless you make her our enemy. Which in that case at her full strength you may be dead. Now if I don’t heal her she will die from blood loss, do you want to explain to Shade why an ally had died when she could have been saved?” “Fine, but I expect answers,” Jarel growled looking to the resting assassin. Their eyes had closed, but their hands were clenched as he still gripped their wrists to keep them from thrashing around. “Help me flip her Haiz, carefully.” Nodding Haiz gently lifted Lancer’s shoulders while Jarel helped lift the assassin’s side. The gash on the assassin’s back caused her to gasp and almost let go, “How could anyone live through such a wound?” “Normal people can’t,” Kazar grumbled kneeling in front of the couch, he then started to work quickly to stop the bleeding, “We did a small patchwork job at the battlefield as they were heading back home with Thena. They were to fully recover there, seems Thena had recovered more than we had expected possible after what Toshi had done to her.” “We?” Jarel carefully moved the assassin so they laid on their stomach. “Yes, two others. She was alone when you had found her then?” Kazar glanced to Jarel as he rummaged around in his bag for what he needed. “There were no others, she had been there for some time. She is lucky to still be alive,” Jarel muttered looking to what Kazar was working on. Kazar’s blood went cold as he stopped what he was doing and looked to Jarel, “Where did you find her?” “In the Rohza garbage tunnel, like I said lucky,” Jarel shrugged looking to Haiz who sat quietly on the arm of the couch. “Lucky indeed, Thena must have hoped that the Rohza would have finished her off for her,” Kazar looked back to what he was doing, finishing it up. When done he helped move the assassin onto their back to be a little more comfortable. “Give her these when she wakes and plenty of blood. Oh and keep Magnus at a distance, I don’t wish to patch up his bite marks and explain them to Shade.” “You can’t leave her here! Magnus isn’t under control,” Jarel frowned looking to Haiz for support but the woman gave him a shrug. “Really? Still? He has to learn at some point Jarel,” Kazar glared at him before packing up his things to leave, “I’ll return when I find a way to get her back home.” He then stormed to the door and opened it, “I believe her name is Lancer, take care of her.” He then slammed the door on his way out. “You made him mad,” Haiz said with a laugh, “Since she will be here a while I’ll make her stay a little more comfortable.” “Wouldn’t be the first time, and really Haiz? She isn’t staying that long,” Jarel glared at her not happy with the situation and how she seemed to think better of it. “You want her to stay on the couch? Besides I like the idea of another girl around,” Haiz winked and chuckled as she made her way down a small hall.

Syn nodded and sat down on the bed, “take your time Ishi” he called to the red head as he left the room. Once he was gone he took the opportunity to check his phone, “did i have this thing on silence?” he muttered to himself realizing how many times the fairy called and texted him, he looked at the messages and chuckled, they ranged from angry, worried and disowning him, the last one was text was sent twenty minutes ago, “Just tell me if your alive” Smiling to himself he sent one that would hopefully calm her nerves, “I’m dead, send flowers” He grinned and waited for her replay, knowing she would send one immediately back with that response. ”Jerk” Syn laughed and raised the volume on the device and set the phone on the bed so he could change, blue jeans and grey hoodie it was, hopefully a black under shirt was alright with his mother, man did he have to go shopping for more colored clothes. Slipping the phone back into his pocket he stepped out of the room he made his way where the two shadows were hanging out, “whats up guys?” Hala frowned and sighed, looking in the direction where her friend had gone and pouted, he tail swishing in annoyance. She was sure Leilani had her reasons but to not drop in and say hi? Shaking her head Hala knelt down to the shadow, “ where are you going, or doing now? Anyplace I can take you?” Nights picked her head up hearing that Kelarth was scared of the portals, “scared? But don't you travel with Shade a lot?” She tilted her head slightly, “we can go there on on foot, but like Shade said, the first sign of danger and your getting pulled into one” she laughed lightly. “But we can head out once our communications are in place” Turning her attention back to the shadow she signed once more, “ I’m sure Shade is getting in contact with S.C. or Blinky, if not we’ll find another way” he held out her hand to the shadow so she could pick it up. ‘ speaking of S.C. I need to check in and see how the ring is going…’ “I don't think were going to break into any homes right now” Raider looked around them to see if any of their neighbors were out and about. Wrath frowned, “awe, I was hoping for break ins” “We don't need to worry about the police or any other law officials right now Wrath,” Raider sighed, “but I do know of a place where people gather, there should be one or two people you can get. It's a little more into the city, I hope that's fine” he smiled to the young vampire. He looked around one more for his neighbors prying eyes and continued down the sidewalk, gesturing for Zane to follow him. “So were not using my usual spot?” Wrath groaned. “Were not, it would look suspicious for a man and a child to be walking around at dark there” Pride giggled watching Fang crawl through the door, “come back and say hi if your in the neighborhood” it looked to Storm and Rin next, “if raider ask I’ll say something came up, good luck in your search you two” it waved them off watching them follow Fang. “There not that far away, but they are mixed in with other scents, I think your vampire is with friends”. Storms next question made his ears twitch, “mad? No, it’s understandable, plus I feel like you have gotten into arguments before” he said with a laugh. “After we turn left keep going straight until I say so” he watched Fang jump from the passing cars, “is she ok?”

Blinky jumped at hearing Syn and glanced towards the black haired male, rubbing its little arm as it shifted on its feet a little uncomfortable. “Since you won’t be needing the use of the tunnels, I was wondering if it would be alright to help Shade. If so I was hoping to bring Kaze with…” Yellow eyes watched Syn, knowing the vampire didn’t really like Shade. Though it couldn’t really understand the reason to why. “When or if Kaze is needed they can easily be summoned by Ishimu…” Blinky turned its head to the side, knowing it didn’t need Syn’s permission to leave. But felt it should still ask as it wasn’t sure if it was still needed. “I don’t have to go,” Kaze offered glancing down the hall towards the bedroom, unsure if Ishimu would mind or not. It then glanced towards Syn, “I can always stay here and use a cat nap.” It smiled flicking its tail lazily as it looked to Blinky who seemed to be nervous. “Back to Moon Pass for now, I’m not sure what is going on as far as Shade goes,” S.C. replied with a small smile, “Besides my job isn’t done here just yet, we still have to speak with Metal Clan. I’m curious if they have finished what they were working on.” I believe S.C. is busy elsewhere still, though Blinky might not be busy, the shadow replied with a small smile curious of what their mission was. It looked to Shade a little eager as to how it would be helping them out. Though it seemed the vampire was still trying to decide if Blinky would be coming or if they would need to contact S.C. “Blinky isn’t busy, and wants to bring some friend,” Shade glanced to Nights as the shadow creature climbed up her arm and rested on her shoulder. “I’m sure it’ll be here when it can if you wish to take off now.” “You just never really know what lurks just beyond the barrier that pulls you through to the other side,” Kelarth replied with a shiver, “I fear it could easily spit you out anywhere and you’d never know how to get back…” “The shadow creatures use that way to travel, you don’t see them fearing the tunnels,” Shade teased glancing to the shadow creature who blinked at the two. Shaking his head he moved to Nights’ side and kissed her cheek, “Please stay safe…” “It’ll be fine, I don’t mind the walk,” Zane followed after Raider eager of where they were heading. He glanced to Wrath who seemed to have wanted to go to the normal hunting grounds, “I don’t think I want to go to the place you find….my food.” He didn’t know how else to really put it, as he followed at Raider’s side and looked on ahead. “How did you come up with the plush designs for them all? Does it just come to you as you work?” Zane asked trying to make some kind of small talk as well as getting to know the Necromancer a little better. “I still find it hard to believe,” Storm replied petting their head as he continued to go straight until Rin would give further directions. Frowning as he recalled on what Rin had mentioned about the odd dream or vision the plush had, “So a guy had purple hair? Were there any other features you could make out?” When the plush mentioned something was up with Fang he glanced over his shoulder and shrugged, “It’s not like she can really tell us anything. I don’t understand sign language and I don’t think it’s something you can really pick up on…” Watching him talk to the plush was a little unsettling as she kept her distance from the talking plush and wolf. ‘ The sooner we get to the others the better…’ she frowned as she glanced back towards the sky, when she had looked back she blinked and gave a small shrug when the wolf looked at her. There wasn’t much she could do with two that didn’t understand her. She shook her head carefully as she quietly followed after them. Resisting the urge to keep looking at the sky for the odd assassin mark that would linger in the sky for only a few more minutes. There were no signs on the ground, not even a hint of which direction Fang might have headed. Wrapping her cloak a little more tightly around her she glanced to the now mostly faded mark overhead, there was no reply. Red eyes narrowed as the thought of Thena had found Fang had started to become a possibility. ‘ Where to look from here…’ her eyes looked to the trees, unsure if she had seen something moving in the shadows or if it was just her eyes playing tricks. Moving slowly across the clearing towards the tree line, she headed into the trees in the opposite direction she had come in and crouched into the shadows. Watching the clearing closely as well as listening around her, small creatures slowly started to stir from their sleep and make soft noises. When something had emerged from the forest, she let out a soft breath of relief seeing it was just some kids passing through and didn’t even seem to have noticed her. They were laughing amongst themselves as they moved on. ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ Golden eyes watched Haiz closely as she followed behind them to her temporary living quarters. Every step was painful as they soon stopped in front of a door and opened it for her before looking back. Their red eyes watched her as she glanced into the room before looking back to Haiz expecting the room to be a trap. “Relax you can leave the room as you please. As long as Jarel is here, Magnus should leave you alone. If not let him know you can sting,” Haiz said with a small laugh as if reading the assassin’s thoughts about the room being a trap. Walking into the room she glanced back to the blue-cloaked assassin, “It’s not much but it’s better than the couch.” “I’ll manage,” Lancer grumbled as she walked into the bedroom. There was a bed pushed to the wall on the left side of the room with a nightstand next to it. There were no windows and the only light came from a single candle on a small desk. The soft glow reflected off something in a chair that made Lancer shiver. Haize had seen her shiver and chuckled at her reaction. “Kazar said you had needed blood, don’t worry it’s human. Think of it as a human donation,” Haiz glanced to the blood bags on the chair, “Its best to eat well drink in here. Magnus around blood is a bad idea, at least at the moment. Anyway, I’ll let you get settled, feel free to haulier if you need anything.” Nodding to Haiz, she looked to the bed as the half kayram vampire exited the room. Lancer let out a small sigh as she closed her eyes forcing herself to relax before moving towards the bed. ‘ Hopefully, the others are alright,’ making her way to the bed she sat down before laying on her back and watched the shadows dance across the ceiling. Letting her muscles relax to hopefully ease the pain, she grumbled at the thought of needing blood as she moved carefully further onto the bed to lay down.

Syn tilted his head, “I mean I guess you can go? It’s not like were going to need the tunnels? We’ll be walking to his mother's home,” he smiled slightly, “plus it gives us a little more time together”
“But that's up to you Kage, if you wanna go, go, or just stay behind and cat nap, I’ll tell Ishi if you decide to go, plus Blinky,” shifting his gaze to the nervous looking shadow, “you don't have to ask permission, Shade is your...Prince, right?” he remembered not too long ago how it went off on him after he had called it Shade’s “pet”, so he didn't really know what to refer the other vampire as.
Hala tilted her head ”Metal Clan? Is that why Vega and the others are making weapons again?” Vega made swords and other weapons regularly but she hadn't seen Atlas makings bows and arrows in a long time now. She picked up S.C. and placed it on her shoulder, making her way back to Moon Pass, “You haven't been in contact with the others?”
Nights nodded, curious what it meant by friend, “I was wondering why it was away for so long, guess it was making friends”. She smiled getting the kiss on the cheek and gave one in return, “I promise we’ll come back in one piece love”
Turning to Kelarth she nodded her head toward the door, “let's head on out, and no need to worry about portals right now” she laughed. Making her way to the door she looked back to Shade one more time and smiled before disappearing behind it. Nights looked around to see if there were anymore people still around from Kelarths previous outing to find that it had calmed down since then, she breathed a sigh of relief. “I wonder if we should just walk or travel in wolf form…” she asked herself as she waited for the other werewolf.
“Its a real easy spot to get stupid humans” Wrath giggled.
Raider shook his head, “easy prey isn't really what were looking for, he has to learn how to hunt” he looked to Zane and smiled a little, “some come to me as i'm working on them, unless I knew them personally in Prides case, Wrath here was a already existing cat plush I owned and just modified since it was a on the fly job” raider poked at one of Wraths wings.
“The only one that's stumps all of us is sloth, it just appeared on day,” raider rubbed the back of his head, “and its always sleeping so we can't ask it anything”
“And it somehow moved in a blink of an eye, and I thought I was creepy” wrath said tilting its head.
“You are creepy Wrath”
“Rude”
“The guy with purple hair? He had green eyes I think, and I remember seeing him in a white place? Maybe it was snowy? A Lot of my memories are in a place like that, along with that girl…” Rin tapped his head trying to make more memories come to him. “He was really nice to me and her, but I don't think you and him have met, tat...tat something was his name, I think anyway”
“That girl keeps popping up in my head, her face is getting clearer but her name escapes me…” Rins ears tilted back, obviously annoyed.

“Come on Kitty you’re coming with me,” Blinky grabbed the cat’s big paw, “These two need some them time, as for Shade you could say we are close friends or family.” It then opened a portal on the living room floor and smiled to Syn, “We did help raise him after all.” It then looked to Kaze and frowned, “Please come, I promise it’ll be fun.” Kaze gave a slow nod to the shadow creature before looking to the portal. “If you need anything just call.” Kaze looked to Syn before jumping into the portal with a startled shadow creature attached to its paw. Drying off his hair, Ishimu opened the door to the bathroom and glanced to the hall thinking he had heard something. He had already gotten dressed and was making sure he was good and dry before walking out into the night air. “Everything okay?” Ishimu called wondering which way Syn was and curious if they were nearly ready. Kelarth followed Nights and looked around empty street. “Sorry for the commotion earlier..” He frowned feeling bad for the trouble he could have caused Nights and Shade. Looking to Nights he wondered how they would decide to get to the park. Their wolf forms would be faster than walking and they might pick up their scent along the way. Heading down the walkway to the sidewalk, Kelarth looked up and down the street for any sign of people. Seeing none he transformed and looked back to Nights with his head turned to the side and tail wagging. The shadow creature squeaked and quickly followed after Nights and Kelarth. Squeezing through the door it then climbed up to Nights shoulder and looked to the brown wolf in front of them. It then looked to Nights wondering if she would also decide to be a wolf for the quest they would be going on. Blinky has arrived, so we are good to go, it smiled as it signed to her. Watching Kelarth and Nights head out, Shade frowned wishing he could go with. He then looked to Toshi who seemed to be smiling at him. Growling under his breath he decided to ignore the vampire for now and turned his attention towards Kema, “Where do you think Thena would go?” The portal closed behind them and they soon came out in the living room that had blankets on the floor. Kaze fought the urge to rest among them and looked to the shadow creature who had darted off towards the hall and to a bedroom. Fighting a yawn the shadow cat followed behind Blinky and listened to the soft voices within the room. “She has many places, she moves around too much to really have a particular spot,” Kema replied sadly as he looked to the door and saw the yellow eyed shadow creature return, “Isn’t that one suppose to be with Nights?” “I am?” Blinky looked to Shade confused, “I thought I was expected to stay here..” “You are to stay here, where is your friend?” Shade looked to the shadow creature, “Were they unable to come?” “No it came with me,” Blinky smiled happily and motioned for something out of Shade’s sight, “Come, he won’t bite.” The shadow creature laughed as the shadow cat slowly walked towards the room. The shadow panther sat on the floor in the doorway looking over the three figures before bowing its head. “I am Kaze, my master is Ishimu.” It looked to them and stopped at Shade, “Two of you are vampires, yet one of you is something else...are you friends of Ishimu or foe?” Blinky snickered as Shade eyed it causing Blinky to stifle its laughter. “Sorry you could say it’s protective of Ishimu, just as we are of you.” “We are not the young vampire’s enemy, as long as he doesn’t go rogue,” Shade replied with a shrug, “The few people that know we exist the better. Besides Syn feels obligated to help Ishimu with his change, I won’t interfere unless asked or if its needed.” The shadow cat nodded liking his answer and purred, “Now Blinky promised fun.” “There is always fun where Shade is,” Blinky smiled looking to Kaze, “He gets into so much trouble he doesn’t have to look for it.” “Not funny,” Shade shook his head and leaned against the wall watching the two shadows, Kaze seemed more relaxed since his answer. “Yeah it is, your like a damsel,” Blinky looked to Shade showing its pointy sharp teeth happily. “That would make Nights what?” Shade asked rolling his eyes not liking where this was going. The smile got wider as Blinky then said, “She’s your knight in shining armor...hey coincidence, Nights knight..” It giggled and then looked to Toshi who was trying to conceal his laughter which only made Blinky more happy with its answer. “Really Toshi?” Shade frowned at the vampire who shrugged at him. “The shadow creature has a point...you do get into a lot of trouble,” he smiled and looked to the shadow creature, “And who bails him out of trouble?” “Nights!” Blinky said happily and looked back towards Shade who didn’t seem as pleased as it did. “I don’t understand your humor…” Kaze said shaking its head and looking from one vampire to the other. “But as long as there is fun I’m in.” Its tail swayed lazily behind it as it looked around the rest of the home, “But until the fun starts….” “What exactly are you Kaze?” Shade asked a little curious of the shadow cat. “I am a shadow panther, we live in a different world than your shadow creatures. Where I am from we are superior or in your terms law. It’s nothing like this world,” Kaze then looked to Blinky who shrugged at it. “Kaze hasn’t told me much of it’s world, but it sounds interesting,” Blinky smiled happily as it then climbed up Shade’s side and hopped onto his shoulder, “What’s the mission?” “Yeah Metal Clan is the werewolf pack in the shadow realm. Shade promised to help them and I saw the opportunity in helping,” SC frowned knowing what she had meant by her question. “I had been busy with…” it trailed off knowing it had slacked off some in its responsibilities and frowned, “I didn’t contact them in a while. Should do that now…” Looking to Hala it gave her a small smile not meaning to forget the reason as to why it was in Moon Pass to begin with. It had forgotten the ring that Shade still needed, as well as helping Metal Clan in getting their supplies they’d need to attack the Rohza with. It frowned as it then started to work on communication with the shadow creatures in the shadow realm to see what it had missed. Looking back to Fang, he listened to the plush as he tried to recall the name. Shaking his head he petted the plush’s head, “I don’t know anyone by the name of Tat, but I’m sure it’ll come to you in time.” Closing his eyes as he recalled what Rin had said about the young boy with blue hair and eyes to match. It had been sometime since he had gone and seen them, with so many people in and out of his life he wasn’t sure if they had even remembered him. His eyes narrowed at the thought before looking back ahead, “The girl with white hair and golden eyes…” Letting himself trail off he shook his head, he was certain it wasn’t possible for the plush to know her. Perhaps Rin was remembering something else entirely. Looking to the empty streets, he was glad that move of the people were inside. He looked back to Ren with a small frown, “Why are we helping the assassin?” It wasn’t so much of helping her, but bringing her to the vampire he had despised. Storm didn’t like that most demons revolved around the lord of vampires like he could do no wrong. A small growl escaped his throat seeming to be the only one who couldn’t forget what the vampire had done. Watching Storm closely, Fang kept her distance unsure if she could trust the werewolf. Feeling unsure if the vampire she sought would even be able to help with Thena. The thought of contacting the organization had crossed her mind and each time she shook it off. She didn’t want to get them involved, not if she could help it. Letting out a soft sigh she didn’t have a choice, it was either the vampire or getting more assassins. If they knew of the other demons that lurked in the city, she was sure they’d have to kill or capture them. The organization she decided would be the last resort. “So if it’s not stupid people, where are we going?” Zane asked glancing around trying to figure it out on where they were headed. ‘ So much for easy…’ he looked to Wrath with a small smile. “You’d be cooler without the biting,” Zane laughed a little and then looked to Raider with a small frown, “If you didn’t make Sloth, did another necromancer?” The red cloaked assassin staid to the shadows of the trees. Reaper was certain she wasn’t alone besides the humans that roamed the park. The soft glow of her wrist band caught her attention. Reading the message she growled at the one word displayed. Report, the organization wanted to know what was going on. Without the other two around she wasn’t sure what to tell them. Shaking her head she decided to ignore it for now, focusing on who else was in the park with her. ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ The knock at the door had startled her, having finished two bas and sucked them dry. Lancer had started the third giving into the blood craving, she glared at the door as another knock sounded. Knowing they wouldn’t leave she fixed her mask and sat on the chair. She had hoped they would leave her alone but it was wishful thinking. Jarel had came in a few times asking questions but Lancer wasn’t willing to answer. The door opened without her having to say anything and the frustrated Jarel stood in the doorway. His arms crossed and his eyes watching her. Golden eyes watched him closely as she placed the half eaten blood bag onto the desk. “I told you the information you seek is classified, as far as your lord or whatever. I don’t know who that is. The vampire that I had seen was one named Shade, there was no mention of lord or prince. As far as us there is nothing I can tell you,” Lancer watched them sternly wishing she could tell them more, but something told her it was better this way. “We saved you, and you can’t give us anything helpful?” Lancer shook her head and got to her feet when Jarel hit the door frame. To her surprise he closed the door and stormed off. She was expecting him to attack her for information. Looking to the bag on the desk Lancer growled taking the bag and walking to the door. Opening it to a crack Lancer then threw the remaining blood into the hall before closing the door. Walking to the bed a small smile played on her lips hearing one of the demons out in the hall. ‘ That didn’t take long…’ “Hey, where did you get that?” Zenos growled watching Magnus as they sucked on a bag entering the main room of the house. “On the floor in the hall, want some?” Magnus asked offering it to Zenos happily, “Don’t know who dropped it, but I’ll gladly take it.” “Pretty sure that was the assassin’s,” Haiz replied with a small laugh, “Hope she didn’t drug it.” “I’ll take my chances,” Magnus scoffed and sat on the couch glancing to the irritated Jarel.

The thought that the prince of vampires was raised by shadows was an odd one, but the way that Blinky was smiling told Syn it was a real thing. It made him wonder how old the shadows were since Shade looked around his age, a little older if anything. He shook off the idea.
Turning to Ishimu he pointed to where the portal once was with a nod, “Blinky had to return to Shade and took Kage with it, but it said it would come back if you called for it. Apparently Blinky wanted to have some fun with it, whatever shadows think “fun” is” he said with a shrug.
“I just have to grab a bag for your things if your ready to head on out”
Nights shook her head, “don't worry about it, just be extra careful next time” she waited for the shadow to fully climb onto her shoulder and pet it on the head, “alright, Blinky is with Shade so were all set” she said looking to Kelarth who had shifted to his wolf form. She laughed a little seeing his tail wag, “alright, wolf it is then, but from here on out no talking in front of humans. Hold on little one” she said looking to the shadow before shifting herself into her own wolf form, shaking out her white fur gently so the shadow wouldn’t fall.
Sniffing the air she smelled the faint scent blood, she was sure it was in the direction of the park from last nights fight, “we’ll go in this direction first, fang has the scent of a wolf, while Lancer has one of a vampire, if you come across any of those give a heads up”. She hoped the little shadow held on as she ran off toward the park.
Hala pet S.C. on the head, “No worries, I know there has been a lot of things going on here with all sorts of people involved, is there anything we can do to help?” she tilted her head as they entered Moon Pass, the sound of Vega hammering away at something echoed from one side of the village. “seems like he’s still working”
Looking at S.C. a little worriedly she wondered if it would get in trouble for being here too long away from Shade.
Rin closed his eyes trying to remember names and faces but everything remained as it was. He sighed, his ears dropping, “nothing,” he said annoyed at his own foggy memory, “can you think of anything?”
Tilting his head hearing the question about the assassin who he looked back at seeing her stare back at them with that creepy mask that she wore, “didn't you want to help her? I wouldn't have agreed to other wi-someone's on the move” Rin stood up in Storms arms and sniffed the air, “the wolf that's with him, the girl is on the move” he looked up at Storm unsure what to do, “are we still going for the vampire?”
“Think of it sorta like an alley, there's always a few people there hanging out you can pick off, its near an arcade so they’ll be a little on the younger side so you wont get adults right away” Raider looked around where they were making sure they were taking the right path into the city.
“I don't know any other necromancers aside from myself, the only other person with powers that are close to mine are...someone I hope you don't get the privilege of meeting” his face turned sour thinking of the person.
“They think Raider is their bestie and likes to visit him out of the blue” Wrath giggled, ignoring Zanes comment about being less bitey. “If we keep talking about him we might summon him for a visit” it giggled again.
“Don't wish that on us, last time I had to repair all of you...” raider sighed.

“That’s alright gives us some time together,” Ishimu replied with a small shrug and smiled before nodding, “I’m ready, hopefully it’s not too cold out.” He finished using the towel and looked to the bag, “Stop at my house then head to my mom’s…” He frowned at the thought as he grabbed the bag and started for the door feeling a little nervous, he looked back to Syn, “Are you sure you want to come?” Opening the front door he decided to let Syn out first. “I mean...aren’t you at all nervous?” He was a little curious if it was just him. Biting his lip he frowned remembering when he did his bad habit his mom would definitely notice the fangs, “What do I do if she spots the fangs?” ‘ This seems like a bad idea…’ Ishimu thought trying not to think of the things that might go wrong, hoping that Syn would have some kind of trick up his sleeve. “Vampire or a werewolf scent, got it,” Kelarth smiled as he quickly followed her keeping his nose to the air and sniffing around. Looking to the shadow creature on Night’s back it almost looked like Nights had a random black spot on her neck as it held on. It seemed to be laughing and enjoying itself, shaking his head he glanced around at the buildings wondering if they would be in one of them instead of out in the open. “Nothing yet,” Kelarth murmured as he followed Nights, “We are heading to the park?” Looking on ahead he wasn’t sure if he was making out the trees for the park or the trees in the backyard of houses. Wagging his tail he tried to keep himself from asking too many questions, which was hard and so forced himself to stay on task. “No you and Vega have been a great help to the pack of the shadow realm, I should have just contacted them sooner…” S.C. frowned at the thought as it then closed his eyes thinking as he worked out the information he was getting back. It’s ears twitched at some odd news from one shadow creature who had been following something odd in the shadow realm. “Great I think the shadow creatures need a break in the realm, they are starting to see things,” S.C. mumbled under its breath as it soon heard Vega’s hammering, “Then maybe I’m back in time!” It cheered up at the thought and looked to Halla, “Maybe I won’t get in trouble after all.” ‘ What do you mean?’ S.C. scent to the shadow creature still going on about the blue cloaked figure in the shadow realm. How it was certain they had never seen them before, and how the figure seemed to be acting not from the realm. ‘ Many demons keep to the shadows,’ S.C. reminded it crossing its arms before giving up on reason, ‘ I’ll look into it once I finish here…’ Hesitating unsure if he should say anything about what he knew or not, Storm let out a small sigh, “The girl you may be seeing is someone I haven’t had in contact with in a long time...Until you mentioned her, I nearly forgotten about her. With so many people coming and going, you’re used to being a loner…” He patted Rin on the head with a small smile, “If I remember right, her name was Maru. She had a brother, but his name escapes me…” “I didn’t totally agree to help her, I left it in the air to where if you wanted to help or not. Since you did I just followed…” Storm admitted as he stopped walking, “On the move? Nights?” He glanced towards Fang who had stopped and watched them with her brown eyes and head turned in curiosity. “Lets just keep going towards Shade...the sooner we drop her off, we can maybe see what she is up to. Unless Shade is also on the move…” Taking something out of her pocket, Fang tapped Storm on the shoulder giving up on other means of communication. When the werewolf looked to her, Fang pointed to the charcoal in her hand and then to the ground before stooping down and writing something. When finished there were two names etched onto the concrete before she looked up to Storm. Shade and Nights folding her arms she looked to the plush curiously as to which way they would then go. “Yes that is what we are trying to decide which one to head towards, Nights is on the move. I’m not sure on Shade the vampire you are after,” Storm said kneeling down and looking from Fang to Rin. Fang rolled her eyes getting irritated, and circled Shade’s name before then writing something else on the concrete. Where do we go to find him?’ “Why do you insist on that dang vampire! If you knew the lies and deceit he causes, you’d stay away from him,” Storm growled getting annoyed as he got to his feet. I need his help, unless you can stop Thena, Fang wrote crossing her arms as she got back to her feet and stood up tall enough to look Storm in the eye. “That witch is better off dead, kill her is your best bet. And I wish you three would,” Storm growled before turning his back on the assassin before looking to Rin, “Shade it is…” “Do you think he is the one who made Sloth?” Zane asked remember the cute little plush, it was hard to believe it could move fast at all with it wanting to sleep so much. He glanced to Raider a little surprised to hear he’d be going for kids around his own age. “I won’t turn them will I?” he shivered at the thought of making younger versions of himself, nor did he really know how the biting process worked for changing. “Wait they are a friend or supposedly friend and he broke all the plushes?” Zane’s eyes grew wide, “He’s lucky he didn’t kill any, or did he but you were able to mend that...since your the owner of them…” Feeling a little awkward on the topic as he felt he may be prying into something or someone that he really didn’t wish to know. ‘ They don’t seem to be nice like Raider…’ He looked up to Raider a little curiously. ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ Both armor was complete and inspected by Fay. With the work done Fay had waited for the shadow creature to contact him once more for their exchange. With no word from them, Fay started to wonder if something had gone wrong. Shaking his head he was sure the creature had gotten busy, but hopefully it didn’t forget about them. Sitting at the table he stared off into the fireplace watching the flames when a knock on the door startled him out of his thoughts. “Come in,” Fay sat up and looked to the door as it opened, “Kazar, what can I help you with?” “I am not sure,” Kazar replied with a small frown, “Shade had needed me during the battle with Thena. However, I thought we had won…” “Did we not?” Fay asked confused as he motioned the healer to join him. “With what I had seen, no..” Kazar shook his head and sat across from Fay. Blocking the alpha’s view of the flames, “Any news of the shadow creature?” “None, and what do you mean? What did you see?” Fay leaned over the table, “Don’t hide anything from me Kazar.” “I would never keep anything from you,” Kazar replied quickly watching his alpha slowly relax. “There is someone not from our world here. She was to take Thena somewhere from what I had understood. Some how things went wrong and the assassin is here, which means Thena is back on the loose..” “Assassin?” Fay leaned back in his seat eyes narrowed not liking the thought of a foreigner in the realm. When Kazar nodded, Fay got up from the table and started to pace. “You said they were to take Thena, does this mean they are on our side?” “I can’t be certain,” Kazar admitted with a frown, “We don’t know how she had gotten here, as far as I know the two with her are not here.” Nodding as he listened to the healer, he stopped near the chair he had been sitting in. “Bring them to me,” Fay glanced to Kazar who shook their head. “She is with Jarel’s group, and he wants answers,” Kazar replied watching Fay grip the chair hard that it sounded like it would break. “Then bring him here too,” Fay grumbled looking to Kazar, “How did Jarel get to her?” “From what I gathered she was in Rohza territory and Jarel had stumbled on her, saving her. I shall get her and bring the assassin here,” Kazar stood to leave then hesitated looking to Fay, “Is she our prisoner?” “That is on her,” Fay replied motioning Kazar to head out. ‘ Who would have sent her if not Shade?’ Fay looked back into the fireplace, watching the flames lick at the air lost in thought. ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ Lancer had her eyes closed for some hours, time seemed strange here in this world. Feeling exhausted she hoped rest would help when there was a knock on the door and once more Jarel entered without being told to. It was starting to get on her nerves. Sitting up she glared at the demon then looking past him she realized he was not alone. Slowly getting up from the bed her hand instinctively went to her blade. “What is the meaning of this?” Lancer asked looking to Jarel. Her hand held tightly to the hilt of her blade as she watched the demon closely. “The pack of wolves wishes to see you,” Jarel watched the assassin closely, “I suggest you remove your weapon.” Golden eyes narrowed as she unsheathed her only remaining blade, the last thing that made her at least feel safe in this odd world. Tossing it to the floor, Lancer growled in disapproval, “If this is how you treat allies I’d hate to see how you treat enemies. Unless I’m a prisoner after all.” Glad to have the mask on as she bared her fangs in frustration at them. “I’m sorry,” Kazar glanced to Jarel who made no movement to retrieve the blade. Walking forward he stooped down and retrieved it looking to Lancer, “Hopefully Fay may have some insight on your situation and be able to get you home. I’m sure you don’t wish to remain here…” Tucking her hands into her robe she moved to the door and walked past Jarel and Kazar. Only to be stopped by Haiz blocking her way. She looked back to Jarel wondering if there was more to just her visit with a pack of wolves. “Sorry I had hoped you’d be with us a little longer,” Haiz replied hugging the assassin and catching them off guard. “Don’t move,” she whispered in their ear. Closing her eyes she stepped back and looked to Lancer with a smile, grabbing the assassin’s robes and forcing them to spin with her before stopping at each other’s side. “What is this?” Jarel growled baring his sharp teeth at them, “We don’t have time for this Haiz, change back.” Pouting Haiz turned back to her normal self an moved out of the way. Lancer looked to her confused as they then winked masking it and slowly walked to the front door followed by Zenos, Magnus, Jarel and Kazar. Looking over his shoulder to Haiz, Kazar gave a small nod, “We shall return soon.” Jarel stayed at the blue robed assassin’s side as they entered the packs gates. Watching as they took a small glance around and then looked on ahead. “Welcome to Metal Clan,” Jarel said not hiding his enjoyment, “Maye now we can get some answers.” Golden eyes glared at him but she said nothing as she was lead to the building where Fay lived. Being shoved forward she let a small escape her lips as she walked to the main room and froze at seeing Fay sitting at the table. A hand fell on her shoulder and guided her forward, realizing it was Kazar. “Here she is,” Kazar replied taking a few steps back and looking to Fay. Getting to his feet he examined the blue robed assassin. “Sorry to summon you but we need to know a few things,” Fay replied watching Lancer closely, “Where do you stand on demons?” Closing her eyes she thought on the question, “From what I’ve seen and been through, very poorly. Nearly eaten twice by Rohza then by him.” She pointed towards Mangus, “If I was her I’d have slain you all. Is this how we treat guests of Shade’s? Who are we to judge who he’s friends with? And you,” she looked to Jarel with a growl as she let her illusion fade, “Who cares how she got here, you all should be figuring out a way to get her back home!” At first Fay was startled and then outraged by the deceit of Haiz’s show. He growled as he ran at her, and grabbed the demon by their shoulder lifting them up. “How dare you deceive me of the Metal Clan, do you forget who’s guest you are here?” Fay growled and looked to Jarel who had backed up not daring to get in the werewolf’s way, “Where is she?” He looked to them all but none could seem to tell him. “Fay…” Kazar whispered gesturing to the demon in his grasp wincing in pain, “Perhaps we should explain the meeting…” “Not to these fools,” Fay growled throwing the demon towards Jarel who caught Haiz before they were slammed into the wall. “There was a way out for the assassin as soon as word got to the shadow creature, now how are we to return them back? We wouldn’t know where to even look.” ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ ‘ What the hell just happened?’ Shaking her head she walked to the door and poked her head out to see if it was clear. When she was certain the demons had gone, she stepped out and turned to close the door when her foot hit something causing it to clang to the ground. Looking down at the object she was glad to see her sword was left behind, she wondered just who might have planned it. Shaking her head she put the sword back into its sheath and quickly headed for a hopefully better place to hide low. Keeping to the shadows, she didn’t notice the yellow eyes watching her from the building alley ways as she passed them.

Syn nodded, “And if your too cold we’ll be stopping at your place so you can get something warmer than that hoodie” he smiled seeing how big the hoodie was on him, wasn't too big but noticeable that it was someone else's.
“I’m sure I want to come, Do you not want me to?” He was confused, they had talked about it planned it out, even worrying about his mother finding out what happened to her son and that it was his doing. “Of course i'm nervous, this is all band new,” he stepped outside and looked back at him rubbing the back of his head, “but I think it will be alright if its the two of us”.
Grinning he pulled out his phone and gave it a wave, “I've also thought if we need to escape or a distraction I can use Holly or another friend to help out”. Though with Holly only able to tell the truth it would be difficult for the Fairy if Ishimu’s mother was good at hearing things.
Nights scanned the area hoping that one of the scents would show up “The park was where we last saw them, and if worst comes to worst, you know Thena’s scent i'm assuming, we can use that to track them down”. She tried looking back at the shadow on her back, “little one, just give a tug if you need to tell us something, alright?”
She slowed down to a stop making sure she was going the right direction, looking around when something hit her, “The other assassin…” she faintly remembered her scent when Fang had to be operated on, but couldn't pinpoint what she was. “Kelarth the other assassin is nearby!” she yelled before bolting off in the scents direction, leading them into the park.
Hala tilted her head wondering what it meant, “you won't get in trouble?” she signed as she entered Vegas hut, the walls were lined with an abundant array of swords, short swords, daggers and one special looking on resting on his work desk.
Vega looked back at them, his face dotted with soot, he smiled at them, “hey there”
Hala instantly pouted and began to sign to Vega, “Lani was here!”
“Was?” he sighed and covered his face with his hand, transferring more soot, “she couldn't even come by and tell us that she's alright? Selfish…” Hala nodded in agreement.
“Any-who, Atlas has been going bow and arrow crazy, he’s even borrowed some of my materials to make some special ones, hope there good enough to use”
Hala poked her head out the door of the hut to see if Atlas had heard, not wanting to get shot with an arrow accidentally. There had been a couple of arrows stuck into the wall already close by Vega assuming there was some smack talk between the two. No Atlas.
“Do you you think this would be enough for the Metal Clan? Or should I keep working?”
Rin closed his eyes and crossed his arms, “Maru…” he spoke under his breath, repeating the name in his head, “his name…” Rin was lost in thought but jumped when Storm lashed out at Fang about “that dang vampire” his ears perked up, alert just in case there was danger.
Noticing the writing on the floor and seeing Shade circled he looked up at Storm, giving him a gentle nudge hoping to calm him down, “make a right, it looks like were in the neighborhood where we ran into the wolf who ran out on us, i'm assuming that was Nights?”
“If Sloth was made by him I say we destroy him when we get back” Wrath cackled, “he could be using it as a spying device”
Raider shivered, “don't say such things..” he looked at Zane and smiled, hoping to cover his discomfort about the so called “friend”, “we are somewhat close, the two of us unable to die so we had some time to bond. At that time I only had Wrath and Pride with me and Pride didn't like him one bit,” he chuckled, so those two would always argue”
“As for him breaking the plushes...Pride had to get a new body, it was beyond repair..and no, you can't really kill the soul of one of the plushes unless you damage the leather seal that's inside of them, that was fine surprisingly”
“Well they could be pieced back together but it would look like a mess” Wrath giggled
“And Pride is very prideful,” Raider laughed, “I reinforced their stitching just in case they get get into another scuffle, everyone else had minor repairs, just a quick stitch here and there”
“But don't worry kiddo, as long as your with raider you don't have to worry about him”

“Sorry nervous myself,” Ishimu joined him outside and closed the door before looking to Syn with a weak smile. He then headed to the sidewalk trying to recall which way to head. Heading over
After massaging his mom, he looked back to Syn, “Holly wouldn’t be too bad of a reason to leave, we could even say we are meeting one of your friends after.” Looking up and down the street still rather confused as to which way to go, he glanced to Syn a little embarrassed, “Which way to Pine Street?” Padding towards the park, Kelarth looked around to the shadows of the trees trying to catch any sign of the assassin that could be hiding. Seeing nothing he looked on ahead as he pondered which one Nights had got the scent of. He glanced towards Nights making sure he was close to her. The shadow creature looked to Kelarth with a grin, clearly enjoying the ride as it held onto Nights’ fur. Yellow eyes then looked back ahead, its ear twitched as other shadow creatures in the area messaged each other. The shadow creature frowned not happy to stop the fun as it tugged on Nights’ fur to get the werewolf’s attention. Squeaking it ducked, pressing its body to Nights’ neck as it saw something metallic reflect the little light in the park. On hearing the squeak of the shadow creature fright, he reacted quickly to seeing a dark mass and metallic weapon. Jumping over Nights he collided with the figure using his shoulder to knock them back. The blade was inches from his head as he backed off, hackles raised and tail fluffed. The shadow creature leaped off Nights, rolling on the ground, and raced to stand in front of Kelarth waving its arms to stop the werewolf. It then looked to Nights sadly, Sorry I didn’t have much warning. I just got word of the red cloaked assassin. Looking to the mass as they used their weapon to kneel on the ground. Their red eyes watching them sent a shiver down the shadow creature’s spine that it had fought the urge to hide behind Kelarth. “Bring the one...small demon that can’t talk…” Reaper muttered under her breath and looked around them feeling uneasy. She was certain that what she had sensed wasn’t them, nor could she pinpoint it. Looking back to the wolves she recognized the white werewolf. “Which werewolf are you?” Recalling the second werewolf with Nights, she couldn’t be certain. Kelarth snarled to catch the assassin’s attention before changing. “Who the hell attacks allies?” Getting no response from the red cloaked assassin, Kelarth crossed his arms, “How about explaining the attack?” “If I wanted you dead, you would have been,” Reaper replied coldly looking back into the shadows of the forest, “You two shouldn’t be here.” “Yeah for slipping on my duties and not keeping in contact,” S.C. replied as they entered the blacksmith and it looked to what Vega had done with wide eyes. “I’m impressed it should be more than enough. I’m sure they will feel indebted to Moon Pass,” It beamed happily as it looked to Vega, “I don’t think they would expect this at all..” It giggled at the sight of Fay all wide eyed and speechless as it could hardly wait to show the alpha to Metal Clan what Moon Pass had done for them. “Is it ready for sending?” “Thena,” Shade responded to Blinky with a frown watching the shadow creature, “Keep me updated on the shadow creature with Nights.” “Of course,” Blinky smiled as its ears twitched it had then frowned, “S.C. says it has business in the shadow realm before it can return. S.C. is nearly done at Moon Pass.” “What business does it have there?” Toshi frowned, he was certain Thena wouldn’t head back knowing Shade could trail her a lot easier. The shadow creature shook its head, “No idea, S.C. didn’t say.” It then looked back to Shade, “S.C. wants to know if it may have a moment to leave and then return.” “As long as S.C. doesn’t forget the ring, otherwise Nights may get irritated. I wont save it from her wrath,” Shade replied with an evil grin making Blinky take a small step back. “Isn’t she already upset that you had lost it in the first place?” Blinky pointed out as it then got glared at by the vampire. “On the upside the shadow creature, Kelarth, and Nights had found Reaper,” Blinky said with a small smile. The ears on its head twitched as it got more information on the strange demon wearing blue. Hearing they were following the demon made it feel uneasy, but didn’t want to rush things with Moon Pass. Nor could it forget the main reason it had stayed behind, the ring. Sitting on Hala’s shoulder it crossed its arms not wanting to leave when the time came. “I believe so,” Storm replied as he turned to walk on, hearing Fang close behind him he glanced to her, “You wont kill me when we get to Shade, right?” Rolling her eyes Fang shook her head and winced. ‘ Out of all three of us, he’s lucky it’s me… her mind went to Reaper and the assassin’s tempter. Then to how Reaper would hold their scythe to the werewolf and make them take them to Shade. Lancer on the other hand she wasn’t too sure on, the blue cloaked assassin was sometimes hard to read. Frowning at giving up figuring out what Lancer would have done she glanced to the plush curiously in Storm’s arms. How it could find a vampire among so many homes and people was pretty impressive. Watching the two, Zane gave a small nod unsure how Raider could protect him from becoming torn apart like a plush. Shaking his head he looked around at the buildings trying to make mental notes on how to get here. Unsure if he’d be hunting alone after tonight. “Do you have other friends, I mean other than the one you dislike..” Zane glanced to Raider with a small smile, since it seemed they didn’t wish to talk on the one friend. Hardly knowing much about the necromancer, he frowned liking. The plush they had made were just an extra bonus, and he enjoyed their company. Looking on ahead, he tried to keep his mind on the hunt, but he still had questions. Biting his lip gently he wasn’t sure how much Raider was willing to tell. ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ Heading in what she hoped was the opposite direction of where the demons had headed. Lancer glanced around for a place she could lay low for awhile at least until she could figure out a way back home. Golden eyes looked to an empty side street between two dark buildings, listening closely around her. Getting halfway to the next street, Lancer stopped as she listened closely to her surroundings. Unsure if she had been hearing things, she froze listening for the sound she had heard. Her hand reached for her blade in case it was needed as she heard the soft click of something ahead. Taking a small step back she waited for what was around the corner ahead of her. Yellow eyes rounded the corner looking at her. The beast had started for her, as it did she realized it wasn’t alone. Two others followed it into the alley as the first snarled, Lancer realized the creatures had no fur and their skin looked to be transparent to where she could make out the veins against the pink flesh. As they came closer she saw they were the size of English Mastiffs, ugly English Mastiffs as their sharp teeth glinted in the soft light. The saliva that dripped down to the floor hissed and she realized they had no lips to hide their teeth. “Who’s sick joke was it to create such unnatural beings?” Lancer hissed taking another step back, hearing a squeak as she did which caused her to stop. The hellhounds had stopped a few feet from Lancer as they seemed to look past her to what was behind her. A low growl sounded from the first one standing in front of the other two. The hissing grew louder behind Lancer, causing the assassin to look. The yellow eyes and small dark purple body looked familiar as more came to the shadow creatures aid. Lancer looked to the hellhounds surprised in their reluctance to leave than fight the shadow creatures. When the shadow creatures were certain the dogs would not return they were gone as quickly as they had came. All but one who stared up at her. Forcing her to sit on the ground Lancer realized she had been holding her breath. Closing her eyes to regain herself, and when she was certain she could trust her limbs to work right she opened her eyes to see the shadow creature slowly moving towards her. As if it was afraid of what she’d do to it. Crossing her legs she reached a hand towards the creature, “Just what are you in this world?” The shadow creature stopped just short of the assassin’s outreached hand and looked to her confused. Its yellow eyes blinked and turned its head to the side. “Great I suppose you can’t communicate and tell me where I am…” Lancer sighed and scouted to the wall, resting her head against the cool stone. Following the assassin it nodded knowing the word communicate. Giving soft clicks and what sounded like soft hissing from the creatures tongue, Lancer shook her head not understanding it. Lancer was sure she had caught the shadow creature frowning at her. “Sorry I don’t speak your language.” It blinked and smiled as if she had said some magic word to it. The shadow creature then started to do sign language so quickly Lancer couldn’t keep up. Rolling her eyes she signed for it to calm down so she could understand it better. The shadow creature scoffed which sounded like a soft snort as it signed again. This place is not safe for talking, follow me to a safer place. Maybe there you will seek the answers you are looking for. It then headed to where the hellhounds had disappeared and looked back to see if she would follow. you are safe with me, no demon will dare cross with us. Showing its sharp pointed teeth it then started walking again. Getting to her feet she followed the shadow creature through the maze of streets and back allies. As she looked around she noticed the looming building that she had seen from the air start to tower over head. Following the shadow creature to the gates she looked to the looming towers that reached for the red moon above. The castle was huge, and appeared to have many rooms that she couldn’t fully recover her shock. A little curious as to who would live here she looked back to the shadow creature as it motioned for her to push open the gate while it squeezed through the bars. The shadow creature waited for her on the other side giving her a sharp grin watching the assassin push through the gate it then darted for the front door. Pushing the gate open, Lancer followed the dark purple creature to the main door. It then looked back to her with its sharp teeth happily. The creature then signed, Ask for Remus, this is a safe place for all vampires and demons. Another creature like myself will be here when it can. the shadow creature then took off towards the gate they had entered. Looking to the door Lancer hesitated before knocking on the thick wooden door. Surprised that anyone had heard it, the door opened and a vampire stood in the doorway. Their red eyes looking her over which caused her to growl. “I was told this is a refuge of sorts, is Remus around?” He vampire gave a small nod moving away from the door allowing the assassin to come in. closing the door behind her, the vampire gestured for her to follow him. Not waiting for them as he walked to the guest room. Stopping at the entrance he looked back to Lancer. “I shall inform him.” Watching the vampire leave she made her way into the room. The room had no pictures on the walls, and had three chairs and a love seat around a small rectangle table. Walking to a chair she was tempted to sit when a cleared throat from behind her startled her. It was rare for anyone to be able to startle her. Looking to the vampire behind her she gave a small no guessing they were Remus. “How did you get here?” the vampire’s eyes were wide with shock, “Is Shade with you?” Glancing around the room he expected to see the vampire leaning against the wall. “Sorry to barge in, a little purple creature showed me here and told me to ask for you,” Lancer replied recognizing Remus from the battlefield, “As for Shade no, just me…” She glanced at the bare white walls, “Just where is this place?” “It’s a shadow of Earth, or a mirror of Earth a place of demons. In some cases humans call it hell I believe,” Remus replied heading into the room and sitting down, “As for this.” He waved a hand around them, “Is Shade’s home, but let’s get down to business shall we?” Motioning for her to sit across from him he called for a servant and called for two drinks. When the assassin sat across from him he continued, “Taking a stab in the dark but I’m guessing Thena is lose. How you got here is obvious, but the reason is. Why send only you here…” Lancer frowned behind her mask unsure herself as to why. She had never thought as to why her and not Reaper. The one who was not injured, it would have made more sense. Shaking her head she watched Remus as the servant brought two wine glasses and handed her one with red liquid in it. She half expected it to be wine until the smell of it made her a little uncomfortable, putting the glass down she watched Remus as he took his and the servant had left. “I do not know why only me, I was with Reaper and sent Fang on a secret mission to keep her safe. World only knows if it truly worked…” “At least one of you saw what she did to you then. There maybe some hope in getting you back home,” Remus glanced at the glass on the table and rolled his eyes, “Don’t pull a Shade, every vampire needs blood. Going without is a lot worse for us than giving in just a little.” “Shade refuses, why?” “He isn’t completely bloodthirsty, he has a conscience. Not all vampires agree to give into the blood lust so war breaks out. Its expected, however we all know blood is needed to live. The code this castle stands for is to take what you need, don’t kill your victim. If the food source runs dry we die not everyone can see that. Shade however does, the vampire you are after Thena does not agree,” shrugging he downed the glass and looked to Lancer, “The blood here is donated, otherwise Shade would refuse to drink.” “That explains a little on Thena, but how do I get home?” Lancer asked crossing her arms in frustration. “By Shade, as far as I know only S.C., Blinky, and Shade can get you home. Well there is Thena but I doubt she’d place nicely in returning you back home,” Remus frowned sitting back in the chair, “all we can do is wait, but until then feel free to roam. Just stay out of Shade’s room and you’ll be good.” Red eyes watched Lancer, the assassin seemed to be contemplating on the blood, “Where did Thena have you appear at, on the other side of the portal..” “Some Rohza stronghold at least that is what Jarel had said. He rescued me but he’s an asshole,” Lancer growled at the thought of the demon and thought about the one who had helped her. “I see, at least you are in better company now,” Remus replied as he got to his feet, “I shall notify you if I find anything more on getting you back home..” “Thank you,” getting to her feet, Lancer watched Remus, “I am Lancer, we didn’t get time to fully meet on the battlefield.” “Remus, first in charge of Shade’s army,” he smiled showing his fangs and then headed out of the room only to stop in the archway, “Ask a servant to show you to a room. Until you leave you are our guest, make yourself at home.” ~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~*~~~~ “You won’t report this to Shade will you?” Jarel asked watching the alpha werewolf closely, his hands in fists trying to hide his outrage for the werewolf. “He has a right to,” Haiz butted in glancing to Jarel with a scowl, “I wouldn’t want to be on the other end of Shade’s anger…” She shivered and glanced back to Fay sadly, “I’m sorry, I let her go…” Waving a hand at the small group, Fay dismissed them as he sat in a chair growling into the fireplace. When the group was escorted out by Kazar and was alone he was tempted to throw a chair in frustration. ‘ Where to look for a needle in a haystack…’ he grumbled hearing a knock at the door he let out a small sigh, “Come in Kazar, I know it’s you.” “What do you wish to do about the...assassin?” Kazar frowned watching Fay get up from the chair he had been sitting in. “Find her myself,” Fay growled looking to Kazar who was already objecting to him going. “Who else could I entrust it on?” “We have other warriors we can send out,” Kazar objected, “Besides what of the wolves helping us from the other world?” “I nearly forgot about that…” shaking his head he felt his hands were now tied. Going may lose their chance in getting the weapons or material they had needed, on the other would be a very mad vampire if they had lost one of their valuable allies. Gritting his teeth in frustrated he slowly nodded, “Go ahead, bring me one who will be willing…” Kazar nodded and left Fay to deal with the outcome of what may come from the vampire. He shook his head closing the door behind him, heading out onto the grounds for a knight that would be willing to help them find the assassin. ‘ Who to send…’ Kazar thought with a small sigh, they had many that would be willing but the case would be for the assassin to trust them to come back.

Syn locked his door behind him, surprised that his key still worked even with the new door, “Holly outdid herself” he chuckled. Walking beside Ishimu he watched him look around and laughed lightly when he asked for directions, “its to our left”
“I also thought of something,” he made sure to put his keys and phone back into his pockets, “if you want to make sure were out of there by a certain time I can text Holly and have her call at a certain time, she’ll have to work out the problem with her lying but shes a smart fairy” he started walking toward Pine street, hoping Ishimu would see something looked familiar and take the lead from then on.
Nights ducked low to the ground with the help of the shadow helping her take notice. Seeing Kelarth jump over and protect her from the thing that had attacked them. But that scent and eyes, there was no doubt it was her. Shifting back into her human form she scooped up the small shadow and held it close, “It’s alright little one” she whispered to the shadow.
“I’m Nights, I was one of the wolves that helped Fang with her neck wound. If you need a talking shadow I can translate for this one, the other two are busy, one is with Shade as we speak” she spoke calmly hoping to defuse the tension between the assassin and Kelarth. “We were actually looking for you three, I came across you scent first”.
Noticing that Thena was obviously not with her and the fact that the other two assassins were not with her, well, not that she could smell. “What happened? Why shouldn't we be here?” her ears twitched around, listening for any abnormalities.
“It was nothing” Vega laughed, “though I might not pick up my hammer for a while” he sheepishly laughed. He saw Hala come close to him and poke him in his bicep, and saw him instantly flinch and instinctively sign to her “NO”
“Yeah they're ready” he said with a nod and stood from his stool, stretching and arching his back, “I’ll get Atlas and his goods, you can contact him and introduce Hala to him, they haven't met yet”. He walked out of his hut and made way to one that wasn't too far from his.
“How are you going to transport all of these weapons?” Hala wasn't even sure why someone would need all of these weapons, she felt like she missed so much while she was asleep she pouted.
“He’s on the next block over, he’s really close” Rin said sniffing the air. In his mind he repeated the word he thought of when he heard the name Maru, ‘Maru, snow, Maru, snow, Maru, snow’ repeating the words over and over in his head hoping that they would be the magic words to unlock his memories. “Maru, brother, snow” he muttered to himself.
“Well,” Raider looked at the darkened sky as he thought, “I guess you can say I have one other friend, and one acquaintance. Everyone but Wrath likes them” he laughed.
“There creepy,” the cat plush muttered, “I swear they were demon hunters in a past life”
“Funny since they are still on their first life,” he laughed again but cut himself off, “I just realized I made friends with people who are technically immortal like myself”
“The “technical” part too,” Wrath giggled, “and now we get to add Zane to that category”
Raider smiled and looked at Zane, “if you don't mind that is”
