“I like animals,” Ishimu replied running a hand through his red hair with his free hand. “So we have cat, work, or random encounter.” His blue eyes scanned through the darkness, “Think we can track him using a shadow thing?”
‘Hopefully I wont run into the group on the way to mom’s,’ Ishimu thought glancing up at the clear sky, ‘At least I won’t be seeing her alone…’
“A new pack?” Storm stopped at the paved walk way before looking to Rink, “I am not sure there are many outcast wolves around. Most try to stay with the pack even if they don’t like how it is run due to safety in numbers.”
Looking left then to the right, making sure no humans were around. “What way?” It was a question that he didn’t expect an answer to. Glad to be away from the battle he looked back to Rin, “Can you even be washed?” Wondering now if he should have asked more questions to the creepy guy that had made Rin.
“You were bleeding,” Shade said moving his arms from around her and crossing his arms. “It may have been small but it could have lead to dangerous things all the same.” He smiled a little to her before shaking his head, unsure of where to really start on what had happened while they were both away from each other.
“A lot has happened since we last seen each other,” Shade replied trying to figure out where to start still. “Home was chaos, and Thena wasn’t helping the situation any. She had locked me in a dungeon, took me to meet a friend of hers, who was Toshi, and nearly got my memory messed with due to her. Remus and Kelarth both felt that if I wanted to take her out more blood would have been needed to help me become stronger than her. Though I think they both realize now that that really isn’t the case.” He gave a small smile to her before continuing, “I had also gotten attacked, poisoned, captured, met many different demons, and got to meet the werewolves as well. The leader though I was under the poison so I don’t remember much of that, but they agreed to a treaty. Blinky had filled me a little saying I requested to show you to the werewolves as proof of something.” Rubbing the back of his head as he tried to remember what else he might be leaving out. “Got most of the demons to agree to a peace treaty, and then tried to find Thena so she wouldn’t cause trouble. Ended up here cause Blinky said a vampire was in need of help, only to realize Thena was here as well..”
‘If I leave anything out Kelarth may tell on me,’ Shade thought with a small frown, “But Kelarth was there for most of the treaty signing as well as a big help in finding the others. I would have used the shadow creatures but they also needed to ensure all the others would be safe until rules could be placed.”
“Do you wish to still travel freely or do you wish to settle down?” Shade asked watching her, ‘I wonder if she would be happier with the pack..’ He couldn’t help but feel a little sad to tear her apart in making a hard decision. “You would be a great leader if you choose that path.”
Looking to Hala and Lunarius, Toshi nodded slowly, “That would be much appreciated.” He glanced to Kelarth who had looked to Lunarius, “You keep staring, you’ll cause trouble.”
“Who said I was watching him? Kazar is still here and I’m sure he wishes to go home soon,” Kelarth gave a small smile, “Besides you're staying with me.”
“Wait what?” Toshi watched the werewolf closely, “Why do I have to stay with you?”
“Because you have nowhere to go, two so I can watch you, and three you need rest. If someone walked while you're resting you’d be dead,” Kelarth pointed out watching the vampire, “You really don’t look well.”
“I’m not as bad of shape as Thena is I’m sure,” Toshi glanced towards Remus and Thena. The vampire was glaring at Remus while holding ner her injured arm.
“I wonder how bad Shade is,” Kelarth looked to the two wishing to meet Nights again.
“Go see?” Toshi suggested with a small laugh, “I won’t be going anywhere until the world stops spinning.”
“Nice try, I’m not going anywhere until Kazar is back home,” Kelarth replied looking to the poisonist as they put their stuff back into the bag.
Moving away from Lancer once Hala was done. Reaper got to her feet, ignoring Fang who was watching her. Reaper’s eyes slowly moved away from Lancer’s body. Stepping away from them both, she walked to her fallen weapon. Picking it up she then glanced towards Thena and Remus. The rage from before building, ‘The vampire should die.’ Gripping her weapon tightly she started to make her way towards the vampires.
‘Great,’ Fang glared at Reaper’s back as she crossed her arms watching the red cloaked assassin. Hearing something stir near her she slowly moved her neck to see that Lancer was trying to move. Frowning she gently moved closer to Lancer’s side and put a hand on Lancer’s head. ‘You shouldn’t move stupid, your wounds might open, or worse..’ frowning she glanced towards Hala unsure if Lancer really should be moving or not. ‘Maybe she has to take it easy too to keep the wound from reopening…’
Seething softly, Lancer ignored the hand on her head as she managed to prop herself onto an arm and look around. Her vision was a little blurry but she knew the color of Fang’s robes when she saw it. Though no red was in her vision, “Reaper?” She glanced to the golden blob in her vision as she blinked a few times to try and focus it.
She had gone to see the target, Fang signed unsure if Lancer really could read what she was trying so say. She sighed softly as she crossed her arms, moving away a little before sitting down. ‘This is frustrating…’
“I’ll take your silence as she isn’t around,” Lancer sighed softly as she closed her eyes, “Don’t suppose you could tell me what happened while I was out?”
Nope, not without your eyes not working anyway, Fang signed shaking her head slowly and wincing as she put a hand to her neck. ‘Ugh it’s almost as bad as not being able to move my neck at all…’ She glanced towards Lunarius who Reaper was still mad at, she frowned a little. She didn’t really blame the wolf for what had happened, he had seemed to just want to help.
Feeling around her, Lancer gritted her teeth as she forced herself to sit up. Her body was stiff, and very sore due to the poison still in her system. Golden eyes tried to focus on her hand to be able to at least see something other than blobs. ‘Dang it…’ Lancer glanced back to the only blob that seemed to be near her, “Hopefully I wasn’t out to long..wait how did you get the antidote?”
“It was complex, but I had gathered your vitals as well as your symptoms and came up with an antidote. It wasn’t easy, more so when time isn’t on your side when it comes to some poisons,” Kazar replied finishing up putting his things away and tucking the book into a pocket. “I’m sure your body is still recovering, so I wouldn’t push yourself too much or you may be stuck in a position for a while you won’t want to be in.” Kazar watched the assassin closely before looking towards Fang, “As for your other injured companion next toy, I believe she has to rest her voice for a few days to let the wound heal. She’ll be fine otherwise I’m sure.”
‘Great so she really is badly injured,’ Lancer winced as she slowly laid back down, “Will she be able to talk again? And where is the red assassin?” Trying to keep the anger out of her voice as she looked up at the dark sky, unable to see the stars.
“I believe she went to where two vampires are,” Kazar replied glancing to where Reaper had taken off.
“Well enemies that became friends,” S.C. laughed a little as it watched Vega closely, “At first he was locked in a dungeon, broke out to see the leader, and showed them what he had meant by being an ally. I don’t think it was very easy to convince someone that is used to someone being an enemy to become a friend.” It frowned a little wondering if it had sounded right before nodding a little, “It’s not as dangerous there as it was when Thena, the vampire causing a lot of it had disappeared…”
“Do you think she wants that kind of life though?” S.C. asked turning it’s head to the side, “I think she would miss her pack, not that she wouldn’t be able to visit…”
‘The ring is done, just say the word when you wish to have it. Vega says it just needs sun and the moon light to be activated..,’ S.C. sent to Nights, unsure if Shade really was back to his old self. ‘It seems there is a lot to talk about…’ S.C. thought to itself as it shook its head, finding it hard to believe Nights was a princess, and had a pack to lead someday.
Looking back around the forge, it’s eyes fell on Nana. Remembering the child couldn’t sleep due to some reason. It turned it’s head to the side curiously as it watched them sleep. ‘I wonder if they attacked daily here as they do in the shadow realm…’ S.C. thought watching them still. It then frowned remembering something as it looked back to Vega, "Do you think you and Shade would talk again?"
“Okay I think,” Zane replied looking to the plush that seemed to be sleeping together. He smiled a little before petting Pride and looking to the lion, “So besides Wrath, is there any other one like you that don’t like to be petted that I should know about?”

“So do I but for some reason some animals hate my guts” Syn laughed sheepishly. “You know your mom, which one would she believe more?”
He looked at the trees around them, “you mean use one of the shadows to find Shade? But don't only two talk?” Thinking about the talking shadows he wondered if SC ever got to play on the swings like it wanted to. He looked to the closest tree to see if he could make out any forms of the little creatures. Curious, he got closer to it, sure that at least one was in it, “hey! Is Shade around here?”
Rin tilted his head, “does it have to be outcast wolves?” He didn't understand how forming a pack worked since he was born into one...he thinks.
He looked around with Storm, unsure what he was looking for, “your guess is as good as mine, on both fronts. I've been brought back to life for almost a whole day now and things are still fuzzy to me” Rin's eyes glowed suddenly.
“I wouldn't try to do some serious washing for another 24 hours, gatta make sure Storms blood stays on the seal Raiders voice came from the small plush.
Rin shook his head reverting back to normal, “what was that?” he looked at Storm confused.
Nights smiled as she listened to him, he had accomplished so much in the time they were apart, including getting injured allot, she was sure of it. “Sounds like you had a real adventure,” she laughed lightly, turning to face him and hugged him, “you dealt with allot and managed to pull through and accomplished many things” she kissed his forehead, “I couldn't be any prouder of you”.
She looked over at the group surrounding Lancer, “I take it the one who was really excited to see me is Kelarth? I want to thank him, and I think he wanted to see me too?” She laughed a little remembering meeting him the first time.
Looking back at him she smiled and held his hands, careful not to get any more blood on him, “I wish to stay with you, I can visit home anytime I want, but Hala and Vega can take better care of the pack rather than just me alone..” she paused for a moment, “I would just miss Nana, a young girl I've been taking care of, but I'm sure she would be fine with Hala..” she thought about the peach haired girl.
Nights ears perked up, ‘So soon? Thank you SC! I'll tell Shade, he also just got the antidote so he should be back to normal soon ’
She smiled to Shade, “I also have some great news! Vega finished the ring! He said all it needs is sunlight and moonlight. You'll be able to walk in the sun again, just say the word and SC will bring it”.
Hala nodded with a smile while Lunarius rolled his eyes. He looked back at them, noticing Kelarth watching him, “what are loo-” Hala hit him upside the head glaring at him.
“I don't know what happened over there but I want you to drop the attitude and behave. These are friends of ours”
“Friends? Hala the only person I know out of this bunch is Lancer over here, and we only bumped into each other when I asked her a question”
“Any friend or Ali of Shade can be considered a friend to us-”
“Why do you trust him so much?!” He burst out, not even caring if the person around him stared.
Hala sighed “let me take care of his wounds and we'll talk about it, calmly”. She left it at that and went to Toshi side as she looked over his wounds and began to clean up the claw marks on his arms.
Lunarius growled, “I don't even know why we're helping Vampires, half the pack would think you gone cr-” he was cut off as Hala signed him to stop. Unable to contain his anger any longer Lunarius got up from his spot and stormed off.
Hala watched him storm off and sighed, “I'm sorry about him...”
“Locked in a dungeon?” That one sentence alone raised so many questions. But is an entire pack count trust him along with Hala who just knows these sort of things, he probably wasn't as bad he he thought at first. Maybe it was because he had only heard stories from Nights and his first meeting with him wasn't at the best timing. “This Thena person isn't going to cause too much trouble for them, right?”
A thought came to mind that made him laugh, “she's going to want to stay with him. I think the Sandalio females are bound to fall in love with Vampires and wish to stay with them, her mother is living proof”
Nana was no longer sleeping sitting up but was curled up in the seat keeping the improved blanket close to her.
He looked towards Nana with a smile, “honestly I think this one here is what's keeping her here in the village”. He looked at SC and nodded, “I intend to talk to him again when he's better, why do you ask?”
Pride closed it's eyes and began to purr, “Greed will act like it won't enjoy being pet but it does, Envy is a little weary at first but it will be fine afterwards. Wrath only allows Raider to pet him since they are so close” it giggled, “other than those three, Gluttony, Lust and myself don't mind. Sloth probably wound notice or care enough to say anything”
It opened it's eyes and looked at the young Vampire, “anything else you would like to know? I'm Raiders second so I know everything about the others, even Raider himself” it laughed softly, not wanting to wake the others.

“Okay, so that may not be a good idea then,” thinking on the other options, “I am pretty sure she knows that I didn’t go to my first day of work, so us meeting that way might be out. I know, what if I say you're a neighbor and you helped me move some things in?” Watching Syn walk towards the tree line, he turned his head to the side when Syn had tried to call to a shadow creature. ‘As long as mom doesn’t visit any time soon I can clean the house...or move somewhere else,’ thinking on his home and how it most likely still had blood on the floor.
Yellow eyes caught Ishimu’s attention as the shadow creature slowly walked towards them. It looked from Syn then to Ishimu before nodding, still watching them. Seeing them as no threat it pointed in the direction Shade was, turning it’s head to the side.
‘What do you mean two vampires are looking for Shade?’ Blinky sent to the shadow creature, ‘We have a lot going on here, I hope you didn’t send more trouble our way!’
Jumping up it then raced off to Nights and Shade. It had tried to give them time together the best it could, “Shade, Nights we may have company!” Running over to the two it then stopped next to Shade. It’s yellow eyes looking from one to the other, “As for who i can’t be certain. The shadow creature hasn’t seen them before.”
‘You had to interrupt?’’ Shade sent to the shadow creature, a little mad that he wasn’t able to enjoy his time with Nights. Shaking his head he glanced towards Thena and Remus, noticing that Reaper was heading over to them. The blade shown in the moonlight, his red eyes narrowed as he watched the assassin.
“Sorry love, before they take Thena to wherever. I have some questions for her,” slowly getting to his feet he looked back towards Blinky, “How close are they?”
“They are in the park already,” turning it’s head to the side, “I can’t say how long it will take them to find us. Wait why do you need to talk to Thena?” Hissing softly as it glanced towards the vampire a little curious.
‘I wont have much time to talk to Thena then if they are that close by,’ gritting his teeth he then headed towards Remus, Reaper, and Thena.
Looking in the direction where the shadow creature had pointed, Ishimu lead the way. Still holding Syn’s hand, he nearly forgotten he was holding it still. ‘I wonder if we should continue our game?’ His blue eyes looked back to Syn as he recalled what he had found out about his friend.
Closing her eyes, her question on Fang unanswered. Testing her fingers, she looked back towards Fang. The assassin was still a blur in her vision, “Who did Reaper go see?”
Thena and some other vampire, Fang signed looking to Kazar hoping he could translate for now. Putting a hand to her neck, she slowly glanced to where Reaper had headed. Her brown eyes narrowed seeing SHade was now heading to the same place as Reaper. ‘Hopefully they won’t fight…’
“She went where?” Trying to remain calm, Lancer looked to the dark sky, “I hope she doesn’t kill our target.”
“Thena is your target, what will become of her?” Watching Lancer, he moved a little closer before taking Lancer’s hand into his, “Do me a favor, squeeze my hand as hard as possible.”
“If you are human, your bones may break,” Lancer warned him as she looked towards kazar, “I do not know what will happen to her. The demons we bring in dont come out.” Squeezing the werewolf’s hand was difficult, but her strength was returning, she could feel it, though it was slow.
“Well you aren’t completely back to normal, but you should be soon,” looking to Fang, Kazar, who still had a hand on her neck. Releasing Lancer’s hand, Kazar watched Fang concerned she may accidentally make it worse, “I am sorry I don’t know how bad it was. I have no answers for you.”
It’s okay, looking to Lancer, she placed her hand in Lancer’s giving the assassin a small squeeze. Watching the assassin with concern that she may feel anger as well for what had happened.
Unsure of who was the greater threat, Remus looked from Thena to Reaper. Ocean blue eyes looked back to Thena, “Don’t even think a distraction will help you escape.”
“You sound so sure that I won’t be going anywhere,” watching Remus, she could tell the assassin made him uneasy, “Does she scare you that badly?”
“Do you not know what an assassin is capable of?” Glaring to her, Remus couldn’t tell if she was serious or if she was playing him, “I wouldn’t wish to see what becomes of their opponent.”
“No need to worry about that,” gripping her weapon more tightly as her red eyes fell to Thena, “She’ll be dead or wish for it to come faster. Though she should die here and now. S demon like her shouldn’t be alive.”
“Awe, is the half breed alright?” Thena purred to the red cloaked assassin, “Did you kill your other comrade?”
“That is none of your business vampire,” hissing as the rage started to build, “You used one of our own as a shield, how dare you even be still alive!”
“Hmmm, I am sure if I was dead you’d get in trouble. Don’t think I won’t use a shield again, I am sure I’ll be able to get another,” Thena watched Reaper closely, wondering just how far she could push the assassin, “Though I am a little curious as to what demon they had put in you.”
“Shut up vampire,” Reaper growled as she raised her blade, “Don’t think I won’t kill you.”
“We can always gag her,” Remus suggested, getting a cold stare from Reaper made him fall silent.
“There would be no other way, unless I challenge another leader,” looking to Rin with a small smile, “I don’t think I could take on a leader, not at the moment anyway.”
When Rin’s eyes had glowed, and Raider’s voice came from the plush, Storm nearly dropped Rin. His blue eyes watched the plush as he moved Rin from his shoulder. Looking around he wasn’t sure if it was some trick or if Raider had used Rin like a walkie talkie. “Your master, I mean the one who had made you had talked through you. Was he listening the whole time?” A chill went down his spine as he looked around them, unsure if Raider was close by.
“Is there a reason he doesn’t like Shade? I doubt it’s because of his poisoned state,” looking to Hala, he watched her work on Toshi.
Listening to the to Kelarth he was only getting one side of the conversation. His grey eyes looked to Hala a little curious, “Sorry my ability gets the better of me when curious.” Running a hand through his blond hair, he winced as Hala had started to clean the wound on his arm from Thena’s nails. “Speaking of, I need to head some where before I forget…” looking around, he wasn’t to sure on where the other white wolf would have gone.
“You shouldn’t head any where until you are better,” crossing his arms, Kelarth was sure Hala would agree with him, “It’s best to look for him-”
“It’s important,” Toshi looked to Kelarth, his smile made his fangs show, “You can lead me to him!”
“No I am going to hang with Nights and Shade after this,” Kelarth replied crossing his arms, watching the healer work.
“Yeah, Kelarth the werewolf who brought Shade to his pack was also imprisoned for bringing a vampire behind their walls. We broke them out and the guards escorted them to their alpha, only cause Shade said it was urgent to speak to them. The only way they believed Shade was not backing stabbing them was to make a window so they could see Nights,” S.C. tried to explain the situation back in their realm from when Shade had first started working on the treaty, “So you wouldn’t be the first nor the last to not trust or feel differently towards him. He is use to races giving him some trouble due to what he is.”
“As for Thena, she is a princess in our realm. She was to mary Shade but she wanted him more as her plaything than anything. Shade had to keep Nights hidden from her. Thena knew of Nights being half, but she didn’t know much more than that,” S.C. tried it’s best to explain Thena, “I don’t think she would be too great a threat due to the allies he has made.”
‘That is good news, Vega wishes to talk to Shade,’ S.C. couldn’t help but giggle as it looked back to Nana, “Is it because of what had happened to her?” Looking back to Vega S.C frowned, “I was only curious, you could say we are like Shade’s over protective parents.” Rubbing its head it looked back to the ring Vega had been working on, “Shade managed to get the antidote, he should be back to his old self soon.”
“Well you need sleep, or enjoy it, I can’t be certain of which yet,” petting Pride still, he looked to the sleeping plushes around him, “Does Raider ever sleep?” Trying to keep his voice down, he didn’t wish to wake them. ‘I wonder how much he knows of demons,’ frowning, Zane wasn’t sure he wanted to really know yet.

Sun waved at the shadow that pointed them towards Shade, “thanks little guy” he called back to it before looking ahead and brainstorming ideas with Ishimu.
“Well me helping you move is sorta true, since there's no way in hell I'm letting you stay by yourself, especially since that place had the scent of blood in it... might attract other creatures”. He gave Ishimu's hand a light squeeze, “I was serious when I said you can stay with me” he looked at him and smiled.
Nights frowned having this long awaited alone time interrupted again. She watched Shade walk off towards Reaper, Remus, and Thena, hoping nothing would go wrong. “I”ll be right with you as soon as the company has been dealt with”. She stood up and looked around before looking back at Blinky, “do you know what direction they are coming from?”
She glanced back at Shade, not exactly too happy that their alone time was cut short and that he had to go to her, he must have his reasons.
Nights felt her ears twitched hearing about Vega, ‘why does he want to talk to him suddenly?’ She suddenly got worried about the next time they would meet face to face. Hopefully Hala could be near by and be a buffer of some sort.
Lunarius got a good distance away before letting out a combination of a yell and growl before turning and punching the closest tree to him, creating a large crack in it. The birds and other small critters that lived in it all scattered. He removed his fist from the tree and looked at his knuckles feeling them sting.
Ignoring the small amount of pain he walked back towards the leaving where everyone was but jumped into a tree, not ready to ready to join them again but not willing to leave Nights and Hala with them. He kept his eyes focused on Thena, Reaper and Shade. The other vampire that was with them didn't seem like a threat yet but it couldn't hurt to watch him as well.
In the back of his mind he wanted to grab Nights and lead her away, seeing that she was alone with some odd creature, but he knew his temper would flare up again making things worse. So, he would calm down before taking her away and back home.
“I don't think it's just Shade alone” Hala signed before she began to wrap up the freshly cleaned wounds in gauze. “He sees Nights as his future mate. He's been trying to convince her since she returned home, saying the two of them could do amazing things for the pack together, but” she paused, looking back at Shade and Nights seeing her look back at him after they had just separated, “her heart is set on your friend” she smiled,”I already consider him family ”.
“As for you sir!” Hala turned her attention to Toshi. “I dont care what kind of business you have. You. Need. Rest.” she frowned and finished bandaging him up and began to take care of the wound on his face, “you look paler than the average Vampire, plus I overheard you saying the world is spinning?” She shook her head and smiled lightly, “listen to your friend and I and rest, hell I would even advise drinking blood...as long as you don't over do it..”
Rins ears lowered, not knowing such a thing was possible. “That's not creepy at all” he said in a sarcastic tone. His eyes glowed once more, Raiders voice came through as a light laugh.
“I'm sorry about that, it's a subconscious thing I have no real control over. I'm linked with anything I create so I accidentally eavesdrops on some things. I didn't frighten you did I Storm?” he asked laughing a little, “are you lost as well? You sound like you're looking for a place”
Rin shook his head a few times, “great, I've become a walkie talkie” he said unamused, “it feels weird when he talks”
Vega nodded as he listened to the rest of the explanation, raising an eyebrow at one point, “so you can use those portal things to spy on people?” He wasn't sure if he liked the idea of that.
“I don't mean to judge him as a vampire, I want to judge him as the man he is, that's one of the reasons I want to talk to him”
“So this Thena poses no threat right now?” The thought of a single vampire causing an uproar and dwindling down their already small numbers was unsettling, especially when there were kids involved.
Speaking of the small girl Vega had heard her begin to stir in her sleep before fully sitting up and looking towards Vega and SC. Smiling at her Vega rose from his seat and picked Nana up in his arms and began to rub her back keeping her close to him, “go back to sleep sweetheart, Hala will be back soon”. Without any attempt to fight or say anything, Nana buried her face in Vegas neck and went back to sleep.
“Nights and Nana are practically attached to each other when Nights is home, ever since she saved her. Some joke that Nana is Nights secret love child but they're more like sisters” he chuckled.
“And I completely understand you saying that you're his over protective parents. I'm like Nights over protective brother if I do say so myself” he smiled, “we are only twelve years apart. So I guess it can't be helped if we both worry about them”.
“Depending on the soul that's in the plush depends if we need sleep it not. Take me for instance,” it said putting a paw on it's chest, “I am a human soul, I need sleep like I would normally need it if I was a normal human. Now let's look at Lust,” it said looking towards the rabbit plush sleeping with Gluttony, “it has the soul of a demon, they don't exactly need sleep but it chooses to”
“As for Raider” it looked towards the door hearing him talking to Wrath, “he's had insomnia since he was a child, so it's rare when he does, but it also leaves him vulnerable”. Pride gave Zane a feline smile, “does that answer your questions?”
Wrath began to laugh hearing and feeling the uneasiness from Storm and Rin, “they never saw that coming!”
Raider smiled at the laughing plush, “I didn't intend to do that but it would have been bad if he was washed right away” he sighed and rested his head in his hand, “maybe I should have told him a little more before he left..”

“Don’t you stay with Holly?” Looking to Syn, he wasn’t sure he had seen Syn’s house before , “Besides, I don’t wish to intrude on you. What if I hurt you?” Biting his lip he looked away from Syn, this time he had bit it more carefully as to not draw blood. Ishimu had wanted to bring it up for a while, he didn’t wish to hurt Syn more than what he already had. He looked through the trees unsure if he was following the shadow creature’s path it had pointed out.
‘Would it really be alright?’ Thinking and not looking to Syn. Ishimu looked for any other yellow eyes in the darkness. He was sure he could use Kage to find Shade, but the shadow cat kinda freaked him out, ‘I hate using him as a means of food…’
“You do?” Keeping a hand on Toshi’s shoulder to keep him steady, he laughed at what Hala had signed to Toshi. “She says you could use some blood in you, but don’t over due it. As well, she agrees you need rest, I am sure we will meet with the wolf you are looking for.”
“I might forget by then, and you guys can walk in daylight. What if he leaves the city?” Toshi had closed his eyes so that Hala didn’t get anything in them, “It involves Shade.”
“How does the wolf have to do with Shade?” Looking to Toshi confused, Kelarth shook his head, “Something tells me I don’t want to know but why would a wolf not like Shade to start with?”
“Lunarius doesn’t like Shade, though I am sure for different reasons,” trying to remain still for the healer wasn’t easy, nor was keeping his eyes closed, “This wolf and Shade have fought for a long time, way before Shade had met Nights.”
“It can still wait until you are better,” shaking his head again as he looked towards Hala, “How bad is he?”
‘He really is scary,’ looking to Rin’s eyes as they glowed again. This time he had expected Raider to respond, though he didn’t expect so soon. Slowly putting the plush onto the ground, he looked Rin over for any kind of wire, ‘Maybe he sewed it inside while making it..’
Sitting on the ground with Rin in front of him. He watched the plush closely. “You can’t see us can you? And what do you think? A warning would have been good, as far as a place. I am just looking for somewhere to crash for the night since I no longer have Lenore near me. I am not sure on how long I will remain in this city,” crossing his arms he looked around him. The small forested part of the park was quiet except for a few birds that flew above from something startling them. He narrowed his eyes as he watched them start to settle back into the trees. ‘I wonder how the battle is going, hopefully I can find that vampire again,’ looking back to Rin, he was sure the plush could find them again if he had asked it to.
“I believe from that direction,” Blinky pointed to it’s left towards the trees, “Sorry the shadow creatures couldn’t tell me more..”
“I can see who it is and let you know if they are friend or foe,” curious as to who was coming as well as it looked back towards Nights, turning it’s head to the side.
“Lord Shade,” looking to Shade, Remus gave a small bow before looking to Thena.
“I have questions for her,” Shade looked to Reaper, “After you may do whatever you wish.”
“Don’t take long,” her red eyes watched Shade closely before looking to the laughing vampire.
“He is no lord, not yet. I am sure the ceremony hasn’t even started yet,” looking to Shade she watched the vampire closely, “I bet you haven’t even told the one you love of the price to become lord is.As for your questions, I’m not giving information to you.”
“Just cut off her head,” Remus suggested eyeing the vampire as Thena seemed to be more interested in Shade all of a sudden.
“No, find me Toshi,” Shade looked towards Remus, his red eyes looking to the knight, “He can help.”
“I understand that he owes you, but his condition isn’t great,” wincing at the cold look, Remus bowed his head before parting from the three. ‘I know it’s important, but I don’t think Toshi should help,’ his blue eyes scanned the battlefield looking for the vampire Shade had requested for.
It didn’t take him long to find Kelarth and another wolf working on someone. As he got closer, he realized it was Toshi the two had been working on. Stopping a few feet from them, Remus looked over Toshi’s state. The vampire didn’t even look well enough to stand. ‘I’m sure anymore strain on him may cause him to pass out or worse...I know he wants Toshi, but he can’t possibly mean to use him,’ glancing towards Hala, he was sure he hadn’t met her before at least not within their realm.
“So you show your true colors,” watching Shade closely, Reaper moved her weapon closer to her, “You would harm another to gain what you want?”
“That is no different for you, you had nearly killed Lancer. Is she not your companion? Would you not have killed Fang to get to your target?” Shade watched Reaper closely, his hands slowly becoming fists as he watched her weapon.
“I don’t have a code to live by, not really. I don’t claim to be different when I’m not, you say you are different from other vampires. But are you really?” Her red eyes watched him closely before seeing movement in the corner of her eye. “Don’t take another step vampire you’ll miss a leg next. As for you,” her eyes fixed on Thena’s position now and no longer watching Shade, “Fang and Lancer wanted to save you if the antidote she gave you hadn’t worked. They believe you really are different from other vampires. But I can see right threw you, you aren’t any better than the rest of them. If anything I think Lancer could make a better vampire lord then you ever could.”
“Why didn’t you have your antidote? You know how Reaper can be on missions. What happened to your back?” Translating for Fang, he looked back towards lancer, ‘Do they always live on the edge like this?’
“Normally it is on me, this time…” Lancer trailed off as she closed her eyes, “I gave it to the vampire, I forgot to get another while at headquarters and we were already here.” Moving her head took some effort as she managed to look towards the blur she was sure was Fang, “As for my back, we had found the vampire newborns. They have been taken care of, but not without some injuries. Before you ask who helped, a weird shadow creature thing summoned two others to help.”
“You could have gave the signal, we could have helped,” watching Fang as he translated, he could only imagine what the assassin was feeling. More so since the assassin couldn’t use their voice.
“You two were busy, according the shadow creature anyway. You two were headed here, and if I had left to come here the newborns could have been unleashed and the battle here would be small compared to lives lost elsewhere in this city. We have a job to keep you Fang, it’s not like I had wanted to fight without you two at my side,” Lancer gave a small smile, though she knew her mask hid it. Closing her eyes she started to feel heavy, and tired, “I’m sorry Fang…”
The shadow creature frowned thinking on Shade and what he had to do to restore the realm. It wasn’t pretty, it was scary even more so with Thena around in the realm. ‘With allies I don’t think she would be a threat,’ S.C. thought as it watched Vega rock the sleepy child. Turning its head to the side when the child didn’t react to see it. It was sure the child had seen it, or mistaken it as a shadow.
“I am pretty sure our allies are with them now helping out. Though Thena may be apprehended, Shade may need time to recover back to his old ways. It was believed that Shade needed to drink more blood to become strong enough to take down Thena. I don’t know if it had worked, but I do know he doesn't like the change,” frowning as it looked to the fire in the forge, the hot embers reminded it of some of the things it had seen within the realm. Shaking its head it looked back to Vega, “I am not sure when Shade’s eyes will become green again. But we all hope it will be soon…”
“We do what we can to keep the ones we love happy,” it then laughed a little, “It hadn’t always been that way. But kids do grow on you.” Rubbing it’s head as it remembered the deviant young Shade when they had first met.
‘He wishes to get to know Shade for himself I think,’ S.C. sent to Nights, ‘How are things there? Nana is missing Hala..’
“Really? Even with so many eyes around?” Looking to Pride and petting the plush before glancing towards the door. “Besides you guys, he doesn’t get much company, does he?” Frowning Zane looked back towards Pride having more questions but knew it may not answer them all, ‘I wonder if it’s lonely when it’s just them alone here…’ Shifting on the bed, he was trying to be careful not to disturb the other plushes as he slowly moved off the bed.

“I crash at Holly's once in awhile and when I'm bored or lonely but we have our own separate places. Youve been to both actually. The first place I took you to get healed up after our first fight was Holly's and the apartment we just came from is mine”. He couldn't blame him if he didn't remember, a lot of things happened in both places.
He looked around for the green eyed vampire, “you won't be intruding, I have a spare room that's just being used for storage or for when Holly or the others are spending the night, plus I'm a big boy,” he said with a laugh. “I can take care of myself if anything happens. This also you and I can go out together and hunt” he flashed the red head a fanged smile.
He began to get a little worried that the little shadow sent them in the wrong direction. “You know there are times like this when I just want to shout the person's name, even though I shouldn't because of what else could be nearby” Syn said randomly, annoyed that they haven't seen any sign of anyone. ‘Hope we find him before the sun rises, otherwise I'm screwed..’
Hala looked through her kit for anything that should be good enough for the wounds on his face, but what she had was either too small or too big. “He should be fine, the scratches on his face should heal fast, though the wounds on his arm are quite deep so it may take time”
She frowned. He seemed to be in rush and not all she was saying was getting through. She didn't know how fast a vampire's body can heal, she could only think of one thing that could help. She took out some bandages and put them aside before cutting a slit in her forearm and holding it up towards him. Hopefully without saying anything he would understand. She smiled reassuring it was fine.
Rin tilted his head, “what are you looking for?” he looked around himself even walking around in a circle if he was on what Storm was looking for. His eyes glowed again making the plush still.
“No, I can't see you, I need full cooperation with the soul to do that and Rin is fighting me” Raider laughed. “ And I did said I was sorry, I did want that vampire out if my home” Rin's head twitched to the side, “leave the city? Don't you still have business with that vampire? Or did you finish it already?”
“Storm this is creepy” Rin whimpered, “I'm also hearing that creepy cat thing laughing in my head”
“ Wrath just finds this situation funny for some reason, don't mind it. Why stay in the forest when there's plenty of places to stay in the city?”
Nights nodded to Blinky before looking back to Shade, “I'll leave then to you, I'll be with Shade if you need me alright?” Not really waiting for an answer she walked off as the male in armor went to Hala and the others.
Stopping right at Shades side she gave him a smile before looking at Thena, “is she talking?” She noticed some tension between him and the assassin cloaked in red, ‘did I miss something?’
‘I don't know is if that's a good thing or bad thing ’ she sent to SC, ‘things are looking alright I'm suppose, everyone's getting healed up late, but Shade is questioning Thena, he may have also have Reaper the red assassin angry. Wait, Nana is with you?’
Lunarius growled when he saw Nights return to Shades side, “I should have just grabbed her when I had the chance”. He turned his focus on Hala, checking up on her quickly before he could turn his attention back to Nights and Shade, but that wouldn't be the case.
What caught his attention was Hala taking more material even though she looked like she was done and seemed to be running her hand over her arm and showing it to the Vampire. “She better not be doing what I think she's doing…” He leaned forward into a branch to get a better look at the now group of four as the other vampire clad in armor joined them. “I don't think she noticed he's right there..”
Vega took his seat and began to rub Nana's head assuring she would continue to sleep, “he can take his time, there's no immediate rush to talk”. He put Nana's arms around his neck so she would hold onto him herself as he picked up the ring and a soft looking cloth as he began to polish it.
“Shade was a little trouble maker as well?” He said with a laugh. “How bad could it have been since it was you and the other creatures raising him?”
Pride nodded, “not necessarily vulnerable to enemies, we would take care of them on the spot, but because of his powers it would be very dangerous if they were accidentally unleashed”. It then shook it's head, “not that many people come by, normally it's someone wanting something or just a person looking for shelter. Though he does have one friend besides us, but he lives far away so it's rare to see him”.
Pride took a step back from him as he got off the bed so it wouldn't tumble off. A groggy yawn came from the pillows as Greed work up, “Pride, I normally love your voice, really I do, but do you have to talk so much?”
The lion plush smiled a little, “I'm sorry Greed, I was answering some Questions he had”.
Greed shook it's head and stretched it's body before going limp back into the pillow, “and where are you going?” It said looking at Zane.
“I really don't see how it's that funny Wrath” Raider looked at the plush that was slipping off of his shoulder.
“Ask Storm if he was in wolf form, I want to know if his fur stood up” it said continuing to laugh.
Raider sighed, “I'm not going to ask that..”

“Sorry I don’t remember your place,” running a hand through his red hair as he tried to recall on what Syn’s place looked like. But it still came up a blank, he was sure if he had seen it again it would jog his memory.
‘Hopefully I don’t really hurt him.’ he thought before looking to the trees. He thought he had heard something close by but couldn’t be certain. “Yeah it might not be wise, ot with so many creatures like this. It almost looks like a small army waiting, what do you think happened?”
A few yellow eyes caught his attention, but they did not look at them. They seemed to be waiting as they looked in the direction they were heading. ‘Not creepy at all,’ shaking his head as he continued to keep Syn close to him.
“Why are you here?” looking to Remus, Kelarth was sure he had been on Thena duty. Looking towards SHade, Thena, and Reaper. He then looked back to Remus, “What is going on?”
“Shade needs Toshi,” looking to the vampire, “I don’t agree with it, but I don’t think there is much choice.”
“He can’t possibly mean for Toshi to use his ability in his current state. Even he knows that it may kill him,” Kelarth frowned wondering what would cause Shade to make such a rash decision. Shaking his head he looked to Toshi and Hala, “i can’t allow him to do that.”
“What other choice do we have?” Remus asked shaking his head, “I told him Toshi doesn’t look very good.”
“There is another with Toshi’s ability, but doing do…” he trailed off glancing back towards Shade, “He may end up in a lot of trouble though. I can’t say how much.”
“Is it that serious to bring the other here?” Watching Kelarth and looking to Toshi.
“Thena’s memories are a nightmare, I feel sorry for whoever looks at them,” Toshi shivered a little at the glimpse he had gotten.
“I don’t know, if it’s bad enough to use Toshi in his state…” Kelarth looked back to Toshi worried for him, “Were you able to see much?”
“Not clearly no, I wasn’t really trying to pry into her world,” Toshi glanced to Kelarth, trying to be careful not to move too much as Hala finished up. “If Shade wishes, I’ll do what I can to help.”
“Oh no you don’t, I just need to find a shadow creature of Shade’s. There is another that won’t mind helping,” Kelarth replied shaking his head at Toshi and looking around in the shadows around them. ‘Blinky, are you busy?’’
‘Not really, just checking up on something. Need something? Blinky sent with a small laugh, ‘I am curious of what more you guys need, there are a lot of you.’
‘Yes but Toshi’s state I am not letting him use his ability,’ Kelarth sent back to Blinky, watching Toshi still, ‘I rather send someone who isn’t injured to help here.’
‘Oh? Who?’ Stopping what it was doing, Blinky glanced behind him, ‘If I summon them now, they will be close by.’
‘You know who, send for them. I’ll pay for the mistake,’ Kelarth sent to Blinky as he looked to Remus, “Return to Shade, there is another coming to help.”
“Kelarth…” he hesitated before slowly nodding to the werewolf and making his way back towards Shade. Leaving the three alone to work.
Glad to hear that his face would heal just fine he was about to get up until Hala took something out of her back. He looked at her confused until he understood what she asking. A small frown crossed his face as he heard Remus head back to Shade. The werewolf at his side remained silent as they watched Hala and him.
Slowly he took Hala’s arm into his, watching her still before moving his head closer to her arm. Closing his eyes he sank his fangs into Hala’s arm, being careful not to hit a vein directly. The werewolf at his side had their hand on his shoulder, he was guessing to make sure he didn’t take to much from her. Though Toshi wasn’t too concerned as he drank Hala’s blood.
“You feed as if it was something fragile,” watching the vampire before his eyes before looking to Hala making sure she was alright.
A dark purple portal opened close to Blinky, it watched as something started to come through. The figure’s blond hair came first, as they slowly came through the portal. Their eyes closed, but listening around them. It wasn’t long before they stood in front of Blinky their hazle eyes looking down to it. “Hello again, wait where am I?” His hazel eyes looked to the trees, then towards the sky, his eyes narrowed as he looked back to Blinky.
“This isn’t good,” he mumbled running a hand through his tangled blond hair, “Where is Shade?”
“Sorry to have summoned you, Kelarth had told me to. As for where Shade is, he is that way through the trees close to here,” looking to the trees, it then frowned, “Here I’ll get you a guide.”
Hissing softly into the shadows around them, Blinky smiled seeing a shadow creature come forth. Pointing to their guest, Blinky said something to it. Getting a nod in reply, Blinky then looked to the one it had summoned. “They agree to take you to Shade. I am sorry I could not do it myself. Urgent business I am afraid, we will meet again though.” Then Blinky darted into the shadows of the night, leaving them alone with the shadow creature.
“Just you and me little guy,” kneeling down he watched the shadow creature, “How are you to lead me to Shade?”
The shadow creature turned it’s head to the side before climbing up their torn blue jeans, and torn green t-shirt. It then pointed to where Blinky had and looked to the demon with a sharp grin. It’s yellow eyes watching them closely.
Standing up carefully, they then headed towards the clearing. The shadow creature kept him on course as he looked at the odd trees. “This place is so strange,” he thought looking back to the sky. The shadow creature had poked him to keep him focused. “Your right, gaze around later,” he laughed a little as he made his way to the clearing.
“There are a lot of people, wait are they all?” He looked to the shadow creature on his shoulder who nodded and laughed at him. “Not funny, I’ve never seen so many in one place before. They all get along?” He watched the little shadow creature on his shoulder still as it then shrugged in response. “Hey it’s Shade,” he started to head over to him, when the shadow creature suddenly jumped off his shoulder and onto the ground. Looking back to the scared shadow creature he looked back towards Shade, ‘What would cause them not to go near Shade?’
Walking towards Shade, he noticed Nights with him. A small smile came to his lips as he glanced to a vampire headed towards Shade as well. ‘What is going on?’ His hazel eyes looked back to Shade as he stopped a few feet from them.
“Shade,” giving a small bow ignoring Thena, “Kelarth sent for me, how may I help?”
Shade froze as he was about to answer Nights. His head slowly turned to face the person who had spoke to him. He had recognized the voice, but seeing was believing they were really here. Red eyes focused on them as his eyes widened in fear. “You shouldn’t be here, why are you here? Not that it isn’t great to see you, really. But...How am I going to explain you being here!?”
“If I can help there won’t be too harsh a punishment I am sure,” looking to the pale vampire, he almost wanted to laugh.
“Did they see you leave? I am in so much trouble,” Shade started to pace which he knew he was getting a confused look from a few near him.
“No one saw me leave, I was in my room. If I am needed they will wonder where I have gone however. Also where are we? This doesn’t look like home,” turning his head he watched Shade pace back and forth, “Is this what you had called Earth?”
“Shhhh! They should have blindfolded you, this is forbidden,” he looked to Remus as the vampire approached him, “What were you two thinking bringing him here?”
“Toshi is to injured at the moment so Kelarth suggested someone else,” Remus replied looking to the man before him.
“Do you two know what you have done?” Shade hissed as he felt worry, scared, and anger at them, “Send him home before it gets real bad.”
“You need someone to see memories?” Turning his head to the side, he watched Shade stop and turn to him.
“I can’t ask you to do that Kema. You being here shouldn’t have happened, I’ll explain to the council it was an accident and you saw nothing of this world,” Shade whispered softly, trying to remain calm as best he could, “The information I need isn’t something I can risk the Melrach race on. You are too important to jeopardize everything…”
“What if I chose to help you? The Melrach law would not apply if you asked for my help and I agreed. There would be no broek law or treaty if I came of my own free will. Granted I did come from home to another which isn’t allowed. I won’t get punished too badly, I am sure,” looking to Shade still as he watched the confused vampire.
Running a hand through his purple hair, Shade nodded, “Very well, the damage is done I just hope they don’t kick you out of their home. I’ll explain when you finish. If you could assist,” Shade then looked to Reaper, “Mind holding her steady?”
“I rather cut her hands off then touch her,” Reaper growled watching Thena. The vampire hadn’t made a move to leave she had made sure on it as she watched Shade threw the corner of her eye.
“Okay fine, Remus hold Thena down,” he looked towards the knight who hesitated before walking towards Thena. Watching the vampire take a step back from him. Her eyes glaring at him as she bared her fangs at him. “She won’t pose much of a threat with her arm the way it is..” His eyes narrowed as he then looked back towards Kema sadly, “I am sorry to have to ask this of you…”
“Our life span is short, to be able to help the soon to be lord would be an honor,” he bowed again before moving towards Thena when Remus had held her arms behind her.
‘I don’t know if that title will be mine…’ he didn’t want to tell Kema that though as he watched them before looking to Nights. Putting an arm around her and holding her close, he slowly looked towards her with a small smile. “I may have to return to the shadow realm after this, would you like to come with?”
Walking on, Blinky hummed softly as it then looked to where the shadow creatures were saying someone was approaching from. Falling silent it slowly jumped from shadow to shadow of the trees, before hearing voice. Keeping silent it slowly approached the tree near the two, waiting silently it counted a few times on their steps to see how close they were before jumping out of the shadows and hissing at them.
“What the!?” Ishimu had jumped and nearly collided into Syn, missing his footing and falling to the ground, and releasing Syn’s hand. His blue eyes looking to the yellow eyed shadow creature, he then glared at it, “Not funny!”
Turning it’s head to the side, and blinking at them a bit it then frowned. “You two are not enemies…” it laughed a little as it looked towards Syn, “Why didn’t you tell them you were friends of Shade? It would have been a lot easier for you two.”
“Friends!?” Ishimu glared at the shadow creature as he got to his feet, “If we were friends I wouldn’t even be here.”
“What do you mean?” It frowned, it’s ears lowered a little as it looked from Syn to Ishimu wondering if Shade had done something stupid once more. “I’m sorry if master has caused you two trouble.” Feeling a little hurt as it then glanced towards Ishimu, “Master considers you both friends.”
“Whatever, just take us to him it’s kind of urgent,” Ishimu said watching the shadow creature closely.
“I’ll take you to him…” it frowned still as it then turned and headed towards the clearing, “try to keep up, you’ve missed a lot and I’m not sure you wish to know...at the same time I’m sure you will ask.” Not looking back at them, it had dragged its feet as it walked a little upset that they didn’t think of Shade as a friend before sending to Nights, ‘It’s Syn and Ishimu, they are headed towards you and Shade…’
“What is going on? I hear yelling,” Lancer looked towards Fang, the assassin had taken Lancer’s hand into her’s.
“There is someone else who had come,” Kazar replied his eyes watching Remus, Reaper, Thena, Shade, Nights, and the new figure that had approached from the trees. “From this distance I can not make out who they are. I only know they are not from my pack.”
Watching Lancer, she slowly looked towards Kazar a little curious of where the poisonist had came from. She was sure she wouldn’t get much in answers as she glanced towards where Reaper and the others were. ‘Lancer should be well in just a few more minutes I’m sure, then we can head for headquarters,’ not liking the thought of so many demons she didn’t know around. She then glanced towards Lancer, holding the assassin’s hand gently in her own still.
The shadow creatures up in the tree looked to the werewolf, watching them curiously as they appeared to be talking to themselves. Slowly a shadow creature approached and move onto the werewolf’s arm before crawling carefully to the werewolf’s shoulder and sitting. The others watched it and the werewolf a little curious as well as to what the werewolf was doing up in a tree. They were certain they were the only ones afraid of Thena’s wrath.
The shadow creature on Lunarius shoulder, petted the werewolf’s head gently as it looked down below at the clearing. To it, the place was a big battlefield with lots of wounded, and more allies coming out of trees. It then looked towards Lunarius giving them a small sharp toothed grin.
“Sorry Rin, I was trying to see if there was something strapped onto you,” Storm laughed a little as the plush started to go in circles, though it helped to know that there were no wires on the outside. “Seeing us might also be a little creepy, since I’m sure we wouldn’t be able to see you..”
“No I haven’t given up on finding the vampire, but right now they aren’t themselves so it would be a pointless battle. I’ll have to wait until the next night to go after him again,” crossing his arms he looked towards Rin knowing the plush wasn’t liking to be talked through. He really couldn’t blame the plush since they were being used like a telephone. Frowning he looked towards the sky, wondering when daylight would start to come around. “If I was in a forest it would be fine, but this is a park. There would be lots of people in the morning and I don’t wish to be disturbed while I sleep, the only other option is finding an abandoned home..” Running a hand threw his white hair he shook his head unsure if he could find anything like that, the last one had been by chance.
“Well one time Shade had put me on a toy truck and pushed it into a wall...I managed to hit my head on the wall then I bit him…” it laughed a little as it rubbed it’s head, “We didn’t get along too well until Shade had started to miss home..” Watching Vega it frowned a little, “You’d think raising a kid would be easy, but it’s not. Shade was also bigger than we were so it was like a cat or dog trying to raise a child and teach them what they should have known…”
‘Yeah she’s sleeping on Vega at the moment, I am not sure if she saw me or not. But I assume not or she’d most likely freak out that a shadow is moving that has yellow eyes,’ it laughed a little as it found the thought a little funny.
“I don’t know,” Zane admitted glancing towards the window, a little curious on how long he had been out. He was a little surprised that Lenore had left him alone and didn’t even seem to be coming back for him. Shaking his head he looked towards the door, “I just know I don’t want to stay in bed too long..” Looking to the Gluttony, “Though I do know you do love your sleep, I am a little curious as to how he came up with your names..”

Syn shrugged it off, “it's fine, allot of things were going on, fights, intrusions, the unusual” he joked. He would have mentioned it's where Vivian had showed up but feared mentioning her would make her pop up.
When the small creature jumped out of the shadows hissing Syn jumped back, reached for one of his weapons that he didn't have on him and tripped backwards on the uneven land, landing in his back. He propped himself up on his elbows and looked at the shadow scowling, “not cool”.
Syn got up and dusted himself off, “I didn't know I had to identify ourselves, and friend seems to be an odd term for someone who allows his pets to attack people”. He looked at Ishimu who seemed really ticked off, but could he blame him? No.
“Sorry...uh, whichever shadow you are, but this is kinda urgent” stepping to Ishimu's side again he took his hand into his own and followed after the shadow. “I guess we missed allot with us just going on a walk..” he said looking around them.
Hala couldn't really follow the conversation between the werewolf and vampire, but she agreed that Toshi was in no condition to over exert himself.
She seemed almost too happy when Toshi accepted this offer, wincing slightly as he bit into her. It wasn't that bad. She reached over with her free hand rubbed the top of his head, reassuring it was alright.
Nights herd the new person approach them, it seemed like another one of Shade’s friends have come along. She was about to ask about this new person but stopped. She had never seen him this worried and frightened, and the fact that he was pacing made her worry. She waited for him to calm down a little, well she hoped he would.
She smiled back to him as he finally calmed down and leaned into him, laughing at his question, “and leave you again? Of course I'm coming with you" she smiled, “is everything alright though? You had me worried with the way you were acting..” She turned her attention back to the newcomer, Remus and Thena, wondering how things were going to work.
‘Syn and Ishimu? It slipped my mind that they were near by. There's a chance we might miss them because Shade has to take care of something in the shadow realm. What do they need?’
She turned back to Shade, “the company Blinky told us about were Syn and Ishimu, they want to see you for some reason..”
Her ears twitched hearing the other shadow creature, ‘she's always disoriented when she first wakes up’ Nights sent with a laugh, ‘poor thing probably had a nightmare big she was up at this hour. Hala is a little busy but I'll have her back as soon as possible. Shade and I are going to the shadow realm, he has something he needs to take care of because of someone who shown up. I believe the name was Kema?’
Lunarius felt something touching his arm but only assumed it was some tree dwelling creature wondering why he was in their tree. It wasn't until he felt something pet his head, his body froze, his hair stood on end. This was no normal tree animal. Slowly facing the creature all he really saw were yellow eyes and a toothy grin.
He yelled and fell backwards out if the tree landing on all fours like a cat, a pair of grey wolf ears on top of his head were folded back in uncertainty, “what the hell are those things?!”
“Something on me? I'm sure I would have felt something if that was the case” Rin said looking himself over again.
“Well if you want to make your way back here I can show Rin some vacant homes in the area that you can use, Wrath and Envy had a little too much fun chasing out some neighbors who got curious” he sighed “I can't really think of a place else that may be near you or in the park”
Rin tilted his head once Raider stopped talking, “do we take him up on his offer? How long do you think it would be before the sun rises and this place is filled with people?” He hoped they could find a good place to rest before then.
Vega smiled and laughed at smaller version of Shade pushing the little shadow around in a truck before crashing it into a wall. “That doesn't sound too bad, it's hard to believe that you two didn't like each other by the way you speak of him”. He smiled softly blocking at the sleeping child in his chest, “him being bigger than you might have been hard but it's absolutely terrifying when you're so much bigger than them. Take it from a father who has their own son and helped raise two more"
He took a moment to look out the window as if he was waiting for someone to come by. Shaking his head he looked back at SC, “you mentioned before that other packs and races are in need of supplies, what exactly is needed? You said cloths for the...wahd was it called...Melrach? Cloths for them would be easy get with Seen around. Him being our merchant and a shift fox he has no real problem getting anything. Unless it's shiny. Then he keeps it" he sighed shaking his head.
Greed frowned, “well you can't just wander around here, could be dangerous, plus it should be morning soon,” it flipped into his back and stretched its paws in the air, “so you can't go outside unless you have a death wish”.
Pride shook its head, “if you're curious, why don't you ask Raider yourself? I'm sure he's sitting by the front door with Wrath. I can accompany you if you would like” it smiled at him.
Raider watched Wrath fully slip off of his shoulder landing on the floor with a squeak. Shaking his head he sighed, “if you keep chasing off neighbors people will really think something is up and will react with violence”
“Well if you get caught how will you explain us?” Wrath said looking up at him from his position on the floor.
“I'm sure I would have come up with something. It's not like I'm raising the dead” he said defensively.
“...you technically are Raider…” Wrath bluntly said.

The shadow creature stopped in it’s tracks and looked towards Syn, watching them closely. “I am not his pet,” it hissed angrily at him, “I should be at Shade’s side right now making sure he doesn’t need help with Thena. Instead I’m talking to you two who need Shade’s help with something. For someone who needs his help you are being very mean.” Yellow eyes looked to the two in front of it, “I’m not a pet, we are not a pet, we don’t do tricks.” It’s voice had started to get softer as it then sat down. Crossing its arms it looked to the ground before whispering, “Find him yourself.”
When the shadow creature stopped, Ishimu didn’t expect the creature to go off. Looking to Syn who had seemed to make the little shadow creature more mad, than what he had told it. Looking back to the still mad, still hurt shadow creature. Ishimu shook his head as he let go of Syn’s hand.
Walking over to the shadow creature, Ishimu knelt down unsure if he should touch it or not. Not wanting to get bit he decided to keep his distance. “Hey, that’s not what he meant. As far as Shade we don’t know what to think of him. We don’t know him as well as you guys seem to.”
The shadow creature didn’t look to Ishimu as it listened. Shaking it’s head when Ishimu finished, “You didn’t call me a pet.” It sniffed closing it’s eyes. ‘Syn called me a pet, and I don’t know what they want with Shade. I’m tempted not to care,’ it sent to Nights, trying not to be more upset.
The shadow creatures nearby looked to the commotion. Their yellow eyes blinking as they looked from Blinky to Ishimu and Syn. Slowly gathering around wondering if they were needed as they looked back to the hurt Blinky.
Hearing the other shadow creatures getting closer, Blinky hissed angrily to them. Glaring at them from where it sat not wanting to make it worse. Ordering them to let them pass if they so chose to. Looking back to the ground it wanted to melt into the shadows. “Why should it matter which shadow creature I am? Would it change how you view us, S.C. or me, it shouldn’t matter. We aren’t pets…” glaring at the ground, it was tempted to disappear into one of its portals.
The vampire continued to feed from Hala’s arm for a little longer before taking his teeth carefully out of her arm. Licking the wound he gave a small smile, “Thank you.” It had helped a little as he moved closer to Kelarth and rested his head on the wolf’s shoulder.
“Told you not to exert yourself,” Kelarth shook his head as he looked to Hala wondering if she was okay.
“The wolf is fine, I didn’t take much from her,” giving a sheepish grin Toshi closed his eyes, “Hate my ability.”
“You can feel someone’s life force as you feed? That’s not creepy at all,” Kelarth shivered at the thought as he looked to Hala still.
“Kema can see memories, and protects the Melrach race,” Shade replied looking to Remus who held Thena’s good arm. “The Melrach are strict on their laws. Kema being here isn’t a good sign, their laws forbid outside realm travel along with talk of other worlds. They believe their is bad wherever you go, and should make the best of home then to flee it.”
“She moves I can’t say I won't kill her,” Reaper warned watching as Kema approached the vampire. Her red eyes narrowed watching them place their hands onto the vampire’s temples.
Hissing Thena tried to get away as the Rashinkie’s hands glowed light blue. Growling she closed her eyes which didn’t help as the memories flooded her vision. Fighting Kema wasn’t working, for he seemed to know how to get past every mental block she had tried.
“I didn’t want to use Kema, his ability drains his life when he uses it. The Melrach use it on very rare occasions for this reason. Kema isn’t a Melrach but he does live with them,” Shade looked back to Nights, “They have no hair as they get older, odd race but also very nice when you get to know them.”
Hearing on Ishimu and Syn coming, he guessed Blinky had ran into them. Unsure if now was a good time for visitors, ‘Blinky, how close are you?’
‘I want to go home,’ Blinky sent sniffing, ‘I am not your pet.’
‘I didn’t say you were, who had called you my pet? If anything you are my protectors, you have always kept me and Nights safe,’ Shade looked towards the forest around them, ‘Blinky?’
“Something is bothering Blinky, something about a pet? It wishes to go home,” Shade frowned as he looked to Kema. Shaking his head he couldn’t leave Kema here, ‘When done he’ll just have to come with.’
“How else can he speak through you if no wire?” Storm asked Rin before the plush’s eyes glowed again. He wasn’t sure he liked the idea of Raider able to listen in.
“I don’t see much choice,” Storm sighed softly, he couldn’t be certain it was a weekday or a weekend. Days surpassed him as he had stopped keeping tracked long ago. “The park could be very busy, or hardly it depends on the day. I guess we head to Raider’s for now. Think we can trust him, he did make me you.”
The blue assassin shot up, she had been testing the poison in her system for sometime. She winced at how stiff she felt as well as the pain in her back. She wasn’t able to see fully, but she knew it would come in time. Lancer then looked to Kazar, “Thank you for you help, but why did you?”
“Are you not our ally?” Turning his head as he looked back towards Kelarth, “Was sure you were.”
“Ally?” Frowning under her mask as she watched Kazar’s blurry figure, “Sorry to ask, but who’s ally are you referring to?”
“Shade’s,” Kazar replied looking back to Fang and Lancer, “Maybe I misspoke.”
“We had helped him once, well helped is vague. Reaper had harmed the vampire, I only tried to help the damage,” Lancer looked toward Fang, “Speaking of, how is he?”
“Don’t know,” Kazar translated for Fang as he watched the assassin start to sign. “Reaper was with him before I dragged her back here. She is going to apologize for poisoning you.”
“I’m not too worried about that,” Lancer frowned as she looked towards what she was sure was Reaper. But her vision wasn’t wanting to focus still. Crossing her arms she shook her head, “Oh, who had did my back?”
“A healer, I can’t be sure what her name is. But they had used some kind of stitches to keep the wound from reopening, you may need to see a medic for wherever you are headed to next,” Kazar suggested watching the blue cloaked assassin.
“If we have our target, we will head back towards headquarters,” Lancer looked towards Fang unsure what she was really seeing in the assassin’s eyes. Closing her eyes she tried to let them rest for a little while longer. “Once I can see we will be leaving.”
“The Melrach could use clothes and food, the wolf pack there could use some weapon supplies. I believe they are getting low,” S.C. smiled a little as it tried to remember the small list it was meant to bring. “You might not get to meet them, they are a scared race that live in tunnels under our city. They try to survive and live, they don’t like to fight so they run…” Frowning a little, it was a little curious of how to two packs would react to each other and giggled a little. Wondering what the reaction on Fay’s face would be if it had brought the metal or supplies through to them.
“If the sun is going to come out it might be dangerous to leave the house…” frowning he glanced towards the window wondering if he could see the soft light of the sun try to peek in through the certain. ‘Seems I may be stuck in the bedroom then…’ Zane looked around the room curious of what was in it, he hadn’t thought about it until recently. “There is no zombie thing in here is there? I know he does plush, and his own….skin. But there is no deformed body in here is there?”

Sym was taken back when Blinky got angry just by being called “pet”. He didn't mean it as an insult or to make it angry, he was just mad himself after being jumpscared himself. “Look, I didn't mean it like that, honest”.
He walked over and knelt beside Ishimu and Blinky, “I didn't mean it, you scared me when you jumped out like that and I reacted without thinking”. His stomach felt like knots hearing the little shadow sniffle like it was going to cry if it wasn't already.
“I'm sorry” he said quietly, “I didn't mean to offend you, really”. He ran his hand through his hair and sighed, cursing at himself under his breath. “I don't view you as his pets, he'll don't even know much about you and Shade like Ishi had mentioned”. He began to get frustrated by his own slip up.
“Ok, so if your mad at me, take it out only on me! But Ishi needs to see Shade, that's also the reason I wanted to know if you were Blinky or SC because SC knows why he needs to see Shade because it witnessed it. So I take it your Blinky” he said in a Hufflepuff, “I'm sorry Blinky..”
Hala smiled to Toshi, “no problem! Just take it easy now”. She grabbed the bandages she took out earlier and began to wrapped it around the bite and the cut that she had made, tying it tightly around her arm with her teeth.
She looked up at Kelarth seeing as he was the only one who could understand her, “is there anyone else who needs to be treated?” she looked back at the group Shade and Nights were a part of, unsure what they were doing.
Lunarius looked up at the tree looking at the creature. The more he focused on it the more yellow eyes he saw. His ears dropped to the side of his head, “how did I not see them? No...I'm just imagining it, lack of sleep and he scent of blood are getting to me Yeah, that's it..” he made his way to Hala and sat down beside her.
Hala looked at the male curiously, “you look pale and your ears are out, what happened?[/I]”
“The trees have eyes, thousands of bitty little eyes” he mumbled reverting to his wolf form and laying his chin on the floor.
Hala thought for a moment before signing again, “you didn't happen to see a little creature that's about this big, yellow eyes with a V shaped mouth?”
“Filled with sharp teeth yes!” He Said instantly picking his head up looking at her. “You've seen them? I thought I was seeing things…”
Hala smiled as she tried not to laugh, “there friends of Shade and Nights, there really nice”
“Nice? Hala, one climbed on my shoulder and I thought it was going to eat me..”
Hala covered her mouth trying not to laugh, “they won't eat you, just relax, we'll be going home soon”
Lunarius frowned, he knew Hala wanted to laugh and he knew this things in the tres wanted to eat him, “I'm not going back without Nights”
“Youre going home, no ifs ands or buts about it. You're running around shirtless, bags forming under your eyes, you probably haven't slept in awhile, you're going home” signed to him, her face stern no longer in a laughing mood. “Plus she'll come home on her own, let her be with Shade”.
“That's what I'm trying to avoid! If anything she should be coming home with me!”
Hala sighed and ran her hands through her chestnut brown hair. This was going nowhere.
“Is that why you need to go back to the shadow realm?” Nights looked from Kema and Thena to Shade. “They seem like an interesting race” she smiled, “you've come to know about of interesting people Shade”
She frowned slightly when he brought up Blinky, “Syn called him a pet, it seems really upset..” 'Blinky you don't have to, come back to us if you want, Share and I are worried about you..’ she sent to it, saddened by the little shadow.
Rin nodded, “alright, he also showed me some vacant homes if you don't want to stay with him. I also don't understand all this so I guess you can ask him if we get the chance?”
Rins ears lowered slightly curious how all this was possible, he knew he had died but here he was, just in the fonig a plush, very much alive. “Didn't you know him before I came along? How did you know you could trust him before?”
Vega made a mental note as he nodded, “then I suppose the supplies we get you will take to them?” It was unfortunate that there was a high chance that they wouldn't get to meet this face but he understood, plus that would mean whoever was bringing the supplies would have to go to the shadow realm and he wasn't sure how he felt about that.
“Cloths Seen can look out for and we’ll have our hunters try to bring in more, as for the weapons supplies I'll can take care of that myself, we have an abundance here since we have no real use for them at this point and time, plus I make sure to keep on top of things like that”. He tilted his head at the shadow, “what are you giggling at?”
“You can still stay in the house, there's just one room that no one but us and Raider can enter” Pride said looking up at him curiously.
It's ears tilted backwards, “zombies? There's no zombies here..”
Gree began to chuckle. It hopped off if the bed and looked towards Pride, “why are you lying to him Pride? He's found out Master Raiders secret”
Pride tilted it's head, “what ar-” Gluttony shoved it aside looking at Zane.
“Don't listen to Pride, if just doesn't want Master Raiders name to go down as the man who brought zombies to the human world”. Greed flicked it's tail in Prides face as it was about to speak again.
“Why don't you think he doesn't want anyone other than us, who know the truth, to go down into the basement? That's where it's hidden, all nasty and decaying” it shuddered. “That was the last human that stayed here”
Pride rolled it eyes Be walked out of the room.
“It's really hard to look at, and if you're quiet enough you can hear it stumbling around trying to get free of it's restraints, surrounded by broken up corpses that Master Raider fed it in order to keep his supply of souls in high stock” it put a paw to its forehead, “it's really unsettling…”

Sniffling the shadow creature looked to Syn. Rubbing at it’s eyes as it shook its head . “Meant it or not it shouldn’t have been said if you didn’t meant it,”looking to the ground it’s ears pricked up on hearing S.C. had seen something. It didn’t tell it that it had seen something seemed strange. Looking to Ishimu as it was still a little mad.
“What did S.C. see?” Turning it’s head to the side curious.
“Syn had seen it too,” Ishimu looked to Syn unsure if he should tell Blinky or not. Looking back to Blinky who was staring at him. “Well you see…” Unable to say it, Ishimu showed the shadow creature the ring on his finger.
“No way! Well that helps, now we don’t have to look for a vampire with this,” Blinky’s eyes were wide in shock, nearly forgetting why it was mad to begin in.
“You know what it is?” Frowning Ishimu looked to the ring before looking back to the shadow creature.
“Of course! It’s Shade’s missing ring,” Blinky laughed a little as it shook its head, “How you found it I may never know. But at least it landed in good hands.”
“This is Shade’s?” Looking at it in discussed as he was tempted to give it back to Blinky.
“Keep it, it’s not a normal ring, and Shade is getting his replaced. I am sure they would both be okay with you having it,” Blinky frowned watching Ishmu’s reaction, “Think of it as a gift who sees you as a friend.” It’s little ears lowered, knowing the two didn’t see Shade that way.
“Why is it so important to him?” Watching the shadow creature closely before looking to Syn, wondering if he was also a little curious.
“Nights gave him it long ago. She had it personally made and was a little upset he had lost the ring. When I say it’s not normal, I mean you couldn’t find another like it anywhere. Only one person can make a ring like this one,” Blinky tried to explain, getting all excited, “It’s important to him not just because it came from Nights, but because it allows him to walk in daylight without feeling the effects of the sun.”
“That would explain why I don’t get hurt in the sun,” Ishimu whispered shaking his head he took the ring off his finger, “Gift or not, I wouldn’t feel right being able to walk in the sun when Syn can’t.”
“If you’re sure,” Blinky frowned, but could undstand where the vampire was coming from. It then smiled as it looked over the ring. ‘You’ll never guess who had Shade’s ring! He gave it to me though...He doesn’t want it if Syn can’t walk in daylight,’ it sent to Nights looking back to Ishimu it smiled sadly, “If you change your mind just ask for it.” Taking the ring into it’s little hands it closed it’s fist tightly as not to lose it.
“I can’t be certain,” Kelarth looked around at the others ‘Everyone else seems to be okay, even Shade..’ he shook his head remembering he would need to talk to the vampire. Looking back to the vampire resting on his shoulder, “Toshi, I need to speak with Shade and then get you somewhere safe.”
Wincing and half asleep, he hadn’t noticed Lunarius back. Sitting up, he hadn’t caught much of Hala’s conversation as he glanced towards the group near Shade. “I’m not going any where, go ahead,” Toshi looked to Kelarth, “You introuble?”
“I might be..” Kelarth frowned not wishing to leave Toshi alone with Hala and lunarius who seemed to be scared of the shadow creatures. A small smile came to his lips at a thought, “The shadow creatures eat mean demons, for it to be on your shoulder, it must have been hungry.”
“That isn’t-” Toshi got cut off by Kelarth who gave him a look. Shaking his head he decided to stay out of it.
“Be careful not to anger them, I hear Nights knows how to summon them,” Kelarth said looking to Toshi as he stood up, “I’ll be back Toshi, until then don’t move.”
“Don’t plan to,” Toshi shook his head as Kelarth headed towards Shade.
“There are more, but I don’t wish to bring them here,” Shade said running a hand through his har, looking to Kelarth as the werewolf approached.
“Hey, sorry I was busy with Toshi. What were you thinking using Toshi to do that to Thena?” Kelarth glared at him, “Even Remus was against it. I know brining Kema here was a bad idea, but if it was important to use Toshi who is already weak. I thought Kema would be better.”
“You summoned Kema here?” Shaking his head as he looked back to Kema as they finished up. “You do realize him being here could hurt not just your pack but the other races on that treaty.”
“I do, and will accept all punishment from them. It was my idea,” Kelarth frowned as he glanced to Kema, “I’m sorry.”
“I need you here, I’ll handle the Melrach. Toshi may need help along with a few others. Daylight may come and I don’t wish sunlight to be an issue,” Looking back to Nights, he gave her a small smile, “I’ll tell them the truth and have Nights come with me.”
“You sure that is a good-” Kelarth was cut off when Remus had shouted to get the groups attention. Looking over his shoulder, he saw a collapsed Thena in Remus’ arms and Kema laying on the ground. ‘Not good,’ Kelarth was about to move, but Shade had reacted faster.
“Kema,” looking to the laying Rashinkie, Shade was careful not to touch the still glowing light blue hands. Looking to Remus, his eyes narrowed at Thena, “Remus give her to Reaper and help me with Kema.”
“I am not touching that,” Reaper glared watching the vampire try to give her the vampire in their arms. “I’ll have Fang or Lancer retrieve her, chances are Lancer.”
Putting the vampire down on the ground, Remus walked over to Shade’s side looking to Kema, “Is he going to be okay?”
“He should be okay, but don’t touch his hands This has happened before, he just needs rest,” Shade frowned looking to the sky, ‘It won’t stay dark long.’ Trying to think of where they could go and let Kema rest. He had forgotten about Blinky being upset, as he worried more on Kema’s condition.
Getting to her feet, she was a little wobbly from laying down so long. She glanced towards Reaper as her vision started to become better.
“Thank you again for your help,” Lancer looked to Kazar as she slowly got up, “Fang we need to get going. But before we do I need you to tell me who helped us out.” Looking to the yellow gold assassin she shook her head, “Sorry I forgot about your wound..”
“You’re welcome,” Kazar said getting to his feet and looked back towards Shade, wondering if it would be alright for him to head back home. Stretching his aching muscles from sitting so long he took his bag and started to head towards Shade and the others.
It’s okay, as for who helped you.. Fang looked towards the group unsure if they were busy or not. She slowly got to her feet and looked back to Lancer, taking the assassin’s hand into hers as she wasn’t sure how well her vision was. Putting her hand onto her shoulder she then headed slowly towards the group stopping a little ways as she looked back to Lancer.
She wished to see you Fang signed looking to Hala with a small smile behind her mask as she slowly glanced towards the other werewolf. Knowing they seemed to be able to understand sign language. I do not blame you for this she pointed to her wound before feeling a little awkward, I’m sorry about Reaper..
“Which one is it?” Lancer asked looking to Fang confused on which had helped. Watching her point to both werewolves before looking back to Lunarius. “They both helped?” She gave a small nod before looking back to Hala and Lunarius, “Thank you for your help, I’m sorry we could not repay the debt.”
The shadow creatures that were in the trees had watched Lunarius walk back to the clearing. They blinked a few times from the trees keeping their distance as the one that was on Lunarius shoulder got helped up onto the branch it had been dangling from. It then looked back towards the clearing, unsure if they were needed or not. It seemed Shade had things under control, but still waited for orders from Blinky or S.C. just to be sure.
“Sorry I was laughing at the one who keeps shiny things. Reminded me of someone…” S.C. rubbed it’s head a little as it looked back around the forge, “There supplies is low due to helping out other races that need weapons to help protect themselves. There are only a few that still try to cause trouble to those with the treaty. But it’s getting better...I think.” It then smiled to him, “I was also laughing at the thought of you meeting another werewolf..the portal would be open to his home. The Melrach won't allow outside portals so it would be safer to transfer all goods to them and they can give it to the Melrach..”
"We can stop by his place first, there are a few things I'd like to know regards how you kinda work. As for me trusting him, I don't know if I really can. I didn't know him for very long, he only made me you so I wouldn't take the vampire that is with him. Now that Lenore isn't with us I have no reason to take the kid that is with him," Getting to his feet he took the plush into his arms and looked around, "So which way do we go to get to his place?"
Shifting on his feet as he slowly glanced around the room he was in. He wasn’t sure he wished to hear the sounds of the zombie in the basement. But what they had said had made sense, how else did Raider get so many souls? How else would he have chose them to be in plushes? He was sure it all had to do with the personality of the soul to get into the plush if he liked it. He then froze and looked to himself, ‘Is he going to make me into a plush?’
Ignoring the plush in the room, he made his way out of the bedroom and looked up and down the hall. He wasn’t sure where Raider was, but he didn’t want to run into them anytime soon. Slowly he made his way towards the front door. Looking towards windows to see how close it was to sunrise before he’d be stuck with a zombie and possibly dying so he could be a plush.
Getting to the front door, he slowly opened it hoping Raider wasn’t anywhere close. His red eyes glanced around, ‘Don’t get caught, don’t get caught, don’t-’ He then froze at seeing Raider was on the porch, unsure of how to really react he decided to close the door. Taking a slow uneasy step backwards.

Syn frowned seeing that he wasn't going to be forgiven right away, but glad that the subject changed. “Ishi found it while we were skipping rocks over at the lake” he pointed his thumb in the direction of the lake that wasn't too far from where they were.
Hearing that the ring belonged to Shade didn't support him much, all the word things in this city seemed to be linked to him somehow. But the fact that it allowed him to walk in the sun was interesting, but what Ishimu had done caught him off guard.
“What, no keep it! Ishi you can live somewhat of a normal life” ‘ without me’ he thought to himself sadly, ‘he could forget this all happened if he wanted’. Syn put his hands on Ishimu's shoulders, “don't worry about me about me not being able to walk in the sun. I can last ten, maybe fifteen minutes top in the sun. You should take it..”
Hala nodded to Kelarth and pet Lunarius on the head trying to calm him down. Kelarths parting words seeming to echo through his mind as he kept an eye on the trees near by.
“Nice huh? I told you one of them wanted to eat me..” he mumbled resting his chin on his paws.
Hala smiled and decided to play along. “The only eat mean people like he said, I'm far from mean so they were very nice to me when I met them”
“They obviously don't know you well- ouch!” Hala flicked one of his ears.
Watching the blue and yellow assassin's approach them Hala smiled seeing that they were looking better.
Lunarius picked his head up looking to Lancer and Fang, frowning slightly when Fang signed to him, “I still feel bad, and it's fine, I would have reacted the same way if I was in that situation..”
Looking to Lancer he shook his head, “you owe me nothing, Hala did most of the work, besides, you helped me earlier when I asked you if you had seen anyone,” he smiled, “lead me to a fairy who lead me here”
Hala smiled still as she watched them, “there is no debt, just make sure you take care of yourself, the both of you. Will you be leaving soon?”
‘His ring was found? Well that's a little late, his new one is already made and ready for pic- Kema and Thena just collapsed ’ the happy moment ruined by sheer panic.
She folded her hands together unsure what to do with herself, “how long will he be out?” She looked at Thena, unsure what she had some to make them both in this state.
“Great so I was a bargaining chip” Rin said unamused, “head straight out of the park and make a left”. He looked up at Storm tilting his head, “what do you think happened to her anyway? And why did he want to save the boy? He's a weird mane” he muttered the last part. “But I'm interested how I work too!” He laughed.
“Well Sen is a piece of work, I can see how you think he's funny” Vega laughed, looking at the now shiny and polished ring. “Just gotta wait for sunrise now” he said mostly to himself. He stood up and walked to the window, keeping Nana in place on him, and placed it on the ledge where the light would hit it.
“They can take what they need, this way for future reference we know what they use just in case they run short” Vega thought of this as an unofficial Ally between Moon Pass and the other Werewolves from a different world.
“And what's so funny about meeting another Werewolf?” He looked at the shadow tilting his head slightly, “it's just going to be like meeting someone new for the first time, maybe a little awkward but we'll come around” he smiled.
‘Kids are so gullible’ Greed thought to itself watching Zane leave the room. It chuckled and was about to chase after him when it saw Lust sit up and stretch it's little limbs. His smile grew.
“Heeey Lust, we're about to play a game if zombie, wanna join in? We could use another zombie”
Lusts ears perked up, “how do you play?”
Greets tail wagged behind him, “it's sorta like hide and seek tag, you have to hide but you have to make all sorts of noises and zombie groans and when the person is close you have to JUMP out at them” it jumped onto the bed startling the rabbit plush.
List giggled, “I'm in!” It moved Gluttony's tail off of it and handed it to the raccoon plush who hugged it in it's sleep.
Greed smirked, “great, Zane's it, he's out in the hallway waiting. I'm already out so I have to be with him, so go my zombie! Go hunt down the vampire!” Greed cheered throwing it's front paws in the air.
Lust laughed and ran out the room ducking behind some boxes in the hallway.
Greed rubbed it's paws together, excited for what was about to unfold.
It ran into the hallway, first looking around if it could see Lust. Not seeing the bunny anywhere it looked towards Zane.
“What's the matter? You look like you've seen a ghost or something”. It hopped up on a box, quickly seeing Lust behind it. It made a motion of hitting the box without hitting it before jumping on to Zane's Shoulder.
Lust waited for a moment and used it's ears to hit the box lightly as it covered it's mouth with it's paws to keep itself from laughing.
Pride had gone through an open window seeing that the front door was closed. It made it's way to the from where Raider and Wrath was.
“Raider we have a problem” it said sitting in front of them, it's ears lowered in worry.
Raider turned his head from the cat plush to the lioness “Pride? What are you doing outside? What's wrong?” He reached over and picked up the plush and placed it in his lap.
“It's Greed, he's scaring Zane into thinking there's a zombie in the basement”
“There's no zombie in the basement, it's on the front porch!” Wrath giggled.
Raider frowned, “what brought this on?” He gathered up both plushes into his arm and stood up using the doorknob to help him up turning it slightly as he did.
“He was asking some questions and he randomly asked about a zombie!”
“He's onto us Raider!” Wrath giggled again.
“Wrath common this is serious! He looks really scared!” Pride growled.
“Alright you two, calm down. We'll just go inside and straighten this out with Zane” he sighed.

“I can’t take it when the one helping me can’t walk in daylight,” Ishimu crossed his arms as he watched Blinky who had been looking from one to the other.
“I can’t say the one who made it would make one for Syn. I’m sure if not for Nights, he wouldn’t have helped Shade,” shaking it’s head, it looked to Syn glaring at him, “No more calling us pets.”
‘That’s what I said, and Kema collapsed? Oh his ability,’ dawning on Blinky of what would cause Kema to collapse, looking back towards the clearing it’s ears lowered a little, ‘He should be okay with some rest…’
Looking to Syn, he wasn’t sure why Syn would be upset or say what he did. “A normal life is out of the question because-” Ishimu cut himself off biting his lip instead to help keep from saying what he was thinking. Looking to Blinky, Ishimu gave it a small smile, “The only one who doesn’t know what I am is my mom..”
“Didn’t know you had family, you sure you don’t want to use it? Eventually you’ll have to tell her,” Blinky frowned wondering how a human would react, “Then again might be a bad idea..”
“You think?” Ishimu frowned, unsure of how to feel. ‘Take it and be alone? Pretend this never happened?’ Closing his eyes he didn’t want to snap at Syn, it wasn’t just Syn’s fault he had went after him too. If he staid with Holly it may never have happened.. If he didn’t trail Syn to begin with none of it would have happened. ‘A little later to live a normal life, even if Syn didn’t change me, Lenore might have…’
“Ishimu? Are you okay?” Looking worried to the vampire, Blinky turned its head to the side.
“I’m okay,” Ishimu was a little shaky as he shook his head trying to think of the present, “Sorry…”
“Yeah we should be heading back to headquarters, while we them,” Lancer glanced back towards Reaper, it seemed something had happened. Her golden eyes returned to Lunarius, thinking the wolf ears looked familiar, though he wasn’t in his wolf form when they had met. “Glad I was able to help you find who you were looking for.”
It was nice to meet you despite the circumstances, Fang signed looking to Lancer a little worried. ‘I hope she isn’t overdoing it. We have a long ways to go..’
“Shall we see what Reaper is up to? I would hate to find out she killed our target again,” rolling her eyes she then looked to Fang; who had given a small laugh before wincing and putting a hand to their neck.
I’m fine, really, Fang glanced to Lancer before waving bye to the two werewolves.
The two then headed towards Reaper and the others. Glancing to the ones around, Lancer’s eyes fell to Thena. “What did you do?” Lancer asked as she approached to see Shade kneeling down next to what appeared to be a human, and Thena was laying on the ground.
“Hey I didn’t get to kill her,” Reaper growled as she put her scythe away, “Believe me I wanted to.”
Looking to Shade and the fallen she guessed comrade, Fang crossed her arms. Unsure if they would be much help, with two injured and Reaper’s anger. It would be a bad combination.
“Wait, should you even be moving?” Reaper’s red eyes glared to Lancer, “If it reopens…”
“I should be fine, let’s get her back to headquarters before she poses a threat once more,” looking down at the blurry form she was sure was Shade, “You don’t need her for anything do you?”
Shaking his head, Shade looked to the three, “No you can take her. Keep a close eye on her, she escapes you, I’ll find her and kill her.”
“Not before I do vampire,” Reaper warned looking to Lancer, “I’m not picking her up.”
“You have to,” Lancer replied with a small smile behind her mask, “Fang has an injured neck. Any thrashing from her could cause the wound to open. I can’t because of my back injury, so that leaves you.” Hearing the red assassin growl, she knew Reaper didn’t like it.
‘Rather kick her the whole way then carry her,’ Reaper glared at the still unconscious vampire. Slowly getting close, she bound their hands before picking them up. With a scrowle under her mask she then headed off towards headquarters. The other two soon followed, only Fang looked back to the group, not wishing to leave.
“Sorry Rin,” he laughed a little at the plush’s reaction to being used as a bargaining chip. “I’m not sure what her deal is, nor do I know where she had went. But the kid was created by her to find a vampire, when he stumbled onto the one who created you she didn’t have much choice but to leave them there. Though I am not sure what he would want with a child. I can only think he didn’t like the idea of him being used to gain something for someone else with nothing in return. You can ask him yourself though, if you want.”
Heading out of the park, Storm then headed left. Trying to seem normal walking around with a toy in his arms. Looking around, he was glad it wasn’t busy with people just yet. Keeping to the sidewalk he looked down to Rin in his arms, “Stay straight?”
“I can’t be sure, at least a good few hours. We should find a place before daylight,” Shade looked around them before looking to Nights, “Know of any vacant homes on the way here? If not I could see if Blinky knows of any..”
He then looked to Remus with a small smile, “Thanks for coming, you and Kazar may head back home. I am sorry to have dragged you here.”
“It was nothing at all,” Remus said with a small shrug as he glanced towards Nights, finally seeing that Shade had spoken the truth of knowing a werewolf. His eyes narrowed, unsure if she looked familiar or not.
“Speaking of home, I think Hala is ready as well,” Kelarth glanced back to Hala and Lunarius, “can we send the wolf somewhere else? I don’t like him.”
“Kelarth,” Shade’s tone of voice had caused the wolf to wince as he glared at him, “He is part of Nights’ pack, he’ll go where her pack is. And be nice or I’ll send you to the coldest place on Earth to cool off.”
“But he-” Kelarth tried to explain only to get glared at by the vampire still. Crossing his arms he looked away and into the forest, ‘Wouldn’t think that if you knew what he thought of you.’
“Where is Blinky? I thought it would be here by now,” Shade frowned as he looked around them, ‘Blinky, I need people sent back home, where are you?’
‘Trying to figure out a ring crisis and a possible vampire melt down,’ it ent to Nights and Shade with a squeak, not sure what to do. ‘What am I supposed to do with a ring?’
“Ring?” Shade frowned before looking to Nights, “Are the two getting married? Seems sudden.”
The shadow creatures lingered for sometime before slowly retreating back towards the city. Only five remained by in case they were needed, slowly they headed out of the shadows of the trees and into the clearing. Turning their heads to the side at the fallen werewolf. One giggled and pointed towards the werewolf, making a few hand gestures making the others laugh and nod.
The shadow creature that had climbed onto Lunarius while the wolf was in the tree, it then made it’s way slowly towards the wolf. It crept quietly as the four watched it get closer and closer. Then when in striking range it had jumped onto the wolf before crawling up towards the werewolf’s head. Turning it’s head to the side as it looked towards Hala, giving her a small smile.
“He can be intimidating,” it rubbed it’s head and frowned, “Maybe that’s all werewolves before you get to know them.”
“What do you have that they can use? Do you have weapons here in this room?” S.C. asked looking around it, wondering if it hadn’t noticed them around before. “They mainly need them for demons, I’m guessing you use strong metals. Do they break easily? Oh! Do any withstand acid?” Getting a little excited for the odd change of subject as it curiosity started to get the best of it.
Jumping when Greed landed on his shoulder, Zane glared at the plush realizing it was a plush and not a hand. “Raider is outside…” he shivered a little as he then heard the door knob start to turn. Freezing on the spot he forced himself to move back towards the bedroom he had been sleeping in. Not noticing much in the hall as he made his way towards the door. ‘Maybe it’s not too late to sneak out the window..’ that was what he had hoped, as his mind raced. ‘If it’s sunny I should last maybe a few minutes to get to another safe location..there wouldn’t be a zombie or something dead in the basement of it…’

“I'll be fine” Syn said trying to reassure him. Cutting back to Blinky he rubbed the back of his head, “got it, you're his friends or family... just what the hell are you to him?”
Syn watched Ishimu and Blinky talk about his mother, there wasn't much input he could add having never dealt with it before.
“How about this, you still keep the ring, but don't wear it. Keep it for emergency situations, like if you need to see your mom right away, or if something happens and you need a quick getaway,” he looked at both Blinky and Ishimu, “how does that sound?”. This way the ring would be off of Blinkys hands and he would have some piece of mind that Ishimu could be safe if something happens or they get separated.
Both Hala and Lunarius waved the two assassin's off as they joined the rest of the group that was growing bigger.
“Seems like it's just us three that's not part of the party” Lunarius laughed. Hala only shook her head, fully knowing he wanted to be over there. She looked over Toshi for a moment to make sure he was ok before taking up everything she used in her kit, making a mental note of what needed to be replenished.
Feeling something suddenly jump on him Lunarius let out a yell and began to shake the creature off, “Hala get it off!”
Hala laughed silently before holding on to Lunarius still by his paws and signed to the small creature, “that's enough playing around now, your scaring the poor boy. You don't want to get in trouble do you?” She looked at Lunarius who had his eyes closed tightly waiting for the shadow to get off.
Hala smiled and let go of one of his paws settling him on the floor and patted her shoulder to the shadow.
Rin nodded and looked ahead, “I have many questions for him, I just hope I can get answers” he spoke lowly. “We have a left turn coming up, I'll tell you when”
Rin looked up at the Werewolf and smiled, “is it ok if I ask you some questions? Get to know you better?” He grinned, “ feel free to ask too, I have some memories back”
Nights nodded and looked at Kema worriedly before looking back to Shade, “two places come to mind. The one you and I were in previously where Storm came in and one place that Blinky told me about. I can make a portal back to the first one but the second one is a bit of a walk”
Her ears lowered slightly hearing Kelarth speak about Lunarius, “I'm sorry if he was rude or caused any trouble, he has a temper and it doesn't help that he and I had a bit of an argument” she said looking bto Kelarth.
‘SC, whenever you're ready Hala can be sent back, she's also bringing someone back with her’
Nights smiled and laughed a little, “no marriage. Ishimu found the ring you lost but doesn't want to keep it if Syn can't walk in the sun”
She looked over at Hala and Lunarius noticing a shadow on his head, “looks like Hala and the shadow are having fun but not Lunarius...were bringing Toshi with us as well right?” She asked looking back at the group.
“Maybe if he's that intimidating I'll have Dan be present, possibly our most intimidating pack member we have, never seen him smile or laugh” Vega said shaking his head.
“There's some weapons in this room” he said looking at some compleat swords and daggers that ranged in looks, types and materials. “But there are more in a secure location, wouldn't want the enemy to use our own weapons against us” he chuckled.
“And the answer is yes to both” he laughed, “well I'm not one hundred percent sure about the acid from your world, everything we've encountered here my blades have stood up against it all”. He looked back at the book of runes h was using for the ring, “though I'm sure I can find something in there that could be of use..”
“I wonder if he knows and is blocking the exit, or hes finding out now that you know the secret” Greed sounded as worried as it could without sounding too forced, “Pride did leave in the middle of me explaining”.
As Zane walked back to the room Greed braced itself for when Lust would spring out and scare Zane. But nothing happened.
Lust smirked watching them getting into it's role as main zombie. It watched as Greed relaxed itself before bagging on the box it was behind as hard as it could, watching the fox plush jump on the young vampire's shoulder. List held back it's laughter and took to a new hiding place.
Greed looked around for the source of the noise not expecting it to be Lust.
Raider opened the door and looked around for the boy, “Zane?” He called out for him.
Wrath began to groan loudly like a zombie before breaking out into a giggle fit.
“That's not funny Wrath!” Pride yelled before jumping out of Raiders arm and looked into the rooms for him, “we want to talk to you" it called for him.
“Greeds pulling your leg, there's no zombie here”. He suddenly felt moment in his shoulder before it was gone. Envy who had been sleeping in his shoulder sprang off of his shoulder and took off into the bedroom screaming “Zombie!”
Raider and Pride sighed, “not another one..”
Envy ran passed Zane into the bedroom and hid underneath the bed covering it's eyes with it's paws shaking.
Gluttony sat up from it's sleeping position and looked around, confused with all the yelling and noise.

“It's no trouble if you want to keep it,” turning it's head to the side as it watched the two.
“It wouldn't be right though,” Ishimu frowned as he looked to the shadow creature. It's hand holding out the ring, in hopes he would take it. Slowly taking the ring back from Blink, “Are you sure Shade won't mind?”
“Pretty sure, his ring I believe is almost done,” watching Ishimu it then looked to Syn, frowning at the question as it pondered on just how to explain it. “We are like family, or friends, some could say we are more like guardians to him…”
“Nothing more than that?” Poking the shadow creature with his other hand, making it squeak, “How did you two meet?”
“I'm not the one you should ask if you want more information. What I can tell you is Ihe had gotten into trouble and I saved him when he was very young. Be glad you have someone willing to help you,” looking to Syn and then to the sky, “Sun might be up soon, do you need a place to stay?”
“We can always head to my house,” Ishimu offered, he wasn't sure on the condition of his floor. But it was better than sunlight.
Laughing at Lunarius reaction to the shadow creature, Toshi looked to Halas, ‘Is she scolding it?’ Movement in the corner of his eye caught his attention, looking to the four shadow creatures, “Did you anger them any?”
The shadow creature on Lunarius’ back, had petted the werewolf before jumping onto Hala’s shoulder. “Scary?” it signed looking to the wolf confused. The other four turned their head to the side, “Sorry."
“It would make sense to walk in darkness since Syn is teaching him,” Shade got to his feet, looking around the clearing. Summoning a portal, Shade then looked to Remus, “Thank you for your help, hopefully they didn't keep you from anything too important.”
“Protecting you is always first. I wasn't too busy when summoned,” giving a small smile to the vampire before looking back to Nights, “Sorry we couldn't talk more. I hope in the future we will have time.”
“Will you just go, daylight isn't pleasant,” glaring at the vampire as they moved into the portal, “I'm sure you will see her again, she isn't too far from my side.” Giving Nights a small smile as Remus soon disappeared, and the portal close. “Now just Kazar, is he ready?” Looking to the werewolf who had moved to Kema’s side.
“He should be ready,” Kelarth glanced to Kazar as they approached them. Seeing Kazar was ready he looked back to Kema, glad their hands had stopped glowing. Taking him into his arms, he got to his feet and looked to Shade.
Making not her portal, Shade looked to Kazar, “Give my regards to Fay, sorry to have summoned you.”
“It was urgent and I was needed. I'm sure if not me they would have died, unless another knows poison of course. It was no trouble at all, glad I was able to help. Though you'll have Fay concerned with what your doing here, not sure I should be the one to tell him why I was needed. However I'll let him know Theana has been taken care of,” he gave the vampire a small smile before stepping into the portal, “Stay out of trouble.”
“Always,” laughing a little as the portal closed, leaving the four behind, “Okay, so that leaves five needing shelter.” Looking to Hala and Lunarius, ‘Hopefully I'll see her again to thank her.’ Running a hand through his purple hair he looked to Kelarth, “How bad is Toshi, can he walk?”
“He could, but would I suggest it? No,” Shaking his head he looked from Shade to Nights, “I can carry them both on my back.”
‘If they are ready I shall do a portal,’ S.C. sent back as it made a portal in a clear spot in the room.
“I don't think it'll be that intimidating,” S.C. squeaked, not wishing to be ill blood between the two clans, “Oh, Hala and another is coming back.”
“I shall let you know how they hold up. I'm sure the demons at home aren't what you face here. I could be wrong though,” it frowned at the thought hoping that demons from there world didn't cause them too much trouble.
“Curious of what you have to ask him,” looking to the plush in his arms, petting it's head, “What do you remember?” Continuing on ahead he looked towards the slowly lightening sky. The stars had started to fade near the horizon. ‘I could ask him what made him agree to make me a plush. He could have forced me away without even seeing the kid. At least I'm pretty sure he could have,’ Storm frowned at the thought as he looked back to Rings, “Do you think spirits talk to him as he makes them into a plush? I wonder if it hurts.”
“Secret? You mean the thing in the-”
A loud bang had cut him off and made him jump towards the wall. Wincing at the small pain from hitting the wall, he looked around for the source. Not seeing one, he looked to the floor, ‘Did it come from below?’
Before he had the chance to dart into the bedroom. Something flew past him as he jumped into the room and quickly closed the door. Looking around the room, his eyes fell to the bed wondering how easily a zombie could open the door with it in the way.
Moving the bed was easy for him with his new strength. Zane managed to move it to the door and make sure it was pressed up against it. Looking around the room for anything else he noticed the shaking plush that must have been under the bed when he had moved it. “Why were you hiding under the bed?”
