"So you want a glorified firefly?" Syn said with a laugh. "Holly can become pocket size if she uses up all of her energy or gets really sick. It's a shame she doesn't glow though, and I'm sure she'll be bad if you try to put her in a jar".
He wathe Ishimu for a moment after he had gotten up and followed his gaze to the moving tree shadows, "maybe we should keep walking..." He stood from the bench and grabbed Ishimus hand waking them away from the shadows.
"What I do for fun isn't exactly fun for others," he said looking ahead as they walked. "I sleep, walk the park, skip rocks at the lake and bother Holly when I have nothing better to do". He would purposely bother Holly before it got dark so he could have the option of crashing at her place if he wanted.
Syn looked t Ishimu smiling as he thought of a question, "do you have any bad habits? I'm sure anyone who has been around me long enough can figure mine out" he said with a light laugh placing a hand over the cross under his shirt instinctively.
"Toshi is on our side, for now at least, the only threat here is this one and Thena," Rin said flicking Lenore with his tail, "and you walk too much for someone who was captured that fast"
he went back to watching Shade, glad that this wasn't his normal behavior, but confused as to why he was acting like this. He seemed off for someone who was supposed to be of royal blood, "you sure this is him? Not some crazy twin no one talks about?" He didn't want to doubt Storm or his nose but this was odd.
Nights growled and bared her teeth at Thena before stopping seeing Shade at her side acting weirdly, "Shade I'm fine really,' she said feeling the blood drip from her fun and onto the floor. She lowered her ears worried about the way he was acting was an effect of the poison remembering how he was acting back home.
She looked back towards Thena only to see a portal at her feet and the other vampire grabbing her, stopping her escape. She was taken back at his swift reaction time but confused by his actions when he bit her.
Seeing that Thena was being taken care of Nights turned her attention to Reaper seeing as Fang was talking to the other vampire, "you wouldn't happen to have the antidote to your poisons, would you? Shade could really use it if you haven't seen" she said looking back at him, now noticing the shadow atop of his head.
Hearing Thena lash out once more towards Toshi she looked over seeing her jump towards him the only to have a grey blur attack her to the ground
"I think that's enough from you," said the wolf that had pinned Thena with its two front paws to the ground.
Nights tilted her head confused, "Lunarius?"
He smiled at her, "in the fur. I'm sorry I saw what she did to you and I couldn't just stand by and do anything"
Nights lowered her ears, "this can't be happening...'
Rin tilted his head seeing the large red-eyed grey wolf on top of Thena, "I didn't see that coming..."
"I don't think I can see your master wearing them nor am I making another set," Vega said crossing his arms "those were a pain and a half to make, I'll only make them for people I like and trust" he said with a frown, "I'm a blacksmith, not a jewelsmith"
He followed SC's gaze to the door, wondering if it had heard Hala coming back, "of course there are vampires here, this is the same world you just traveled from. Moon Pass is in a far-off location in the human world as you would call it". He knew the little creatures and their master come from a different realm that was different from his home. "Though we are far away we still get the occasional vampire visit, both the friendly and unfriendly kind"
He couldn't help but smile seeing the little shadow look at him for answers, "ill tell you, and you can relay this onto Shade but he must not speak of this to no one". He closed the book of runes and leaned against his work table crossing one arm over the other.
"Nights is our biggest secret," he said simply folding his hands together. "She is the eldest daughter of Queen Leilni and a vampire Nobel known as Bastien. Now I say eldest of the two because of I'm sure you know about Eclipse, He is Bastien's son fro a previous marriage".
"She was only six at the time when Bastien had died. He and Leilani had attended some important party that was attacked, many lives were taken, Bastiens being one of them"
"After hearing about his father's death and that his stepmother, a werewolf, had only escaped with only minor wounds, Eclipse lashed out and took his anger out on Nights which forced Lilani to relocate her here to Moon Pass. Bu unknown to her at the time she was pregnant with two sons Archer and Hunter".
Vega paused for a moment, "Nights doesn't know of her origins, the titles of her parents or the fact that she has two brothers or a royal titel herself. Leilani still lives and told us she would explain everything in due time. So, as our Queen and best friend Hala ad I have been taking care of her and tried to keep her out of harm's way" he smiled and gave a light chuckle, "though it seems to follow her and your master from the stories she has told us"

The shadow creature lead them in and out of allies until they reached the road that would take them straight to the park. It looked up at Lancer, who had been quiet since the two started to fight. The other two behind them were noisy trying to see who was right on Shade’s condition. The shadow creature laughed a little as it looked back ahead. We are close it signed when it noticed Lancer looking towards it. It frowned when it only got a nod from her. ‘ Hopefully the other two are alright. I wonder if I should have summoned them for help,’ Lancer thought looking on ahead, the two talking of Shade went on for a while before the subject changed to what sounded like a foreign language. ‘ Melrach, Fallen, Kayram, and Rohza?’ She thought as the conversation went back to normal, shaking her head she tried not to listen to much further. “So the Melrach, Fallen, Kayram, and the Rohza are doing well?” Remus asked as he glanced towards the silent assassin. “So far no fights among themselves or each other races. A few demands on food due to a small shortage, nothing to worry about. We have plenty to share,” Kelarth replied, “So all is peaceful.” “That is good to hear,” Remus said as he ran a hand through his brown hair, “Shade would be happy to the races are in good hands while he is away.” “How long do you think he will be away?” “No idea, it depends on many factors,” Remus replied with a shrug looking to the shadow creature that was on Lancer’s shoulder. “Like what?” Kelarth asked confused. “If a certain someone is here. It would explain a lot of why he hasn’t returned already,” Remus said with a small laugh. “You think she is here!?” Kelarth looked around as if he could see the pure white wolf any moment. “Shhhh keep it down,” Remus had jumped and the assassin whirled around glaring at them. “Now you want to be quiet?” Lancer hissed softly, “You two could be heard a block away I am sure. So please continue to talk and give ourselves away. If the vampire is in trouble we would need an ambush plan, but they would know we are coming with you two trying to figure out what is going on versus waiting and finding out. Now if you are quite done, let’s keep moving.” Ducking behind Remus, Kelarth watched Lancer before whispering in his ear, “She really is scary.” “Sorry we will be quiet,” Remus said ignoring the wolf in his ear. When Lancer started to walk again, Remus glanced at the wolf and shook his head, “Come on, the sooner we get there the sooner we can see who won the bet.” The shadow creature pointed on ahead towards the far trees in the distance. That way the shadow creature signed happily as it looked back to the other two who were being quiet. Did I do something wrong? Remembering Lancer’s reaction to it sending the vampires to its home world. Watching the shadow creature sign, Lancer shook her head. Looking over her shoulder towards the other two who were now being quiet before looking back ahead. No you only did what you thought was necessary. It will be hard to explain it back at headquarters she signed back hoping the creature could read what she was trying to say. I wasn’t to much longer when the group arrived at the park. The shadow creature pointed in the direction Shade was in before looking around. Little yellow eyes watched them and the shadow creature waved watching the creature take off into the shadows. Watching her footing Lancer started to head into the trees, looking for where the shadow was pointing. Gritting her teeth as the two stepped on every twig or branch she had avoided. “Are you two new to stealth walking?” “Sealth?” Remus turned his head to the side looking at her confused. “Walking?” Kelarth shrugged, “We don’t have forest really where we come from. So yeah you could say we are new to it.” Putting a hand gently over her mask, to keep herself from killing them herself. She tried to calm her nerves as she felt a pat on her shoulder. Looking to the shadow creature she glanced through the trees. There was a path lit by streetlights, with a bench with two people sitting together talking. ‘ Just great’ Lancer thought starting to head away from them. ‘ Can’t be seen by people, more so with these two tagging along.’ Her golden eyes narrowed as she put a finger to her mask before heading away from the two people on the bench. “Do you think if we make a sound she’ll kill us?” Kelarth whispered to Remus as he tried to his best to follow quietly after her. “Do you really want to find out?” Remus whispered back stepping over a branch as he followed after Lancer. Sneaking past the two humans, Lancer then started for the path when they were far enough to not be seen. Glancing to the shadow creature who had continued to point onward, glancing back towards the werewolf and vampire. It turned it’s head to the side before looking on ahead resting it’s small hands on Lancer’s shoulder for balance as it giggled again. “Glad you find this amusing,” Lancer shook her head a little as she looked back towards the other two. They seemed to be talking but much softer than before. Her eyes narrowed as she looked back on ahead to see a clearing, the red cloak and yellowish gold cloak was all she needed to start to run towards them. Ignoring the two behind her. ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~ “Bad habits?” Isimu thought before laughing a little, “Most likely biting my lip, or clawing at my thumbs when feeling nervous. Guess I can’t really do that now, I’ll cause more trouble than before.” He rubbed the back of his head with his free hand as Syn lead him away from the bench and away from the shadow creatures. “What’s with the girl from before?” Ishimu asked remembering the hot headed girl being really mad that Syn wouldn’t attend a party, “Is she a royal or something?” He instinctively bit his lip, soon getting as his fang dug into his lip a little. ‘ Really going to need to find another bad habit to fall into..’ “Sorry, I think that might have been off subject…” Ishimu frowned a little as he thought on the question, wondering if he should have asked something else now. Shaking his head, Storm looked to Shade and frowned. Watching the shadow creature being placed on the vampire’s head, “I honestly can’t be sure what has gotten into the vampire, he normally doesn’t act like this. I don’t think I’ve ever seen him this way…” Growling as the two continued to talk with her pinned under the plush, Lenore hissed as she tried to get up only to get a paw on her from Storm. His eyes narrowed, “You may have saved me from Thena, but you’re still an enemy vampire. I don’t know why you’d save me to find some vampire, but it will be your last mistake if you move.” “You won’t always be so lucky to have this many with you. There has been word about a pure white wolf with blue eyes around the town, who has no pack. Your time will come wolf, where you will die alone,” Lenore growled as she tried to pry the wolf’s paw off her chest, feeling the weight of the paw start to crush her. “Watch what you say vampire, you're alone as well, or did you forget where you are?” Storm growled close to Thena’s ear, “There is nowhere for you to escape.” “You’re bleeding you aren’t fine,” Shade said frowning when he couldn’t find her medical kit, “Guess I’ll just have to fix it myself.” The shadow on his head looked down in time to see Shade lick Nights’ blood from her cheek before pulling away and smiling, “There better.” Reaper’s red eyes fell upon the white wolf, a little confused as to who she was. ‘ Has he been acting off? I couldn’t tell if this was normal or if it was still his stupidity for attacking my blade in the first place,’ Reaper thought as her eyes narrowed, “he asked to look under my mask. No one looks under my mask, not even the two I am with.” She watched the vampire closely, “you sure this isn’t how he normally acts?” “Get off me!” Thena growled as she slashed out at the wolf that was on her only to get Fang’s quick speed and blade to her neck. “Listen carefully vampire, you can either come headless or come full bodied, either way you are coming with us. Now be a good vampire and come quietly,” Fang warned as her brown eyes narrowed at the vampire below her blade, “You may think you are faster than my blade, but I assure if you I miss. She won’t” Fang smiled from under her mask before looking to the strange wolf before her, she was confused as to who it was before looking back to the vampire under her blade. “She can’t get away from you,” Toshi said with a small smirk, “She has forgotten how to summon the portal. I don’t think it will come anytime soon, but that doesn’t mean she won’t fight.” “If she wishes to fight I’ll let Reaper have her,” Fang said with a small smile, “Her blade loves blood, always has a thirst you could say.” “Her blade or her?” Toshi asked glancing towards Reaper who seemed to be talking with the white wolf and Shade. “You could probably say both,” Fang replied with a small shrug as she watched the vampire closely, “Do you live or die tonight?” Thena glared at Fang as she stopped moving from under the wolf that was on her. “I am only out numbered for now, there will soon be more than just me you will have to worry about,” Thena growled her red eyes watching Fang closely. “We are well aware, but at least we have you taken care of,” Fang replied before looking to the wolf that was on Thena, “I believe it is safe for you to come off her now. I doubt she’ll move.” “Don’t test me,” Thena growled watching Fang still, “A half breed like you couldn’t possibly be a match for me.” “Lunarius?” Shade glanced behind him towards the wolf that was on Thena, “I don’t think I’ve met that wolf yet.” Turning his head to the side causing the shadow creature on his head to fall onto his shoulder and grip his clothes so it wouldn’t fall to the ground. He then headed over to the wolf and patted the wolf’s head, “Thank you for your help.” ‘ Yeah maybe he really is out of it,’ Reaper’s eyes narrowed as she watched the four closely, Toshi seemed pretty injured to even battle, and Fang had Thena pinned for the moment. ‘ If she lashes out all three could get injured, and the scythe wouldn’t be much good either since all four could be in it’s reach,’ growling softly she slowly moved closer towards Fang, gently tapping Fang’s foot to know she was near before eyeing the wolf. Smirking seeing her chance, for she was sure Shade had caught the werewolf that was on her off guard. She kicked the werewolf off, grabbing Fang’s wrist as she managed to keep the blade from slicing too badly into her neck. She then got to her feet in what appeared to be a blink of an eye as she then smirked. Whirling on the half breed assassin, she grabbed the shocked assassin into a choke hold before glaring towards Reaper, knowing she posed a true threat with the scythe. “You wouldn’t dare hurt your own comrade, so put down your weapon.” “I am not some helpless halfbreed,” Fang narrowed her eyes as she slashed out with her blades, aiming for the vampire’s head but they managed to move their head out of the way. “You seem pretty trapped to me,” Thena hissed in her ear, “Beg for them to save you, beg for them and tell them how much you wish to live assassin.” “To beg for a life is to throw away a life,” Fang growled as she slashed out at the vampire from behind again. “Fang!” Lancer called as she rushed towards Reaper’s side, blade’s drawn as her golden eyes narrowed at the scene. ‘ What did I miss?’ “What happened to you?” Reaper asked glancing at Lancer, “No offense but you seem to have better nights than this..” “I got caught up in something, seems you two have been busy,” Lancer said nodding towards the vampires and then her eyes rested on Shade, “He’s here too? There is no way all this is caquencidance.” “You notice that too?” Reaper said giving a small smirk from behind her mask, “Oh as a warning-” “Lancer you made it!” Shade called turning his back to the werewolf and waving to the assassin that had come on seen. “Is he?” Lancer asked looking to the vampire puzzled, “What’s wrong with him?” “I believe it is his brain,” Reaper mumbled and shook her head before looking back towards Thena and Fang, her eyes never really leaving the two, “As for the one with Fang, she’s our target vampire. But if I use my scythe…” “Use it, we have no other choice,” Lancer said with a small sigh, “Fang would understand.” Seeing Rin and Storm distracted, Lenore growled as she put most of her strength into her good leg and managed to kick strom off and stand. “I was caught off guard, but that won’t happen again. With a loopy prince of vampires, a princess about to be slain and myself? I have a vampire to find, I’m not going to stick around and wait to be killed among them.” “So if Nights or in this case most likely Shade. I could see Shade doing this since he’s a gentleman, comes and asks for wedding rings made. What would you do then?” SC asked a little curious as he glanced back towards Vega a little confused, “They cause trouble for the pack here too?” Crossing its arms it hissed softly, “I wonder which clan they hail from to cause you so much trouble. I thought we took care of the rogues…” It mumbled most of the vampire information under it’s breath as it closed it’s eyes nodding a little to itself making a mental note to complain to Shade of this new information. Though when Vega mentioned the big secret, Blinky got to it’s knees and leaned closer to Vega curious of what the big secret could be. “They were at the royal party!?” SC nearly fell off the table from leaning over so much that it caught itself and climbed back up, ‘ That would explain a lot...but it wasn’t Nights’ fault their parent had died and mother fled. It was…’ It’s eyes widened at the thought of Eclipse and Shade going at it, over the death of their parents. It frowned and shook its head, “Such a dark time we seem to live in.” Nodding in agreement as it then frowned, “So Nights’ knows nothing of what really happened? I wonder when it’ll be explained…” Crossing its arms it sat on the table as it pondered a bit, “So if I tell Shade he may tell Nights of her origin, as well of Eclipse could return when he finds out the truth…”

Syn thought back for a moment, remembering all the times he has seen him bite his lip or the reaction afterwards, “yeah I guess you can sad that's a bad habit that could be dangerous”. An open wound while drinking blood could lead to disaster, but again could vampires get diseases? He would bask Kasius later.
He frowned slightly as an image of Vivian and her Butler came to mind, “no, you can ask about her. She's bound to come around again once she's out of mommy and daddy’s sight”. He sighed and looked at the sky, “Vivian may act all Royal and high and mighty but she's not, she just comes from a wealthy family and is spoiled rotten. She and I were a thing for some time but dumped me after she got bored, but now that she knows her parents don't like me the excitement is back and she's trying to get me back,” he sighed and shook his head “and with her being a siren is dangerous because she could sing a little tune and I'm her mind control slave, hasn't happened but the thought is scary alone…”
Thinking about a question he looked back at Ishimu curiously, “ok, you asked me what I do for fun, how do you send your free time?” He asked with a smile.
Rin took his eyes off of Shade and focused back on Storm and Lenore, “he sure is a strange one..” he muttered about the loopy vampire. He listened in on Storm and Lenore talk keeping himself balanced on the vampire as she tried to get up. His ears lowered hearing about Storm not having a pack, was this why he was after the crazed vampire? He never asked but it seemed like a touchy subject now.
Nights shook her head, “no this isn't how he normally ac-” she cut herself off feeling something lick her wounded cheek, looking to see that it was Shade, “Shad? Did you just? Maybe you should take more of that medicine that Hala gave you” she said in pure confusion.
Lunarius moved himself away from her class not allowing her to get a third victim by this method. “Listen lady, I don't know exactly what you did but with this many people after you I think you should just comply" he said in a calm tone.
He looked towards Nights to see if she was safe and saw the moment when some purple haired guy licked her bloodied check. He growled on instinct and removed a paw from Thena, “oi! Buddy! Keep your tongue off of her!” He growled when he walked over to him and petted him in the head which only angered him more, “you must be some special needs kid who wandered into the wrong place”.
With his anger focused on Shade he let his guard down and was kicked to the side by Thena. He laid there for a moment recovering from the shock before slowly getting up and growling angrily.
Once fully recovered he saw the three cloaked figures standing around the one that kicked him, one being held by her and one he knew being Lancer, and it seemed the special needs guy knew her too by shouting her name. “I'll deal with your special needs in a moment,” he said glancing at Shade, “I need to deal with this bitch that kicked me!” He snarled and attacked Thena once more biting down as hard as he could into her leg and tried to drag her away from the person cloaked in gold.
“Lunarius be careful!” Nights called out to him worried about he packmate as he attacked Thena once again. But right now her main concern was getting Shade out of danger. She ran over and began to nudge him out of the way with her head, “Shade let's go over here” she said continuing to nudge him out of harm's way.
Rin turned his attention back to Toshi, concerned about the vampire and his wounds when Lenore suddenly kicked Storm off and stood up. Rin used his claws to stay in place on her before jumping on her shoulder, “you really only care about yourself and this vampire, well good luck finding them on your own!” He growled before biting down on her ear and then jumping down in front of Storm guarding him.
Vegas ears twitched at the thought of the two marrying, “the answer would be no” he said quickly crossing his arms over his chest again, “my personal opinion is no, Hala would say yes but there's more than just the two of us who get an approval”. He frowned, a certain peach haired little girl came to mind that would definitely be part of the deciding factor, but in due time.
Thankful for the topic change back to the visiting vampires he nodded with a sign, “sometimes it's not bad and other times it's devastating, we lost some members of our pack and one of our pups is rendered mute because her wounds were so severe, she also lost her parents in the attack. She's terrified at the mere mention of a vampire”
Vega tilted his head hearing about a royal party and seeing the small shadow in distress, “seems like you know what party she was talking about, mind filling me in? Leilani didn't say much since she had just lost Bastien Be had to say goodbye to her daughter”
He nodded in agreement at what it had said about Nights, “we have to wait for some sort of word from Leilani to get the ok and tell her, though she seems to get on with not knowing everything, as for Eclipse,” he pinched the bridge of his nose thinking about the gold eyed vampire “he knows everything already, was was only thirteen when Bastien passed. So great knew the only way to get back at the person he blames for killing his father is to hurt or possibly do worse to someone she cares about”
He looked at SC, “knowing all of this it's up to you if you feel like you can tell Shade and have him keep the secret for now”.
The door opened startling Vega as Hala walked back inside closing the door behind her holding a small sleeping child with short peach hair with bells tied to it wearing an oversized t-shirt.
Vega smiled to the two, “another nightmare?”
Hala nodded and began to rock herself back and forth “what did I miss?” she signed before rubbing the child's back.
“I told it the secret about Nights, and it seems to know about the party she went to when she lost Bastien”. He looked back at SC and nodded his head towards Hala, “this is the pup I just told you about, this is Nana”
Hala turned herself so it could get a better look at the sleeping child. Her brows furrowed together and her ears on top of her head twitched as she seemed to deal with something in her dream world.

“I mainly wonder around aimlessly around the city. If it’s raining I am inside, laying on my bed or looking threw random magazines that litter my floor. I guess you could say I live a borning life when I have nothing to do,” Ishimu replied with a small shrug as he thought on the girl and frowned, ‘Let’s hope she won’t sing..’ He thought on to the next question to ask Syn.
“How long did it take you to get used to..” Ishimu trailed off not wishing to cause Syn to run off like he had at Holly’s place. Which had gotten him into this mess he was in, “Being alone? I am guessing between the church, and the gang of friends you were somewhere else at time..”
“I don’t expect help from a wolf and his play thing,” Lenore hissed watching the two closely.
“Go while I still let you. I hate owing a life debt, and I am sure our paths will cross again,” Storm growled watching her closely. Watching the vampire take off into the forest, Storm looked towards the white wolf and new wolf that had appeared on the scene.
‘He is still out of it,’ Storm thought watching Nights push the vampire with her head. ‘And she is still with him? Interesting.’
“Shall we go?” Storm asked looking to the plush, “We will find him another time when he isn’t like this.” His blue eyes fell to the two figures approaching, ‘Does he really have so many friends? When did that happen?’
“Well you called it,” Remus said with a small laugh as he looked at the scene, watching one vampire hobble towards the trees a werewolf with something small near it. Then his ocean blue eyes fell on Thena, and looked to Shade, ‘Has she gotten ahold of him again?’ From his angle he couldn’t tell what the white wolf was trying to do. Darting towards them, Remus was ready for the attack, if the wolf so chose to fight.
“Go where?” Shade asked confused before seeing a blur head towards them. His red eyes narrowed as he leapt away from Nights. With great force Shade kicked the vampire away from Nights, fangs bared as he looked down to the fallen vampire. The blow had made a small crater with a shocked and stubbed vampire within.
“You drinking so much blood must be making you stronger, as expected,” Remus coughed as he watched Shade closely.
“How dare you try to harm the one I love,” Shade hissed angry with the vampire captain.
“From my view I thought you were in danger,” Remus replied almost wishing the earth would bury him so he didn’t have to see Shade’s icy glare.
“She is no threat,” Shade said still watching the squirming vampire. It wasn’t until he got an apology did he help the vampire up. “Now go and say sorry to Nights,” Shade replied with a small smile.
“Yes at once,” Remus said walking over to Nights, giving a small bow to her, “I am sorry I did not know you were the wolf he has been talking about. As for Shade, is he okay? He seems a little off, I expected him to stay mad longer.”
Walking towards the group, Kelarth shook his head at the mess before him. Looking from Shade, to Nights, then to Remus. “I thought something was up. I didn’t know it was so bad.”
“Kelarth!” Good budd, it’s been too long!” Shade replied walking over and hugging the werewolf tightly, “Transform, I want to see who is softer you or Nights.” Shade said glancing towards Nights and petting her coat, “Come please?”
“Nice to meet, wait your Nights? The lady Shade wouldn’t stop talking about?” Kelarth said with wide brown eyes, jaw open, “At last we meet!”
“Hey, no telling boy secrets. That is between men!” Shade whined at Kelarth as he crossed his arms, “We shook on never to tell anyone!”
“Yeah, well a poisoned Shade, is a dead Shade? You agreed coming here you wouldn’t get hurt. It was a small mission you said, would be simple,” Kelarth replied crossing his arms and glaring at the vampire, “And you didn’t mention one bit of Thena being here.”
“That is just now news to me,” Shade replied with a nod, “No idea she was here until today.”
“You don’t deny that you have been poisoned?” The werewolf shook his head and looked to Nights, “When we have time, can you explain what is going on here? It might be after all this of course.”
“Foolish wolf!” Thena hissed as she fell, cutting into Fang’s throat in the process. Once the assassin had fallen out of her grasp, her focus was on Lunarius. Raking her nails against his face as she tried to get the wolf to let her free. Hissing, she put her hands between the upper wolf’s jaw and the other below, his teeth dug into her hands as she tried to get the wolf’s jaws open enough to slip out.
“Fang!”
Running to the assassin’s side, Lancer looked to Reaper who seemed to be losing their patients with the vampire, “Reaper, stay with me here. We have to deal with Fang before-”
“You deal with Fang, that vampire is as good as dead. The blade has decided to tear into her flesh and make her pay,” Reaper said not looking to Fang or Lancer as she headed towards the two fighting.
“Reaper!” Lancer hissed softly as she looked to Fang, who was holding her bleeding neck, “I can’t leave you like this.”
“The mission,” Fang managed to choked out as she held her neck with her hands, “If we can not fail.”
“And we can’t afford to lose you either. You make us the trio without you we’d fall apart,” Lancer’s golden eyes narrowed as she tried to think of a way to save the assassin’s life. But coming out empty she held Fang in her hands, her blades lying on the ground near her.
“I’ll be fine,” Fang gave a small smile from beind her mask, “There is nothing you or Reaper can do.”
Eye’s widening Lancer looked to Reaper, “Reaper it’s not the wolf’s fault. We knew coming into battle anyone of us could-”
“Shut it!” Reaper hissed from behind her mask, which was lower than anything she has ever allowed be heard. Anger wielder her movements she watched the struggling vampire in the wolf’s grip.
“You can’t harm the wolf, it’s not his fault that this happened. He saw an opening and took it!” Lancer called knowing her words weren’t what was really needed. She frowned as she looked around, ‘Dang it,’ drenched in Fang’s blood as she had cradled her, she looked back to Fang with narrowed eyes, “You are going to stay alive. Fight death, cheat it, do whatever it takes to stay with us.” Making sure Fang was able to stay upright, grabbing her blades, she then darted towards the enraged Reaper. Blades clashed, sending sparks to the ground as Lancer’s knees buckled from the blow. Standing fast, and unmoving Lancer glared at Reaper, dropping her other blade as she held her’s with both to keep it from sliding at her. The blade digging into her hand as she glared at Reaper, “Rage and anger aren’t the way, she’ll get what she deservers at headquarters, you do this and she wins.”
Wincing in pain, Toshi could hardly believe what he was really seeing. Two assassins were going at it, one was injured, and a werewolf was taking on Thena. Struggling to his feet, he put a hand to the wound that Thena had caused ignoring the blood as he slowly made his way towards Fang. Slowly, keeping his eyes on the two who seemed to be in a staring contest. He knelt down beside Fang and frowned at her state, ‘Not good…’ He gently touched her hand, wincing as he saw a flash of her life before becoming with an assassin. Shuttering he pulled away before looking back towards Nights and the small quarrel of new arrivals, “A little help would be great right now!” Toshi called trying to get their attention by waving, wincing in pain he shook off the sleep he was feeling. ‘To black out now would be dangerous..’ Toshi thought glancing towards the other two assassins.
“It was suppose to be a celebration of the races getting along in a small peaceful time,” SC replied sadly as it crossed it’s little arms. It had wanted to know why Shade didn’t have Vega’s approval. but decided it might be best to ask Hala later. Hopefully before it returns back home. “The night of the ball was like all the other parties, things seemed to be going well. But it became a bloodbath the moment the last guest had arrived. Demons that weren’t with the peace treaty had attacked, they had been building for a while. We, us shadow creatures had tried to keep them at bay for a long time. The growing mass was too great for even us to keep tracked of, we can only do so much..”
“When the clash of demons came upon the shadow castle they had killed Shade’s family, and many other demons were lost. We didn’t know if the young prince was even alive until Blinky, another shadow creature had saved him from a demon. Blinky had taken Shade away from the realm to keep him safe, he hid among the humans the best he could until he was ready to return. We had no idea Nights’ family was part of that massacre as well,” SC lowered it’s little ears sadly, ‘How will Nights take this news…’ It shook its head sadly before glancing towards Hala, “The time of peace was from a war long before the treaty was made with the demons. When Lady Elvira had called the peace, one other vampire had agreed to help make it happen, Sir Zaydin. They wanted peace with each other, to actually live and not wipe each other off the world they lived on.”
“Shade has managed to bring the treaty back, the werewolf packs are in dire need of attention as well as a few other races. All sides have taken heavy losses, and with a new treaty things will hopefully become better,” SC said with a little hope to it’s voice, “He’s trying to make an effort..He’s not a bad vampire, he wears his heart on his sleeve with those he’s close to.”
“I really am sorry for your loss,” SC whispered softly as it looked to the desk it was sitting on, ‘Poor Nights...if Shade found out how would he react? Would he blame himself?’

Syn looked at him a little confused, 'thats fun for him? Well, I'm sure his life got more interesting because of me..'
He thought about Ishimus question in a moment of silence, "well, I wasn't completely alone. I had Holly to some extent but if you're talking from the church to Loch and the others I was alone for about three and a half years". He closed his eyes as he walked, "I picked fights, stole thing, hid in abandoned homes. I learned at a young age halfbreeds were not welcome or wanted with either race, so it was difficult. The only solace I had was Holly but even then I worried I was being a huge pain and bother".
"It didn't take long for me to think to be alone was the best for me to survive" he chuckled "but if it wasn't for that lifestyle I wouldn't have picked a fight with Quintus, got my ass beaten, and taken care of by the others. He and I got matching scars to prove it as well". He lifted up his shirt just over his stomach and pointed out three claw marks that ran from his side to the middle of his stomach, "his is in his thigh though" he said dropping his shirt back down.
The question brought back memories from his past, some he had even forgotten. He thought maybe it was time to ask the question that has been on his mind since it all began. Giving Ishimus hand a light squeeze he took a deep breath, "do you hate me for what I turned you into?" he looked to the side, unable to look at him for now.
Rin looked back at Storm, "were just going to let her go like that?'He admired him for repaying his debt, and even not attacking his enemy when he wasn't at his best, but this was a dangerous vampire they were dealing with.
He twitched his ears listening in on the chaos involving the cloaked figures and Thena, "I guess this doesn't involve us, so where to boss man" he asked with a smile and tail wag.
"Anywhere but here" Nights began to say pushing Shade still before letting out a yelp in surprise with the sudden attack. She was even more confused when Shade and this new person seemed to know each other.
She took a step back when Remus bowed and apologized for the situation, "please, it's fine" she tilted her head, he knew who she was from Shade, was he one of the people he said he could call upon? "Shades acting off because it may be a side effect of a poison".
Nights turned to look at the new person approaching them, yet again someone Shade seemed to know, even hugging him which made her worried slightly. Though this person seemed happy to finally meet her. She gave a weak smile, "only good ' things I hope". She watched the two of them talk and couldn't help but smile and laugh lightly, "ill explain everything once things calm-" her ears picked up someone calling for help. Looking over she saw Toshi with Fang bleeding from the neck while Lancer and Reaper fought and Lunarius dealt with Then. "Fang!" she shouted before running over.
Turning back into her human form she knelt beside fang ad Toshi looking over the wound, "shes already lost a lot of blood...Lunarius!" She called the wolf fighting off Thena. When he didn't respond or show any sign of hearing her she gave a short and sharp whistle to get his attention.
Lunarius ears perked up hearing the whistle. He looked away from Thena to see that Nights was looking for him. He growled and let go of Thena, shaking his head so that her hand were no longer in his mouth and running over to Nights, "you called?"
Nights slowly but carefully laid Fang on the floor and kept her head straight, making sure he was still breathing properly. "Turnin into your human form and give me your shirt"
Lunarius tilted his head, "a bit straightforward, arent we mov-" he stopped mid-sentence seeing her golden eyes glaring at him. She began to pull up her own shirt. He put a paw out stopping her, "Okay! One shirt coming up!" he quickly transformed into his human form and slipped off his white shirt handing it to her.
The moment his shirt touched her fingers she grabbed it, folded it and held it to the wound, applying as much pressure she could. "Keep her head straight please, and if you can check her pulse please". Noting the urgency in her voice he nodded and knelt beside her keeping Fangs head between his knees and holding her hand keeping his index and middle finger on her wrist feeling her pulse.
"Stay with me Fang," She said as calmly she could, using her other hand to add pressure.
Lunarius looked at the two worriedly, "do you think we can bring her home and have Hala treat her? You saw what she did with Nana, this would be easy"
Nights shook her head, "I've thought about that, two factors make it impossible. If we move her she'll lose more blood, and opening a portal with Thena still around is dangerous for those back home"
He sighed, "what kind of trouble are you in now?"
She smiled with a laugh, "oh, the same as usual, people trying to kill us or hate our guts for some reason"
"By us and our, I'm assuming you're talking about you and that Vampire you like. I still don't understand what you see in him if all you two is get"
"Lunarius" Nights cut him off abruptly, "I appreciate you trying to talk to me to keep me calm but this is not the time or place for that," she said sternly watching the blood slowly soak the shirt.
Lunarius sighed and let out a growl and looked over at Lancer and Reaper. "How long are you two going to fight?! Your friend might be dying and you're not doing anything to make yourself useful!"
While Lunarius tried to get Lancer and Reapers attention she ran through all scenarios in her head that could help Fang before she lost too much blood. Looking around for anything that could help her she noticed that the trees were moving, "that's it!" 'SC! I need you to do me a big favor!' she sent to the shadow, 'I need you to get Hala and bring her here with her medical kit, one of the assassins is in trouble and I have no way to properly help her!'
After sending the message to SC Nights looked at Toshi beside her, "how are you holding up?"
Vega closed his eyes as he listened to SC, trying to imagine what it could have been to experience something like that first hand, but nothing her could possibly think of could match what happened that day.
He reached over and rubbed tat shadows back, there's no need to say sorry, you didn't know just like we didn't know Shade lost his parents, He looks about her age now so he must have been so young.." 'but now we know why she had to go and leave Nights with Eclipse'
"If wolf packs are in such need we can somehow reach Leilani and have her get in contact with Shade" Hala sighed almost excitedly.
Vega nodded, "if that did happen shes sure to reunite with Nights ad all would be revealed", he looked at SC, "do you think he would be ok with that?"
"He'll also be meeting his future mother in law" Hala signed with a grin.
"Hala no" Vega growled, aking the sleeping child in Hala's arms to move a little.
Hala stuck out her tongue out at him and consoled the child back to sleep.

Stopping suddenly by the question, Ishimu wasn’t sure how to answer. Biting his lip caused him to yelp out in pain and quickly lick the wound before it could cause too much trouble for them. “I,” Ishimu frowned unsure how to still answer, “I don’t hate you for it…” He gave a small smile, “Immortality would be cool, but that would also mean lonely years, getting to see my mom die and her never knowing why I can’t age. Seeing loved ones too, I guess you could say I’m not mad. A little surprised I didn’t see it sooner really.” Ishimu let go of Syn’s hand as he put his hands above his head, “It’s weird you know?”
Slowly he looked to Syn a little sadly, “I feel anger towards you. But I don’t think it’s really mine so much as instinct to be mad at you. If that makes any sense..” Walking slowly to his friend's side he watched Syn sadly, ‘How long has he been wondering that? Since it had happened?’
“Look…” Ishimu trailed off looking around them as he didn’t wish to meet Syn’s gaze for what he was about to say, “You don’t have to feel like you have to take care of me. I mean I know you probably do blame yourself, but how many vampires really turn someone on accident? I am sure not many, nor would they care what happened to them…” Ishimu caught himself about to bite his lip again, instead he clenched one of his fists to keep himself steady.
“Am I a burden to you?” Ishimu finally asked, his voice a little shaky as if he would cry any moment.
“Let’s go anywhere but here,” Storm replied with a small smile as he grabbed the plush gently into his mouth before heading towards the forest. “This isn’t our fight, nor do we belong with this group. I don’t like crowds..”
“Storm!?” Shade called seeing the werewolf head out, he frowned a little as he looked back towards Nights who seemed to be busy with someone. He then sighed softly before looking back towards the stopped wolf looking to him, “Thanks for the help!”
“It won’t happen again,” Storm growled after putting Rin back down, his blue eyes narrowed as he then headed off into the forest. ‘Just what has happened over the past few years? Has he really changed?’
Looking to the injured assassin with Toshi, and seeing the white wolf head over. Remus looked towards the other two still fighting and the now free vampire that had caused it all. ‘Thena…’ his eyes widened when the vampire went straight for Shade, now that Nights wasn’t with him, and they were a good few feet from Shade.
Though he looked back towards the assassin, Nights' question pulling him back towards the now. He felt drained, but other than that he was sure he was fine. "I just need rest, I should be alright," Toshi said with a small wince as his head throbbed, "More importantly, will she be alright?"
Groping around her, Fang tried to find something within her cloak. Her fingers checking every pocket possible as she couldn't remember which pocket she had put the vile into. Wincing at the pressure on her neck, she put a hand to the one that had the pressure, feeling confused on just who was doing it.
"She seems to be trying to find something..." Toshi said watching the assassin look for something, and hear almost like a gurgled growl out of Fang.
Leaping into the air, Thena growled as she slashed out at the air where Shade should have been. Her eyes narrowed as she watched the vampire dodge her attack. “Shade,” she seethed as she watched the vampire before her.
“Thena,” Shade said with a small smile, “Good to see you again, or rather that is what I would say to a friend. But we aren’t friends, I don’t think we ever were…”
“You’re in no condition to fight!” Kelarth called to Shade, but getting no answer. He growled softly before looking to the yellow eyes that dotted the line of trees, as if they were waiting. ‘Is Shade under control or is the poison really still in his system?’ His brown eyes narrowed as he wondered where Blinky and SC had gone off to, ‘Blinky, SC, I feel we have missed quite a bit since the last time we have seen each other. Mind telling me at least this, how bad is the poison in Shade’s system?’ Hoping the sending would reach them as he watched Thena and Shade.
‘I can’t be sure, we just know it’s not good,’ Blinky replied with a small smile as it watched the battle from a distance, ‘We can’t get close and cause Shade more trouble, we can only help keep a perimeter around the area to keep others out...We can’t take a chance that Thena has learned what kills us…’
‘What? She knows how to kill a shadow creature?’ Kelarth growled in frustration, ‘That explains why you aren’t here…
‘I am sorry,’ Blinky replied with a small growl, it had wanted to be with Shade since it started.
‘No you are fine keep the perimiter clear as much as possible, so far I think Shade can handle Thena even if poisoned. He did a good number on Remus,’ Kelarth sent with a small laugh as he crossed his arms, ‘If he needs help Remus and I will step in.’
‘Keep him safe!’ Blinky sent back before closing it’s eyes. ‘Really hope he’ll be okay..’ Blinky thought before looking back towards the battle.
Wincing in pain, and watching Reaper retract her weapon. Lancer ignored her bleeding hand as she let go of her blade, ready for what Reaper may decide to do next. Her golden eyes narrowed as she bit into her lip, causing blood to trickle down her cheek from her fangs from behind the mask. ‘How far will you go to kill one vampire?’ Lancer thought as she watched Reaper still, holding the blade in her hands with both. ‘One wrong move and she may accidentally slice me in her rage.’
“Sorry I was only able to keep her calm as best I could,” Toshi replied looking to Nights and then to Lunarius before moving out of their way. Watching them work as he looked back towards the two fighting assassins. ‘The red one seems to have a temper.’
“Move Lancer,” Reaper hissed, her eyes weren’t even on the assassin before her, but on Thena the vampire that had harmed Fang. The vampire that had needed to die before they cause any more harm to their group.
Watching Reaper closely, she glanced towards Fang. She wanted to be there with her, but with Reaper like this. Gritting her teeth she glared at Reaper, “You kill anyone but her I won’t leave anything out of the report back at headquarters.”
“Do what you have to do then,” Reaper hissed side stepping to Lancer’s left before walking past her, “She dies tonight. With or without your permission.”
“Reaper…” Lancer frowned as she looked towards the red cloaked assassin head towards Thena and Shade, ‘I hope no one else gets hurt from your rage…’ She glared towards the shouting wolf, how she wanted to bark back at it to mind his own business. ‘Stupid wolf….’ Lancer hissed softly before falling to the ground, closing her eyes as her poison took effect.
Turning to face the thud, Reaper’s eyes widened seeing Lancer’s body go down, “You idiot!” Reaper growled as she ran towards Lancer, forgetting about their target as she reached Lancer’s side and looked for her antidote, “You don’t have it on you! The one time you get hit with your own poison and it’s not even on you!?”
Ears twitch at the sound of another distress, Kelarth frowned as he glanced towards Reaper and Lancer. ‘They are dropping like flies since we arrived…’ Kelarth thought before closing his eyes, ‘Blinky I may need a favor of you, even if you don’t wish to come here yourself…’
‘A way to help?’ Blinky sent almost too cheerfully as it looked eagerly towards Kelarth’s far distant figure, ‘How?’
‘I need someone from my pack, think you can bring him?’ Kelarth replied heading towards Lancer and Reaper.
‘I shall do my best!’ Blinky sent happily before jumping down from the tree it had been watching in. Going deep into the shadows as not to be seen by the others that may still be around. It wasn’t sure if enemies were in the forest, as it slowly started to open a portal to their world. ‘Metal claw pack hmm…’ Blinky thought as it tried to remember the location, though it didn’t take too long.
“Hey Fay! Long time no see!” Blinky called through the portal seeing the wolf at the same table it had stood on to show Fay, Nights’. “We have a bit of a problem and could use Kazar’s advice, think he can come through?”
“You want me to send the poison specialist through your portal?” Fay asked looking at Blinky skeptical as before seeing the urgency on it’s face, “Alright but take care of him, we have a trainee here but he’s a bit useless without Kazar’s guidance…”
“Bring him too! Maybe he can learn from this,” Blinky said with a small laugh.
“We may need them here though,” Fay said with a small frown, “I’ll send for Kazar just one moment.” He moved out of view of Blinky’s portal, calling for Luna. Fay soon returned into view, “They are being summoned in post haste, may I ask what the Prince has gotten himself into this time?”
“He is poisoned as well as an ally, we could use the help..” Blinky replied, it’s ears lowered, “He’s battling Thena and can’t seem to catch a break and heal properly…”
“That is the vampire for you,” Fay narrowed his eyes and shook his head, “send my regards to Shade when you see him, I would join myself but I have things to deal with here.”
“Not another attack,” Blinky squeaked when the werewolf nodded, “Stay safe!”
“You know it,” Fay replied moving away in time for Kazar’s figure to show up into the portal.
The werewolf wasn’t happy as it glared towards Blinky, “Cut me in half and I’ll bite your head off before I die.”
“It won’t close,” Blinky yelped stepping back from the portal as if the werewolf really was going to try and kill it.
A dirty blond haired man started to come through the portal, his light brown eyes watching Blinky as if the portal would close any moment on him. Wearing what he normally wore when working, was a brown shirt with brown and green camo pants. Looking to the dark forest around him he knelt down on the ground watching the portal close under him before looking to the sky. He nearly fell over seeing that the stars seemed to go on forever, and the moon was white not red. “Where are we?” he whispered grabbing his bag and looking to the creature near him.
“We are on Earth,” Blinky said with a small laugh, climbing onto Kazar’s shoulder it then pointed towards the battlefield, “That way please, and please hurry. We can’t waist time..”
“You act like I’m new to this,” Kazar said with a light glare before darting off in the direction Blinky had pointed. Looking through the trees, he didn’t need Blinky’s guidance anymore, he could smell the blood in the air. ‘What has happened?’’
“That would be great! Anything you could spare, even clothes for the Melrach race would be awesome!” SC said with a smile before it frowned at the last bit of Shade meeting his mother-in-law possibly. “May I ask why you don’t like Shade?”
Soon after the question it had gotten the message from Nights and frowned, it looked to Hala. Worry showing on it’s face as it turned it’s head to the side, “Nights says she needs you and your medical bag. Something must have happened…”
The shadow creature looked around for a good place to put a portal, finding one on a small spot on the floor that didn’t have anything that would fall through it. It then looked towards Hala as it opened the portal for her, “Don’t worry it’ll be near Nights’, but please be careful…” It didn’t wish to cause more trouble for the pack Nights was with than it might already had.
“Which one do I go to?” Kazar asked with a small growl looking to two fallen cloaked figures, then seeing Kelarth was heading towards the one in blue. He walked over briskly before kneeling down to see what he could do for the young assassin.

He didn't hate him but he was angry. He could live with that. But hearing about how he would have to spend a long immortal life alone tugged at his heart. Not even he could stay with him because a side of him would eventually lead him to death.
Syn looked at the young redhead sadly as he explained himself and let go what was on his chest. 'How long has he been thinking about this?' But the moment his question reached him he reacted on instinct, moving in front of Ishimu placing his hands on his shoulders.
"You are not a burden," he said slowly and clearly, his voice a shaky mix of worry and anger. "I never thought of you as a burden and I never will" Syn gave his shoulders a light squeeze as he tried to compose himself. "Yes, I blame myself and this might sound crazy but I want to take care of you. I spent years trying to figure things out and I was scared and alone" he gritted his teeth biting back tears and emotions, "I don't want that for you" he spoke quietly.
Syns green eyes focused on the young vampire in front of him, turning his face towards him meeting eye to eye."If you're angry at me, be angry, take it out on me if it will make you feel better. Tell me how you're feeling even if you think it's not worth mentioning or think I won't care. Tell me. But whatever you do, do not think you're a burden because that's far from the truth"
Rin went limp as soon as Storm picked him up in his mouth and carried him into the forest, looking back t the chaos they were leaving behind and the vampire that seemed upset that he was leaving.
"Hey Storm, can I ask why you want to go after him? And what did Lenore mean that you have a pack?" he asked once Storm put back down and began to walk beside him.
Nights freed one of her hands from applying pressure to the neck wound and placed it on top of Fangs hand that was holding her, "relax Fang, its Nights, I'm right here with you and she's going to be fine" she said with a smile, "I have someone who can help on their way" she hoped.
Watching Fang look through her cloak curiously she looked to Lunarius who looked worried and pale in color, "you were with her when she was with Thena, what happened?"
Lunarius frowned, 'I don't know what exactly happened but after I was kicked off by that vampire she grabbed this one and I believe used her own blade against her and I made it worse by attacking the vampire again and causing this" it was clear he was beating himself up about it.
Nights moved Fang's hand for a moment checking how much blood the shirt soaked up listening to Lunarius =. It seemed to be slowing down but she dared not to move it away until Hala came.
Lunarius watched then, Nights mentioned that someone was coming to help but no one came yet. Thinking that maybe Lancer, the one he had met before, could help since she should know how to take care of her friend. Instead, he saw her on the ground getting treated by two other people. No luck from her. Spotting the other person cloaked in red he called her over.
"what was her name?" he muttered to himself thinking back to the fight she and Lancer had, sure that her name was mentioned, "re-, Reaper? Reaper!" he shouted to get her attention, "Your friend needs your help!"
Hala nodded "just tell us anything else that's needed and well see what we can do to help!" she singed shifting Nana over to her other side, "but whats a Melrach?" she questioned.
Hearing that Nights had called for her assistance and her kit she knew something had happened. She handed Nana over to Vega and grabbed her kit that was already in the smith from being used for Shade. Stopping in front of she flashed Vega and SC a sile, "Ill be careful, hold down the fort while I'm gone" she quickly signed before stepping into the portal and disappeared.
Hala appeared in a forest setting with the smell of blood thick in the air. She ran toward the source and came upon what looked like a small battleground spotting Nights and Lunarius looking after someone.
Nights picked up her head in time to spot her, "Hala this way!" 'Thank you SC' she sent to the shadow as Hala made it to her side setting her kid to the side.
Hala rolled up the sleeves to her dress and pulled her hair back tying it up into a loose ponytail with a band she kept on her wrist,"what happened here?" she signed before taking the shirt from Nights hand and pulled it away carefully looking at the damage.
"it was a blade that did this, it happened accidentally in a struggle," Nights said shifting over so Hala could get a better look.
Hala nodded and looked to Lunarius, "sweety you look pale and I know this is hard for you but can you please hold her hand, she's going to feel some pain" he nodded and put his hand into hers giving a soft squeeze.
"Fang if you feel any pain just squeeze his hand ok?" Nights spoke for Hala after she asked for her to translate.
Hala dug into her bag and slipped on a clean pair of gloves and began to examine the wound closer pressing on it lightly to see how deep it was. She nodded to herself and signed to Nights to set out some supplies for her.
Lunarius watched as Nights pulled out a syringe, a bottle with a clear liquid and something that looked like a normal needle and thread, "she needs stitches?" the two nodded as they got their things ready.
Vega supported Nana in one arm and sighed getting up from his seat to find something to put her on for her to sleep, "It's not Shade that I don't like, I haven't even been around him enough to pass any sort of judgement, plus he was injured and poisoned. Unless that's something you want me to judge" he glanced at SC before he grabbed an empty chair and sat the sleeping child down and pulled a sheet off one of his tables that covered some of his equipment and covered her with it.
"You think I'm saying no to them pursuing a deeper relationship because I don't like him. I would like to get to know him because of the things I've heard about him, but someone can only talk up a person so much before you get to wonder about them. And am I the only one wondering what kind of future they're going to have? It's going to be difficult" he frowned hating that he was thinking about this. He fixed Nanas sitting position before returning to his seat in front of SC.
"People and demons alike and only so understanding to a point but the fact that the two of them are royals in their own races is taboo, even worse that one of the is mixed," he sighed "how would their subjects take it? Sure it can lead to some sort of treaty but will it last". Vega ran both hands through his hair and rested his elbows on the table, "I worried about this as well when I noticed that Leilani started to develop feelings for Bastien, there Werewolf Queen falling for a Vampire Nobel, but in this time its basically the same but different titles and little bit more vampire to the mix". His light blue eyes looked back at SC, "Can you understand where I'm coming from? I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just worried' he said softly.

“How long have you lived already? How many more years before you pass and I’m alone?” The thought terrified him as he closed his eyes, ‘What of Holly? What keeps her here the group? Do they fear being without Syn too?’ He could feel himself start to shake, as he thought about the many years to come, nothing was certain or set in stone, but it seemed pretty clear he’d be alone at some point. Syn would be out of his life, and there would most likely be an emptiness in it’s place. Ishimu had been thinking about it for some time, it was hard not to. The world he now lived seemed more big, and him so small. Shaking his head to try and clear his head he looked to Syn slowly, “Will you tell me how you feel too?” His voice was a little shaky, as he watched Syn.
Watching the fight between Shade and Thena, Remus frowned at the battle. The vampire was able to keep up with Thena pretty well. His blue eyes narrowed, he had never seen Shade fight like like this before. ‘Is it because of the poison in his system? Is it blocking his judgment to be able to fight full force? Has he been holding back this whole time until now?’ Looking towards the others, he could only make out a few on whom he had recognized. Nights was busy with a what looked to be a bad wound, and Kelarth was trying to help the two wounded the best he could. Looking back towards the fight, his arms were folded as he waited to make sure Shade wouldn’t be in any serious trouble.
Blocking Shade’s kick did little good as it made her skidd back from the force of the blow. “Have you gotten stronger?” Thena narrowed her red eyes as Shade charged at her, not letting her have time to recover.
“Have you gotten slower?” Shae asked grabbing her hand that she had slashed out with him with, and threw her hard into the ground. Standing over her, he twisted her arm so it would pull back against her back.
Growling Thena kicked out at Shade’s legs causing the vampire to let go and jump back. She growled as she got to her feet quickly and charged at him. Claws aiming for Shade’s body as the vampire blocked it with his arms, ignoring the blood as they stabbed into him. Her eyes got wide, ‘What is going on?’
“Sorry but was that suppose to hurt?” Shade asked turning his head to the side and looking to her claws still in him before ripping them out himself and grabbing her arm hard, “For too long you have tormented me, I should let you be with the assassins, but I doubt they can even take you with them in their condition…” He squeezed her hand even tighter, ignoring her pained look as he watched her squirm to try and get away. Her slashing with her other arm hardly seemed to faze him, “If I cripple you however you can’t escape from them, or I could send Remus to follow you until you are safely tucked away. Either way this will be our last meeting.”
“You should just kill her,” Remus replied walking up to Shade and watching Thena closely, “She is a royal but she has also betrayed the throne, it wouldn’t surprise me if she’s the reason for the outbreak in the first place…”
“Outbreak?” Shade’s red eyes narrowed, “You aren’t talking about here are you?”
“No…” Remus shook his head as he glanced towards Thena, “You two were about the same age, but I bet Thena knows more than what she lets on about what happened the night your parents were killed. For her’s were very much alive at the time.”
“They didn’t die!?” Shade glared towards Thena, feeling an anger burn deep within that he had never before experienced, “Talk Thena!”
“Why should I tell you anything?” Thena spat as she watched Shade closely, ignoring Remus’ stare.
“I could have Toshi spill everything,” Shade warned, “Then make you a vegetable like you had done me long ago.” Barring his fangs he didn’t even look toward Toshi or the others who were badly injured.
“Doing so would cause him to pass out or worse,” Thena smirked, “His power is limited and he’s used it more than just once tonight. With little rest I doubt he could master enough energy to do me.”
“I think that is a challenge,” Shade hissed as he squeezed her arm tighter, hearing the bones slowly start to break, “Unless you want a shattered arm on top of what Toshi does, spill. What did they do?”
“You already know that answer,” Thena hissed softly as she tried hard not to cry out in pain, “You’re smart, do you need me to tell you what they did?”
Glaring at Thena, he couldn’t stop the shock on his face from showing either. ‘They were behind it? How could they not have known?’ Shade hissed softly before his eyes fell back to Thena, “It’s because of vampires like you that I hate our kind more and more.” Crushing her arm in the process, he ignored her screams as he then looked towards Remus, “Make sure she does not escape.”
“Of course,” Remus replied with a small bow as he watched Shade stumble towards the tree line. He glared towards Thena who was cradling her injured arm to her chest. “Move and my blade will be the last thing you see.”
The poison was blurring his vision as he stopped a little ways from the battle, but not even coming close to the tree line. He wasn’t too sure if it was the poison or the tears coming to his eyes as the anger burned. ‘Is there more lies I don’t know about?’ Shade sent to Blinky, as he knelt on the ground, fist touching the earth as he closed his eyes trying to regain some control.
‘Master?’ Blinky blinked looking around the battlefield, it noticed Shade kneeling on the ground a good distance away from the battle. It watched the vampire closely, ‘I do not understand..’
‘Thena had to do with the death of everyone at the ball…’ Shade sent glaring towards the little creature. He slipped his hands into his pockets pulling out the weird strange pills Hala had given him. Taking them dry was a big mistake though, for it was hard to choke them down. Laying on the ground he rolled over and looked towards the blurry stars above, ‘Who else was part of that?’
‘I do not know Shade…’ Blinky said knowing Shade must be in some distress since he didn’t get onto him about the master thing. It frowned and looked down at Nights, she was too busy to deal with Shade, and so was Kazar. ‘When Kazar is done with Lancer, we will send him over to you..’
‘There is no rush, I took more of what Hala had given me,’ Shade sent back before closing his eyes, trying to clear his head.
Looking to Nights and watching her work, Blinky wasn’t sure if it should bring up Shade’s condition just yet or not. ‘The assassin seems to be in bad condition so it might be a little while before we can reach you,’ Blinky looked back towards the vampire worriedly, ‘Hang in there…’
‘Blinky?’ Shade sent as he looked back to the sky, his vision not so blurry since the charcoal in his system, ‘Did you know my parents any?’
‘Do you really think this is the time?’ Blinky sent sadly as it sat on Kazar’s shoulder watching the two healers work before noticing Hala had come to help as well, ‘Wha! She’s here too!’
‘Good or bad?’ Shade moved to get up wincing as his wounds on his arms hurt. Looking towards the group of injured assassins, ‘Who is all there?’
‘Kelarth in case Kazar needs any help, Hala just came to help Nights with Fang, Lunarius is helping Nights as well,’ Blinky sent worried for Fang as it looked back towards Nights, ‘Reaper is near Lancer, her own poisoned blade had backed fire so to speak while trying to stop Reaper from killing the werewolf…’
‘Two assassins down? I thought it was just the one,’ Shade closed his eyes with a small nod, ‘I’ll be waiting here, I don’t wish to even be close to Thena right now…’
Blinky giggled as it watched Shade, ‘Oh but I thought you liked her.’
‘Blinky, watch it..’ Shade warned laying back down on the ground, waiting for Nights, or even Reaper to come towards him, ‘If Reaper comes, give me a heads up.’
“Lancer?” Reaper shook the blue cloaked assassin, ignoring Kazar and Kelarth. “How much poison did you put on your blade? Was it more potent than usual? Lancer!”
Not getting a response she growled softly as Kazar knelt down beside her, her red eyes turned on him. Glaring at him from behind the mask, “Leave us!”
“If I did that I would be a poor medic,” Kazar replied with a small smile trying to assure her, the assassin in her arms was in good health.
“This is Kazar Brooks, he’s a great poison specialist within my pack. He’s the best of the best and has yet to lose a patient. Let him help,” Kelarth put a hand on Reaper’s shoulder only to get it swatted away.
“Do you know the poison she had been using?” Kazar asked looking to his notes real fast on what could possibly be the symptoms Lancer would be going through, “I am assuming you have different poison than her’s or you’d have used your antidote. Since you didn’t I assume it’s a different poison.” The massive wolf looked to Kelarth who was just standing there, “Shouldn’t you be helping with the battle over there? Or seeing if the other needs any help?”
“The poison is top secret, I can't give that information out. However I can give you the vile of poison to make an antidote with,” Reaper replied watching Kazar closely as he opened his medical bag.
“Y-yes of course…” Kelarth replied looking from Reaper to Lancer before quickly leaving them to their work. He then glanced towards Nights and the other assassin, his eyes narrowed toward Toshi, “Toshi?”
Nearly jumping out of his skin, Toshi slowly looked to the werewolf with a small grin. “Hey, long time no see?”
“You better not be up to no good again,” Kelarth bared his teeth at him, “We don’t need you on top of everything else going on.”
“No trouble, only I was in trouble but now that Thena is being dealt with by Shade. I am only trying to help…” Toshi said with a small nod, “Thena is a bit scary if you haven’t noticed...I got mixed back up in all this when she found him and threatened me…”
“That better be the truth out of you,” Kelarth growled before looking towards Fang and Nights, “If you need any help, let me know. I have one of my pack members looking over Lancer..”
Fingers still looking for something, Fang closed her eyes, focussing on the breathing the best she could. ‘Come on you have been trained for this...relax and remember before the injury…’ Fang reminded herself keeping herself calm the best she could, even with Toshi’s small help it was hard to remain calm. No matter how much training, this part had always frightened her with the training they had gone through.
Often their training consisted of them using their own poison against themselves in case it ever happened out in the field. ‘What was the time limit again? Five mins after it had happened your body will show signs of the poison, one is difficulty breathing, two hard to move muscles...and what was the third?’
Hearing Lunarius, caught Reaper’s attention to cause her to looking towards Fang. Reaper’s eyes narrowed as she thought she had seen Fang’s hand move as if looking for something. ‘What could you possibly be looking….’ Her eyes then widened as she darted towards Fang, skidding to a halt near her. Feeling around for where the vile should be on where Fang would keep it. Her fingers touching the solid object from within one of the pockets. Throwing off Fang’s mask, not caring if they saw the face under it, as it was a life or death situation. She quickly forced the antidote down Fang’s throat, seeing Fang’s body start to relax. Reaper slowly knelt down, shaking as she looked from Fang to Lancer and back again, ‘What will I do if I lose you both…’
Looking back towards Fang’s now revealed face, Reaper’s red eyes showed sadness for the assassin next to her. The claw marks that went from Fang’s left side of the forehead down to her right cheek jaw bone line. The scar a constant reminder of what could have happened long ago, the mask replaced shortly after but the scar still remained underneath. Closing her eyes to regain herself before looking towards Nights, watching her quietly.
The werewolf had mentioned something about needing stitches, which caused her to worry a little. Leaning over Fang, Reaper whispered something softly into Fang’s ear. “I’m not going to lie this next part is going to hurt, but you have been through much worse. If you need to squeeze the wolf that did this to you he’s holding your other hand, I’ll hold this one,” Reaper squeezed the hand that Fang was using to find the antidote and gave it a small squeeze. Fang shook her hand free, and grabbed Reaper’s forearm.
‘Only because you put me through worse,’ Fang wanted to say as she kept her eyes closed. It was hard not to move when they fiddled with the wound on her neck. Gripping Reaper she had dug her nails into the assassin as she squeezed the werewolf’s hand as hard as she could as well. ‘Moving or talking might make it worse,’ Fang tried to tell herself, though it was going to be hard.
“Reaper where is the poison?” Kelarth asked looking to the assassin who was busy with Fang now.
“Look in her bottom boot,” Reaper winced under her mask as she looked over her shoulder, “It’s either in the right or left boot, but look anywhere else or touch anything else you two will loose your hands.”
“Got it,” Kelarth said slowly going back to Kazar, and kneeling down next to Lancer. Looking through the assassins boot pockets made him nervous, and he kept looking to Lancer to see if she would react. Finding the vile he gave it to Kazar.
Taking the vile Kazar was already working on the antidote, within his bag was a table that sat on the grass near his bag, some herbs from the village, and various poisons in vials. It was amazing how it all could fit in the bag. Watching as Kazar tested the assassin's poison against the vials he had. Making small notes in a book and then looking to Kelarth.
“Nearly finished,” Kazar said with a small nod, “Move up and when I'm ready I'll need you to open her mouth.”
“Me?” Kelarth frowned as he slowly moved towards Lancer's side, “But what if she lashes out?”
“The type of poison she uses would take a whole for the antidote to work. She can hear but can move, causes paralysis. Get it?”
“She can die if it stops the lungs and heart,” Kelarth replied with a small nod, as he watched Kazar work quickly on the antidote.
“This should do it,” Kazar replied as he finished it, checking the potency to be sure it wasn't too deluded from the water. He then nodded to Kelarth to open her mouth. “It all has to go in, so make sure you open wide,” Kazar replied.
“I'll do my best,” Kelarth replied as he opened Lancer's mouth carefully, he watched as Kazar poured the odd liquid into the assassin’s mouth.
“How long do we wait on the effects?” Kelarth asked looking to Lancer who didn't seem to be moving.
Putting a hand near the assassin’s nose, Kazar checked his watch. Watching the second hand closely as he was checking her breathing to see if it had slowed any. “I believe we caught it in time, her breathing is short and slow. She should be fine if she can keep it steady,” Kazar glanced towards Nights and the other assassin.
Slowly getting up he walked over to the one in red, “The other should be fine, Kelarth will let me know if anything changes.” He then looked to Nights and Hala, “Do you need more hands?”
“My pack was killed by a vampire,” Storm replied looking on ahead, “There was only one witness left, and even then they didn't make it. They had told me their description and it matches Shade. There is no other vampire that looks like him.” Looking to the plush he watched him a little, “That is why I'm after him.”
“I see,” SC replied with a small nod as it watched Hala leave through the portal. Closing the portal, SC looked back towards Vega. “Not all demons are bad though, and Nights has us around.” It then frowned and shook its head, “Him having the poison in his system wouldn't be a good first impression…”
“Not all demons get along either, even allies have moments,” SC said with a small laugh, “But we try and keep the peace with them the best we can.”
“The Melrach, I'll tell you about that race once Hala returns, she seemed interested too,” SC replied with a small smile, “Maybe one day you and Shade can have a good talk?”
‘Of course Nights, let me know when Hala wishes to return,’ SC sent to Nights as it looked around the forge.

Syn rubbed Ishimu’s shoulders attempting to calm him down. “I'm only twenty, I have a long life ahead of me,” he smiled weakly, “it's going to be hard to get rid of me”.
Seeing him start to shake Syn pulled him into his arms and held him close, resting his chin on top of his head. “I'll be with you all the way or until you get sick and tired of me” he chuckled.
“I'll tell you everything, even the small minor things" he said closing his eyes as he rubbed the younger male's back, “I won't hide anything…”
Nights watched as Reaper rushed over to Fangs side and grabbed a vial from her cloak and gave it to her. It resembled the vial lancer gave Shade a while back from his injury with Reaper, ‘if that's what I think it is...are all their blades poisonous?’ “thank you” she said quickly before finishing setting up for Hala.
Hala switched to a fresh pair of gloves and began to fill the syringe with the clear liquid and felt around the area of the wound before inserting the needle and injecting the liquid into her.
“It should help numb the pain” Nights said mostly for Reapers assurance in case she thought they were doing something wrong.
Hala then readied the needle and social thread and began to see the wound together with Nights help keeping it together, forcing Lunarius to look away, unable to watch what was going on.
“Your doing great Fang” Nights calmly said watching Hala slowly and carefully pull the wound together with each stitch.
Hala signed for her scissors as she finished the final stitch. Nights handed them to her as she finished the job by cutting off the excess thread. She then handed back the needle and thread back to Nights as she pulled out some cloth and an alcohol solution to clean up the wound and the excess blood and debris around it.
Finishing cleaning it up Hala snapped her fingers to get Lunarius to look back at her, “I need you and Nights to support her while I bandage it up” he knew what she meant, seeing her do this with Nana.
Nights handed Hala a fresh gauze pad and wraps before helping Lunarius raise Fangs upper body and keeping her head straight with Lunarius raising the arm Fang was squeezing her hand with above her head.
Hala placed the gauze pad over the stitches and began wrapping from the stitched up wound to under the arm Lunarius was holding up and applying light pressure to keep it in place.
Nights noticed the other Werewolf approach them and asked if they needed more hands. She shook her head and smiled, no, were just about finished here, thank you though”.
Once the roll of gauze was about finished Hala tied it together and signed for Lunarius to lower her arm and made sure that the bandag wasn't too tight on her neck so it was hard for her to breathe. After everything was ok to her she smiled and signed, “she'll be just fine now”
Nights sighed in relief, “thank you Hala”. She and Lunarius lowered Fang back onto the floor.
Hala looked at Nights confused, “where is Shade? I don't see him?” she signed looking around.
“Shade? He's here?” Lunarius asked looking around as well even though he had no clue what the guy looked like.
Nights looked around, her ears pointed back in worry, “he was right there..” She stood up from her spot seeing him just off in the distance on the opposite side of the grounds from her, “Shade!”
She was about to take off before Hala grabbed her arm. Looking back at her in confused Hala’s medical kit was shoved into her face before signing that she'll be with them in a moment. Nights nodded and took the bag running to the vampires side.
Lunarius was about to get up and take after her but was stopped by Hala snapping her fingers and signaling for him to stay put. He frowned and stayed in his spot watching her go off to Shade.
Nights skidded to her knees beside him and put the kit to the side. “Shade, are you alright? How are you feeling? Do you feel the poison taking effect more?” She checked him over talking fast, placing her palm on his forehead searching for any signs of fever or other side effects she could take care of.
She instantly noticed his wounded arms that looked like nail or claw marks, “you're bleeding” he tone of voice was full of worry, “just what happened while we were taking care if Fang?” She asked pulling out some supplies to clean his wounds.
Rin let out a small whimper as his ears fell to the side of his head hearing he was the last if his pack. “Then why didn't you finish him off back there? And what are you going to do once he's gone?” He questioned, pure black eyes looking up to the white wolf beside him.
Vega opened up the book of runes and found the page he was using, starting to work on the ring again before the sun began to rise and then they would have to wait until dusk.
“I still can't help but worry,” he said with a soft sigh, “I appreciate that you and your friends are with her though..” He began sorting through the different sized chisels he had for the right one.
“I would like to sit down with and have a talk with him, and hear about the different races. Most, if not all, of Moon Pass only know of the three races: Humans, Vampires and Werewolves”
He looked at SC for a moment before he started to chisel away making the runes, “I have other questions but there not for you to answer, though, what do you think of them together?”

Holding Syn close, Ishimu tried to calm himself. He wasn't too sure on why He was feeling all lost, other than everything still seeming new. Looking to Syn, Ishimu gave a small smile before licking Syn’s neck. Pulling away a little while laughing, “I know you still be here for a while. I don't think I could ever be tired of you either. There is always something happening...but it may be morning staying out at night and sleeping during the day..”
“For now, I have some honor in my blood,” Storm laughed a little looking to the plush, “what honor is there to kill someone who isn't even battle fit?”
Stopping in the trees, Storm slowly started to transition back to his human self and looked to the plush. “You aren't hurt any are you?” he wasn't too sure if it had or not as he looked back towards the clearing, “Now where to sleep for the night…”
Wincing in pain as Fang dug her nails into her arm as she watched Hala and Nights closely. She nodded to the needle understanding what it was for as she looked to Fang. ‘I’m surprised she is staying so still,’ Reaper thought remembering when she had accidentally got Fang’s face, shaking her head of such memories. Looking back towards Lancer before seeing Kazar come by to see if they had needed any help, ignoring the hand on her shoulder as she looked back towards Fang. Putting a hand on top of hers when the whole process of healing her was done. ‘It should heal faster now,’ Reaper thought slowly removing her hand from Fang’s.
‘Shade?’ Her red eyes narrowed at the mention of the other vampire as she glanced around as well. Though it didn’t take her long to see the woman already heading over towards him. Kneeling down Reaper whispered softly into Fang’s ear, “I shall be back, they are done. Its just on you and your healing power now. There is something I must do then I shall return.”
Opening her eyes, and giving a confused look towards the assassin before her. Fang wasn’t sure if she should nod or not so she closed her eyes once more. Her vision wasn’t as blurry as her antidote seemed to be working. Slowly she placed a hand to the bandage curious of what they had used to help keep it from reopening.
“You wolf, let me know if there are any changes in her condition,” Reaper growled towards Kelarth and then remembered something else. Looking back towards Hala Reaper frowned behind her mask, “Do you mind checking on Lancer? She had gotten attacked from behind before coming here. I’m not too sure as to what had attacked her.." Knowing if Lancer wasn’t properly treated, fang would have her head for it. She then glanced towards Nights who was now kneeling near the vampire laying on the ground. “I am sorry to leave but I shall be back once I take care of something.”
Giving a small nod to Hala, hoping the wolf would be able to help Lancer. ‘In debt to wolves,’ Reaper thought as she slowly headed towards Nights and Shade. ‘Who would have thought this day would come…’
“I’m fine,” Shade winced as she started to clean his wounds, “How are the assassins?” He glanced towards the laying two bodies, “Blinky said one is hurt pretty badly. So I told it to tell you that I had taken another pill of Hala’s while I waited.” Shade looked back towards Nights, “I guess it felt you were too busy at the time to tell you.”
Looking up at the sky as Nights worked on his arms Shade sighed softly, “The claw marks are from Thena, you don’t wish to see how she looks…” A bit of a warning in his voice before closing his eyes, “She is in way worse condition than I am right now.”
“Picking fights you know you can’t win again?” Reaper asked slowly approaching Nights and Shade. She watched the injured vampire closely as she then side stepped closer to Nights. Not wishing to be too close to an injured demon.
“Reaper,” Shade looked towards her, a little puzzled on why she would show up with her two assassins down.
“I hate to owe a life for a life debt. So I am giving you my debt to your wolf friend here, I suggest you do not come across my blades again. Or at least be more prepared,” Reaper said with a small smile behind her mask before digging through one of her pockets. Slowly she gave Nights the antidote for the poison, “I’ll let you decide if you wish to save him from...whatever ails him.” Reaper said with a small laugh, “You sure you don’t want to just keep him the way he is?”
“Hey, she loves me for what I am, even if I am stupid and make some mistakes,” Shade said frowning at the assassin, “Wait, Nights saved Fang?”
“Her and another wolf had,” Reaper said putting her hands behind her back, “Fang would hate for me to leave you like this after she had saved her. So you could say I am paying her debt.”
“Thank you Reaper,” Shade said watching the assassin still confused, remembering she was hell bent on giving it to him.
“Do not thank me vampire,” Reaper warned, “To me you're just another demon that should be killed with the rest.”
“Awe, and I thought we were finally becoming friends,” Shade said with a small smile but got an odd look from Reaper.
‘Does he mean that or is he kidding? Is it the poison talking?’ Reaper stood there trying to contemplate how serious the vampire before her was being.
“Shade,” SC frowned as it tried to think of a way to explain how good Nights was to Shade, “No, I’d have to tell you the story of Shade in order for you to understand my meaning…” It looked towards Vega watching them work on the ring once more. “Shade grew up with no one around, other than us as his companions to look after him, he had no friends. And was a bit of a trouble maker, not in terms of killing or anything like that. But in terms of trying to get out of our sight to see the world, to be able to do the things he saw human kids doing. We kept him from them the best we could, no human should ever know vampires exist..” It rubbed it’s head as it looked around the room once more, “So he was quiet, never really happy being any where. When he had met Nights, his life seemed to change..as well as his personality. You could say she brought out the good in him.” SC laughed a little, “Not that it wasn’t there to start with, but it showed more when they were together.”
“So I think they are prefect for each other,” SC looked to the table sadly, “I don’t think it would be wise to have her in our realm, I don’t think she’d enjoy it. It’s not like this world at at all. We have a red sun, or moon, it’s been called both over the centuries, it’s a very dark world.” It then got up on it’s feet waving its hands out in front of it, “Not like bloody but literally dark, no streetlights or anything like that to be able to see. We use torches or our eyes to be able to see through it. It’s a gloomy world..”
Rubbing it’s head it wasn’t so sure it had explained right and crossed its arms. ‘I hate explaining some things...sometimes it doesn’t come out like it shoulder.’ Seeming to pout the little creature tried to think of a better way of putting it.

Feeling him move in his arms Syn hope that Ishimu was feeling better, instead he got his neck licked which sent shivers down his spine. Holding a hand to where he was licked he smiled at Ishimu's words, “well for some reason you're somehow immune to sunlight, I can be out for about fifteen…” he looked back at the path they took from the park, “fuck, we were supposed to ask about that”. He looked back at Ishimu, “do you want to go back to the park or done just continue on?”
Rin wagged his tail as they walked, “your so cool, you know that?” He said with a light laugh. He sat on the floor watching him revert back to his human form before looking himself over, “I don't think I got hurt, maybe a little dirty” he said looking at his paws. “Where do you normally sleep?”
Hala nodded to Reaper with a smile, agreeing to help Lancer. She signed something to Lunarius to translate as she stood up discarding the bloody gloves.
Lunarius sighed and tapped Fangs hand, “Hala said you can move around if you wish, just take it easy and don't turn your head so quickly. We're going to go check on your friend”. He gave her hand one more tap before slipping his hand out of her and followed Hala to Lancers side.
Hala gave a nod to Kelarth and asked Lunarius to translate once again unsure if the other Werewolf knew sign or not. “We're here to look after Lancer” he said slightly annoyed that he was being used as a translator. Hala hit him in the arm, not liking his tone, before kneeling beside Lancer.
Lunarius held his arm where Hala hit him, looking over to where Nights was see what Shade looked like. What he saw didn't make him happy, “the special needs person bis Shade?”
Hala gab him a confused look before snapping her fingers to keep him focused, asking him to help roll Lancer on her side so she could take a look at her back.
Lunarius let his eyes linger on them for a moment before helping Hala.
Hala tried to get a good look at her wounds but found the torn up cloak to be in her way. Before she could even move he hands to sign to him Lunarius already knew what she was going to say.
“Hey Reaper, we're going to remove her cloak, it keeps getting in the way” he called looking over at her. He looked back at lancer, a little worried about her, “she didn't look this bad when I first saw her,” he looked over at Kelarth like, “you two arrived about the same time, what the hell happened?”
Hala gave him a confused look once more as she worked on the cloak with his help.
Nights continued to work in him ignoring his claims that he was fine. “Fang is going to be alright, but I don't know about Lancer,” she looked over to the assassin in blue, “looks like Hala is looking after her now”
She began to bandage his wounds up when he spoke about Thena, “I don't wish to see her. It sounds like she got what she deserved”.
She paused for a moment seeing Reaper come towards them knowing that he could never stay out of trouble. She finished wrapping his arm just in time for Reaper to hand her a vial. Looking at the item in he have she couldn't help but smile, “thank you Reaper,” he laughed lightly, “and what he says is true, I love him no matter what”.
“I only stopped he from bleeding out, Hala is the one who stitched and bandaged her up”. She laughed nervously, wondering of Reaper knew that she herself would be considered a demon as well. “That's enough now, time to get better finally” Nights said putting the vial to his lips to drink.
Vega listened as he double checked his work, a little curious about the vampire in question. “How interesting, they two grew up as opposites, well when Nights got here, I can't really speak for her when she lived in your realm,” he laughed, “though I know she likes it here better”. He remembered the first morning she had experienced sunlight and Hala and himself panicking unsure if she could go into sunlight or not.
Reaching over he rubbed the shadow on top of it's head, “no need to stress, you explained everything well. Though, I am curious, where would they stay? I'm sure he still has business back in his realm, hell he's basically prince of it right? Would they be able to compromise and chose a place to call home?”

“Yeah we can see if they are still in the park,” Ishimu replied looking down the path they had came from before looking to Syn, “Do you think Nights or shade would know anything?” Glancing to the ring on his finger, to him it seemed ordinary, ‘I wonder if they are still in the park..’ Looking back to Syn, he took his hand into his before starting to head back the way they had came.
“Shall we see if we can find them?” If they aren’t here, then I am sure we will run into them again later,” Ishimu said looking around them, the night was still young it seemed. ‘What to do if we can’t find them,’ ishimu thought as he tried think of what they could do along the way.
“That’s good,” walking over he picked up the plush before starting to move through the forest. “I sleep at any empty place, unless I can find a forest to hide and live in. I am always on the move,” Storm watched the plush in his arms as he made his way through the trees, “How am I cool?”
Giving a small nod, Fang winced as she grabbed at the ground to help herself up. Feeling a hand on her arm, her brown eyes flashed to the person close to her. Watching the dirty blond wolf closely as they offered to help her sit up.
“Would love to know what happened here,” Kazar said looking to Hala and the other wolf. “Your friend should be alright, if no movement soon I’ll give her another dose.”
Looking slowly towards lancer Her eyes catching the long marks on the blue cloak. Her brown eyes narrowed before looking around slowly for Reaper. Seeing her with the vampire and the odd vampire werewolf mix woman, Fang frowned.
“Wait should you really be getting up?” Kazar asked when Fang used him as a crutch to get herself to her feet, “Don’t over do it.”
“Your welcome,” Reaper replied watching her give the antidote to Shade. Looking to the wounds on Shade’s arms reminded her when the vampire had gotten in the way of her blade. Shaking her head she glanced towards Remus and Lenore who seemed to be keeping the vampire still.
Ignoring the wolf as they tried to stop here. She wished to make even the smallest bit of noise, but doing so might cause the wound to not heal right. She wasn’t sure just how bad the wound had been, but she guessed bad if she had needed stitches. When close enough, she wasn’t sure if the three were in conversation or not. Holding up a finger, hoping they got the jist as she then slugged Reaper hard in the shoulder. Causing the stunned assassin to stumble, and not accidently step on Shade.
“What the hell!?” Reaper glared to her attacker, realizing it was Fang. The yellow cloaked assassin pointed towards lancer, her eyes not leaving Reaper crossing her arms. “Oh that?” Watching Fang give a small nod, “Well you see..”
Fang’s eyes narrowed as she hit Reaper again, causing the assassin to catch her fist. What the hell did you do this time? pulling her fist free she started to sign something only to be cut off by Reaper.
“You know I didn’t study that,” Reaper said with a small grin behind her mask.
Taking his hand and putting it on Nights’ to help steady the vial, he then drank it. Shade then looked from Fang to Reaper before sitting up and looking to Lancer, “I believe she is upset about what happened to Lancer or she wishes to know something else.” Shrugging he looked to Nights not sure if she got much out of either one on what was going on.
Giving a small nod, and pointing to Shade before looking back towards Reaper, watching her closely still. Her ears pricked up hearing the wolf talk on taking Lancer’s cloak off. Glaring at Reaper she made a one last sign, even if the assassin wasn’t going to understand it. This isn’t over.
Watching the two head back towards Lancer, he couldn’t help but laugh a little, “They kinda grow on you, don’t they?” He glanced towards Nights before moving a little closer to her and kissing her cheek, “I’m sorry for making you worry.”
“Hey, watch who you call special needs,” his brown eyes watching the wolf closely as he was helping the healer remove the cloak off the assassin. “He just isn’t himself right now, due to some stuff,” frowning he wasn’t sure what had happened to Shade to get poisoned in the first place.
Looking to the wound made Kelarth wince and look towards Fang and Reaper who made their way over. “The shadow creature summoned Remus and I to help out the assassin. I guess they had some mission to take down new born vampires before they caused an uproar here in twon. That’s where she had gotten injured, but it didn’t look as bad then as it does now..” He frowned looking to the assassin, their gold eyes watching him. ‘That’s not creepy at all,’ Kelarth tried to look else where, “Kazar said she can still hear, that she just can’t move yet.”
His brown eyes fell onto Nights and Shade, wishing to be over there then watching the assassin’s condition. ‘Was hoping to find out more on what had happened, Thena doesn’t use poison but…’ he frowned at the thought of the assassin’s harming Shade, ‘No way I’m sure they would have killed him if they had attacked him.’ He shivered at the thought as he slowly looked back towards Lancer, glad her eyes were once again closed.
“Sorry,” Reaper said looking to Hala and ignoring the wolf helper, “But small business handled.” Still feeling confused on what Shade had said, she crossed her arms and closed her eyes, “Is the cloak the only thing needing off?”
Watching Reaper closely, Fang knelt down trying to see how bad the wound was before looking to Lancer’s injured hand. She tugged hard on the assassin’s close to get their attention before pointing to the wound. She then looked to her, wincing and putting a hand to her neck. ‘Dang it all,’ Fang then looked towards the wolf that had caused Thena to fall to begin with. She couldn’t be too upset with him, he had helped the healer, and was now helping Lancer.
“If you over due it, you know they will have to rebandage you,” Reaper said ignoring Fang’s pointing on purpose.
Walking over to the others, Kazar slowly handed Fang her mask she had left on the ground. Looking towards Lancer’s body to see if there was much change in her condition before looking towards Kelarth, “Any signs of movement?”
“She’s moved her eyes, but that’s about it,” Kelarth said shivering a little as he moved slowly away, “I haven’t seen much in finger movement or feet..”
“I see I wonder if I should give her a little more then just to be safe,” he frowned looking towards Hala not wishing to interrupt what they were doing for the assassin.
‘So she was poisoned,’ Fang winced as she closed her eyes, taking her mask slowly from Kazar before giving a small nod in thank you. ‘Dang your anger Reaper...but why didn’t Lancer have her antidote on her? Normally it’s always on her..’ Fang frowned confused as to why Lancer would forget the antidote back at headquarters.
“Stay?” It giggled at the question, “In the castle that is in the middle of the city, it overlooks everything! The view is great really, with lots of rooms too. It even has it’s own guards and a vampire that commands them all.” SC turned it’s head to the side and nodded a little, “Yeah he does have some work when back home. But when he’s away another wolf helps with the load since they followed him all over the realm to be sure he stayed safe.”
“Worse case scenario if Shade doesn’t wish to lead anymore, he may give it to the Metal Wolf Clan to rule,” SC said lowering it’s head a little, “They’ve been around since his mother married and were at the ball as well when the great...bad thing happened.” It frowned before shaking it’s head, “I’m sure whatever Nights’ wishes he’d be okay with.”

"If anyone should know anything its those two" Syn answered walking beside Ishimu hand in hand "they seem to know whats going on around here". He kept an eye on the trees around them. The moving ones he had seen and was sure that Ishimu had seen worried hm=im.Things were certainly getting interesting around here.
Thinking of changing the subject and possibly getting back to their game of twenty-one questions something came to Syn, "you know, I'm sure your mother is going to ask how the two of us met, but I'm sure we cat tell her we were gonna fight and got attacked by demons. So what exactly should we tell her?" he looked at him a little unsure himself.
Rin frowned a little, having no set place to call home must be lonely. "So you stay out in the forest even when it rains and snows?" He looked at the blue-eyed male and smiled, "and by cool I mean your attitude and demeanor just scream alpha and someone to look up to. Were you the leader of your pack?"
Nights juped when Fang had come over and hit Reaper, confused why she was angry all of a sudden. She watched them silently, not wanting to get in between the fight, even Shade seemed to follow what was going on.
Watching them walk back to Lancer and the others hearing Shades laugh brought her back to him. "I suppose," she said with a weak smile. She moved closer to him and held his hand within hers and laced their fingers together, "I'm always going to worry about you" she laughed lightly, "are you feeling any better?"
"He isn't himself because he didn't take his me-" Lunarius suddenly yelped as Hala pinched his bare side, glaring at him. He growled as he set the cloak aside, nothing the other wolf was saying made sense. He was getting frustrated with it all.
Hala nodded as she listened to Kelarth as she cleaned the wound. She looked up towards Fang and Reaper as they approached them and shook her head "the cloak was the major thing in the way, the back of her clothing is torn enough for me to get access to the wounds. I will need my kit back" she signed to Lunarius hoping he got the hint. He only sighed and got up from his spot making his way to towards Nights and Shade. She hoped he wouldn't cause any trouble.
Lunarius walked over to the two having a moment to themselves. He cleared his throat and crossed his arms over his chest as Nights looked over at him, "Hala need her kit back" he said as he narrowed his eyes at Shade.
Nights seeing how he was grabbed the kit and stood up from her spot blocking his view of Shade, "here you go, tell her I said thank you' she said giving him a calming smile handing him the kit.
He stared at her for a moment, his anger melting into worry, "I hope your not involved in all this" he said softly. She gave him a confused look not following him exactly. Lunarius put his hands over Nights' as she held onto the kit, "Shadow Creatures, New Borns, Assassins, whatever the hell I just witnessed myself. I hope you're not involved".
Nights looked at him sadly, her ears lowered to the side, "Lunarius.." she sighed and shoved the kit into his arms moving her hands away, "you shouldn't keep Hala waiting".
Lunariu narrowed his eyes, "did he get you involved?"
Her ears perked up at his sudden question, "what? No, its nothing like," she sighed, "please, I'll explain everything in due time, just go help Hala before it's too late"
"You don't have to defend him" he growled getting closer to her.
"Lunarius please' she said taking a step back.
"When you left the village all those years ago is this what you got involved with and didn't come back for years?"
"Lunar-'
"You need to come back to Moon Pass and stay with us. Your going to be a leader for fu-"
"Lunarius!" Nights cut him off almost to the point of yelling, clenching her hands into fists digging her claws into the palm of her hands. "Go help Hala" her voice lowered to almost a whisper.
He stood there for a moment before holding the kit in one hand as he placed his palm on the side of her face causing her to flinch slightly. "You are my night and I am your moon," he said softly, his red eyes looking into her golden ones, "remember that". He looked behind her at Shade, glaring at him before returning to Hala.
Nights stood there for a moment with her hands still clenched before letting out a sigh and letting her body relax. She looked back at Shade and smiled weakly, "I'm sorry about him". She sat back down next t him and looked at her palms, "cant really help anyone now' she muttered before licking her wounds.
Waiting for Lunarius to return she turned to Kazar, about to sign something to him before pausing for a moment. Does he understand sign? She sighed silently, wishing she had a voice at a time like this. She decided to sign it anyway, "Do what you see fit. If its the same type of poison Shade has been affected by I don't know anything about it"
Hala's ears twitched hearing Nights raise her voice yelling Lunarius' name. She looked over and saw the two of them not looking happy, she wondered if it was a good idea sending him over. Seeing Lunarius return with the kit in hand and with him not looking too happy her ears lowered sadly.
Lunarius knelt back at his spot and handed the kit back to Hala. She frowned at him for a moment before going through the kit and handed him a pair of gloves. He looked at the curiously, "I need you to hold the wounds closed, I'm using the liquid stitches since there on the back and more difficult to take care of". He only nodded and slipped o the gloves.
Hala looked over to Fang and handed her a gauze pad, "put this over the wound and make her hand into a fist as tightly as you can, well take care of it once this is done"
Once Lunarius was ready and holding the wounds closed Hala began to seal the wounds using the liquid stitches, taking her time to make sure they stayed together.
After a few minutes of waiting for the liquid to dry Hala smiled a little, the wounds are all sealed, she just needs some time to recover and possibly more of that antidote".
Vega raised an eyebrow as he put in the final runes, "didn't you just say that she wouldn't like it in your realm? Plus would the castle staff really be ok with a halfling? A royal one at that?"
He looked up from his work, "he's with another wolf?" He wondered if the vampire had a thing for wolves or did they just naturally gravitate towards him.
"Shade would really be ok with giving up his kingdom to a wolf clan? Also, why isn't he king? I'm not sure how vampire customs are but once his parents had passed shouldn't he had inherited their title?"

“You know them then?” Ishimu asked as he looked around them. The shadows along the trees seemed to have stopped moving, as if the shadow creatures were waiting. He couldn’t see them but knew they were around. ‘If they are still here, then Shade can’t be too far,’ Ishimu frowned, he wasn’t sure if he liked the odd vampire or not.
“Well,” thinking of how they had met, Ishimu shook his head, “I can’t tell her the demon part. She’d freak and then it would be another big mess. We could say we met by fate of a cat. I was chasing it and it got stuck behind a dumpster in an alley.” Unsure if that would be the best option, Ishimu glanced behind them as he tried to think of another option, “Or you saved me from the gang that normally would have me do whatever.” Rubbing his head with his free hand he glanced towards Syn, “Have any ideas?”
“Yeah, you can find good places that will keep out the rain and snow. There aren’t too many people out in forests so it’s easier to eat that way,” Storm smiled a little to Rin watching the plush in his arms, “At one point I was, but that time is long gone. It’s hard to get into a pack when you're an outsider. I haven’t really looked for a pack, but most don’t normally just welcome another into their community.”
“I don’t mind being alone though,”Storm said as he patted Rin’s head gently before moving them onto his shoulder, “Well I can’t say I am alone now that I have you though.”
Stopping at the tree line, Storm looked around them. Unsure of what way to really go, he wasn’t too sure if he should see Raider again or not. He shivered at the thought as he glanced back behind him. ‘Hopefully the vampire won’t die just yet,’ Storm then looked on ahead as he pondered on where they should rest for the night.
Looking towards the assassins, Shade shook his head as he forced himself to sit up. His red eyes caught site of the werewolf heading towards them. About to say something to Nights he decided against it as he waited for the two to finish.
Unsure if he should be listening or not, he tried to pretend to be looking else where, Thena was still with Remus, who was watching her closely. Though when he heard leader and Nights cutting Lunarius off, Shade frowned as he watched the werewolf storm off. Time had passed between them, and things might have changed. He was sure even he had changed over the few years they were apart.
“Nights?” Shade watched her closely, as she licked her hand wounds, “Who was that and why did they say leader? I know we haven’t been able to catch up with each other. We can talk later if you want.” Watching her lick her wounds till, Shade moved closer to her. Putting his arms around her, and holding her close to him. “You are still a good healer,” he whispered to her as he held her close still.
Watching Lunarious as he left Kelarth shook his head. ‘Appearance aren’t everything,’ Kelarth thought watching to see if they would fight, but it seemed Nights was on top of it. Glancing back to the laying down assassin as kazar got the rest of the antidote ready.
Tugging hard on Reaper’s cloak, Fang forced the gauze into Reaper’s hand. Pointing to the wound on Lancer’s hand and glared back up to Reaper. Watching the red cloaked assassin closely before looking back towards Hala and Lunarius. ‘Hopefully Lancer will be okay, then I’ll kill Reaper,’ Fang shook her head slowly, trying not to hurt her bandaged neck.
Glaring at Fang back, Reaper slowly knelt down next to Fang. Pressing the gauze into Lancer’s hand, applying pressure to the wound. “I really don’t think it's that bad as it looks,” Reaper mumbled ignoring Fang look of concern as the yellow cloak assassin watched Hala, “Flesh wounds like those will heal in a week, remember?”
‘They can still get infected or reopen,’ Fang wanted to point out, but would have to wait on Lancer to fully up before signing again. Out of the three only them two knew sign language. Reaper didn’t want to learn it, so they were always able to talk back and forth without Reaper knowing what they were talking about.
When Hala had finished, Kazar made his way back to Kelarth’s side. He instructed Kelarth for help once more giving the assassin more of the antidote before moving over to his things. “She should be fine, if she’s able to see it's a good sign,” Kazar said writing a few notes into his book on what he had used as a reminder to get more material.
When it seemed to be nearly done in helping helping Lancer, Kelarth looked towards Toshi who had laid on the ground holding his head. Getting to his feet, Kelarth walked slowly over to him, “You alright? You seem a little pale,” Kelarth teased the vampire a little, “I wasn’t expecting to see you here, what did Thena use against you this time?”
“You know how scary she can be,” Toshi shivered as he slowly sat up, “I only wish to be home, this world is too odd and strange for me.”
“Well thanks to you and Shade, I don’t think she’ll be seen for a long time,” Kelarth laughed a little as he looked to see Shade hugging Nights. ‘Did that wolf cause them trouble?’ His eys narrowed as he watched them closely.
“What’s up?” Toshi asked watching Kelarth and looking to where the werewolf was looking, “What’s going on?”
“Not sure, but I’m not liking that other male werewolf,” Kelarth shook his head as he glanced towards the other wolf that was helping Hala.
“Oh?” Toshi looked back to Kelarth confused, “And I thought you got along with many werewolf packs.”
“Not so, some can rub me the wrong way, others are fine,” Kelarth replied with a small shrug, “Only this wolf decided to call Shade something that isn’t true.” Shaking his head and trying not to overreact to it, he looked back to the wounded vampire, “Are you sure you’ll be fine?”
“Yeah just need rest,” Toshi replied rubbing his head and looking around, “Wait where did Lenore go?”
“Who?” It was now his turn to feel lost on what Toshi was talking about as he glanced around them. He didn’t even notice the other werewolf had also left, “Awe the other werewolf is gone too. I wanted to say hi..”
“Well hopefully we can catch Lenore later,” Toshi shook his head before glancing back towards the assassins, “How bad are they?”
“Fang is up at least, but has to take it easy, and Lancer should pull through just fine. I believe they are nearly done patching her up,” Kelarth looked back towards Toshi, “Any idea on what is going on?”
“I only know a little from Fang,” Toshi replied shaking his head as he tried to clear the memories out, “Shade had gotten badly wounded from one of Reaper’s blade, causing him to be like you know out of it. Guess he’s been that way for a while. But nothing more really, their mission is only stated to bring Thena in but no details on what will become of her there.”
“Interesting,” Kelarth shrugged, “Well can’t be helped, I don’t wish to go against their blades to find out more anyway. Not if they can do that much damage to a vampire.”
“The wound was pretty bad, but Nights had cleaned it and bandaged it. She most likely thought she got all of the poison out or didn’t know of it at the time,” Toshi shrugged and slowly rested his head on his knee, “Where is a shadow creature when you need one?”
“They may want to look and be sure you are good before you go back anyway,” Kelarth laughed a little as he put a hand on Toshi’s head, “Besides don’t you want to go after Lenore?”
“I suppose I can’t leave unfinished business,” Toshi groaned and closed his eyes trying to keep the world from spinning.
“It’s not as rare as you think for half breeds,” S.C. frowned a little as it rubbed its head, “There is actually a half breed in the werewolf pack. Though they don’t call her that, they think of her as one of their own really, so I don’t think her being a half vampire and half werewolf would matter too much..”
Nodding S.C. laughed a little at Vega’s reaction to Shade being other werewolves, “Yeah they helped him with the other demons in forming a treaty as well as a council with all the demon leaders who are the head of them. The two didn’t get along at first either.” It laughed a little more thinking about it, “Shade was actually poisoned when they first met. Kelarth decided to help him out at the cost of getting in trouble with his alpha.”
“Under normal circumstances I’m sure he would be king,” S.C. replied as it watched Vega work on the ring, “But the one he was betrothed to in his realm went a little bat crazy, and so that chaos on top of everything else wasn’t fun.” It crossed its arms as it looked at the table, “He has to be married within the realm to get his title so all know who is his queen.”
“I don’t think they could rule both areas at the same time, it would be impossible, and if push came to shove they would both want the other happy,” S.C. started to pace on the small bit of table that wasn’t covered in something that Vega might need. “So it would be a stalemate between the two…”
Rolling onto his back, Zane slowly opened his eyes and looked around the dark room. He had forgotten where he was as he slowly sat up and saw the plushes around him. ‘Right I’m still with Raider,’ a small smile came to his lips and he then petted Pride gently before looking to around to see what other plushes were with him.

"You and I met Shade at the same time, I only know of Nights," Syn said smiling at Ishimu "Loch had some business with someone from her pack and since Quintus is part of it he came along with for a visit and I was brought along so I wouldn't be alone with Balgrim" he laughed "though when I go to the village I've never felt so outnumbered" he shivered.
He couldn't help but laugh at the thought of Ishimu chasing a cat, "do you often chase cats?". He thought about the two of them meeting because of the gang and shook his head, "let's not get them involved in this or give them that much credit". He ran his hand through his hair, "you just moved in right? Maybe I could have been one of the guys helping out? Or we applied for the same job and got talking?" After being involved with the supernatural for so long, meeting someone by natural cause felt weird to him. "The cat situation could work too" he laughed.
Rin nodded and looked at the forest around them, having no real experience being out in the woods alone he had no idea such things existed. He grinned hearing he was a leader once, "I knew it" he laughed.
His grin never left as Storm petted him and moved him to his shoulder, "as long as you have me you won't be alone" he said nuzzling the side of Storms face. "Why don't you start a new pack? I'll be your first member!" his tail wagged uncontrollably.
Nights ears twitched in Shades direction as he spoke to her. It was true. They hardly had any time to catch up after being apart for so long, things were bound t be brought up. "That's Lunarius, he's one of my packmates and my best friend since I was little," she sighed, "and I'm supposed to be leader of our pack, not Hala, she only took over because of my mothers absence and I was too young, plus I'm hardly home" she laughed lightly. She leaned into him putting her head on his shoulder, "even though she's not an official leader Halas much at being the leader, shes more of an alpha and besides, shes always home".
She looked at her hand as she closed them tightly, "thank you for saying that but I can't really tend to someone with wounds on my hands, I'll have Hala take a look at them once she's not busy," she laughed, "along with the wound you licked which was very silly of you"
She looked at him silently before speaking up, "what happened while I was gone?" She had gotten bits and pieces here and there but she wanted to hear it from him.
Hala watched Kazar and Kelarth give Lancer another dose fo the antidote. She nodded hearing that she would be fine, tilting her head slightly, cuious about what he was writing down in his book. Shaking off her curiosity she took Lancer's hand from Reaper and bandaged it up quickly, possibly the simplest wound amongst them.
Lunarius scowled watching them with his arms crossed over his chest, "can I go now? It's not like you need me right now" he quickly regretted speaking u as Hala asked him to translate something again. He let out an annoyed sigh as he looked over at Kelarth and Toshi, "hey vampire, she wants to know if you want your wounds taken care of. Feel free to say no- Ow!" he was pinched by Hala once more for running his mouth.
"Keep it up and I'll make sure to leave bruises or hit pressure points" she threatened him with a smile. Lunarius let out a low growl as he stayed in place watching Nights and Shade together.
Vega leaned back into his chair and sighed, "maybe my fears are in the past" he stretched and kept his arms in the air and he wondered if Leilani had met them. "Good t know he has friends and that were not the only ones who have seen him in that state" he laughed.
"He spoke of danger when Nights originally brought him here, I take it this was the betrothed that went crazy?" He crossed his arms over his chest and closing his eyes in thought, "I know Nights would want to stay with him no matter what, and with Leilani still alive she has no real reason to worry about a royal title, plus I think sooner or later Hala will become a permanent leader, Nights is rarely home"
Opening his eyes and looking at the ring he picked it up and inspected it, "you can also tell Shade the ring is done, I just have to buff and polish it and have it exposed to direct moonlight and sunlight".
Pride picked its head up and yawned while stretching. It looked around before smiling to Zane, "did you sleep well?"
At some point in the night Lust and Gluttony had somehow grabbed Sloth and made it their pillow using Gluttony's tail as a little blanket. Greed, on the other hand, had taken over a whole pillow that wasn't being used for its bed, curled up perfectly in the center of it.
